If you want honest people to work on your vehicle with no worries this is definitely the Auto shop for you. Reasonable Prices & efficient. I started taking my car here and I never have a problem. My mom recently got a new Engine & her car is good as New. I would like to say that this was my second visit within the last 3 yrs, and the service was excellent and fair priced. Rico who serviced my car gave me confidence that i could trust him working on my car. I would recommend this place for trust, and excellent work. I went in to get a leak fixed . First impression was great , Rico showed me what was wrong and made me comfortable. The axle needed to be replaced, no complaints. He pretends to help me by saying the price was straight out the door they re supposed to subtract the diagnostic fee from labor cost , no biggie . When I get my car back, brake lights are on and brakes are basically gone . He recommended a MSV , AND TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO pump it didn t know what he meant until I actually got back in my car. NOTHING was wrong with my brakes when I brought it in.Another mechanic fixed it , tried to charge me for it. They were supposed to bleed the brakes after the axle replacement, tried to convince me to pay so much more money for their incompetence. SMH BUYER BEWARE

They created a series of problems on my vehicle, ignition issues, didn't put back original screws on skipplate used trashy standard screws and drilled new holes in the plate when changed oil, unprofessional work giving custom vehicles back in unsafe and terrible costly conditions. Worst service I've ever experienced. Do not recommend.

Well I used to go here all the time with my 2009 cobalt and get oil changes and repairs prices were reasonable ($30 oil changes) but now I have a 2012 Mercedes Benz I went to get an oil change and was charged $350 on top of that they put the wrong oil, my car takes 0w40 and they put 5w20...horrible DO NOT REFER THEM! And you told me you had to drive my car on the freeway to diagnose the spark plug problem...I can't upload reciept but, you only changed the oil!!!Service: Oil change

I've been taking my cars to them for the last 2 years and they don't beat around the bush! They also don't try to swindle you into unescessary maintenance! Good honest work for a fair price!

Mark was extremely professional and helpful. Having many car issues they have been very complete with the fixes and really making sure I can drive away safely and feel value with the services as well. If you need a mechanic look no further. This is absolutely unacceptable, I had my oil change done may 14th and on Tuesday the 9th of June at work I took a look under my car only to find a massive amount or RTV Plastered over my drain plug and oil pan. There should be no reason for RTV to be there unless the technician damaged my pan or plug. I tried to resolve this issue with the manager of the location in question 2424 n Jones and got no where. The manager Mark gave me the run around and refused to put me in contact with anyone above him. Upon questioning the manager in regards to my vehicles damage, he first defended the decision to put RTV on my vehicle saying RTV doesn t damage anything after arguing over the RTV he then tried to blame the damage on me and then say my crush washer was missing, which it wasn t.I want the damage to my vehicle fixed immediately. I should add that I do NOT want the store in question to do the repairs as I do not trust them to touch my vehicle.Service: Oil change

Fast and easy oil change at an affordable cost. Great service too. They let me know the minor issues that could occur on my vehicle without trying to press me about fixing it there at their price. Will return there

When you come here speak with Tony! He's amazing and most of all trust worthy. The only shop I take both my vehicles now because not only do they have good pricing but I can actually trust they they will do what needs to be done! Thanks Tony!

I don't know how I feel about this but I came in to check out my alternator because it said the charging system failed they told me I needed a new alternator so I bought them the one I use to have before they told me they can fix the old alternator like it's brand new they will call me so after then they call me its ready went and change my alternator got charged like 300$ something and then I went to check on the alternator and it still said failed charging system I even told them about the situation and still they told me it was good I just feel like my money was robbed and one of the mechanic I went to told me it's not the alternator and even if I have the old one on my car it wouldn't change the problem because it had to do something electrical its 2-star cause they were fast switching alternator but didn't fix the problem...

This guy's pretty square as mechanics go. I get to a little weary. a little skeptical but with these guys who hooked me up with deals. discovered problems that were genuine and fixed reliably at fair price.

I have gone to Royalty Auto on several occasions for multiple vehicles. Tony always gets me a fair deal and back out the same day when he can. I won t take my vehicles anywhere else. Their honest with you and do good work.

They don't seem to really know what they're doing drop my car off for them to replace the clutch pedal because I could not finish it They called me 2 hours later I found out after walking already there that all they did was tightened down the old broken piece back on to my car and through the new part on my floor Then had me wait there for over an hour and told me it's it's gonna be probably about 4 more hours till they can fix it so I walked home and then 4 hours later I ended up having walked back Took my car from them started driving home got halfway home and Realized they did not tighten the bolts down because it fell out while I was driving home..........

I took my car here last week for some work and I was treated very well, I wasn't being forced services I didn't need and he price was reasonable. Tony and his crew took really good care of me and my car.

Even though they advertise 1399 for an oil change in your oil change happens to be $55 because it's all synthetic they're pretty nice not too agenda but they're okay

Mark is the only honest mechanic in town. I got ripped off by Raff the mobile mechanic for 11 hundred dollars for a fuel pump. Marc replaced both on my focus and it was less money.

I went to the tire shop next door not the actual auto service center. The shop has always had great customer service and honest employees. Normally close around 530 or 6p.m

They overcharged me, just to not fix the issue for my transmission. If you have a Kia Sorento, they are NOT the ones to take it to for an oil change. They broke the oil filter housing on my Kia Sorento and blamed it on the heat.Very unhappy with the service.WON'T BE GOING BACK! 5/20/2019

I sent a customer to this facility to have an inspection done. Once the customers came back with my car we looked under the hood, we see that you guys removed the coolent cap and did not replace it. This caused my customer to drive back to my store without coolent. I called to ask why and how you could inspect my car and fail to put the coolent cap back. Your reponse was " We don't open the hood to inspect". That is a fancy trick considering your repair order states that the car needs a new radiator. How do you assertain that without opening the hood?

I can't express enough how much I enjoy going here. I drive regularly for work, and need oil changes. Atop of being extremely expedient, the staff is always friendly and haven't tried to force any upselling any useless services.
