I would not return to this business for any type of service nor refer anyone.You know, you do your homework to ensure your looking to find a place that'll do good and honesty work along with providing good customer service so you can continue to return; knowing your car is in good hands every time. I did not receive that here. I got my brakes worked on and a radio installed. He seemingly did good work with my brake pads, but not so much with the installation of my radio. I paid for a warranty along with the service. And the man (Gary) refused to look at my tuner for my satellite radio to work properly, and the navigation doesn't work and the radio install was overall poor because it hangs low over the vents. Also, I wasted time communicating other work that needed to be done on my vehicle. Constantly having to chase him down, never answering his phone. So, I had to do my homework again looking for a whole other place. And after all the inconvenience and poor work with my radio (incomplete work), he had the audacity to have an attitude with me. And refused completeling work that I paid for. I can't stand a male who gets an attitude for absolutely no reason. I was disappointed with him but never disrespectful. But, whatever. I found someone better to do the work behind him. Like, if you don't want business or to work... Just say that and I won't bother you and take my money elsewhere. Simple.

These guys are a scam, your better off taking your car to the dealership and getting banged over the head, at least they'll do it right. Sent my vehicle in and having the same issue a week later. Save yourself a headache go somewhere else.

Gary and Sam at Royal auto are the best in the business they are honest and fair and do a great job on my car. I would not take it anywhere else. Honest mechanics are hard to find and I feel lucky I have them as my mechanicService: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

I took my 2016 dodge challenger to Royal auto I am very satisfied with their work timing and price I shopped around they are very helpful knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them to anybody who has any car issues or any questions check them out

I was traveling through Vegas on a Saturday afternoon when my AC started acting up. This was the only repair shop open so I gave them a try. They stayed open late getting my van fixed so I could get back on the road with my family. Great guys, great service, fair price. I've had three different cars serviced by Royal Auto, and each experience was excellent. Obviously it's a bummer to have to get your car fixed, but the personal touch that Gary and his crew deliver is top notch. Would (and have) recommend to anyone.I like seeing the cost of the parts and labor up front and making the decision to move forward with the repair based on the estimate. Also being able to trust that the work done is completed properly means a lot to me!

Gary was wonderful. Our Escalade broke down while traveling to San Diego. Unfortunately it needed a new engine. Gary allowed us to store the Escalade at his location until I could get a new engine delivered. He would have let us store it there regardless if we used him to install it or not. The engine came and they did a great job with the repair. Super happy. Good honest people. I would recommend them without question. The team at royal auto is very good. He takes care of my entire fleet after the first visit. Gary goes the extra mile to make sure the trucks are ready to go. Fast turnaround on time critical repairs and very good price.

I live out of state and my car broke down on a Saturday and when they were close to closing. Instead of turning me away or having me wait until Monday, they went out of their way to ensure I get home safely. That meant so much as a female and being here alone. I give them 5 stars for speedy diagnosis and the great job they did fixing my mercedes benz. Great customer service , speedy diagnosis, excellent repair,and even picking me up when they were finished. This company is superior to any other auto repair companies I know . Its Extremly rare that you can find an Honest Reliable Trusting affordable auto mechanic and I found 1 here at Royal Auto .Gary is the owner and he treated me with the up most respect andprofessionalism just from 1st phone call.He gave me apptment time, my car went immediately in and Gary kept me updated w textes..i didnt have to call him and my car was ready within 1 hr as he promised. Gary also checked all my fluids to ensure car was perfect.Gary is super nice and very pleasant. Explains everything.I will only TRUST all my cars being maintained and repaired at Royal Auto and will be referring all my friends.TRUST ME!! After reading reviews I had high hopes that this would be a reputable auto shop. I needed an alternator & they quoted me a fair price for after market part. A mix up w/my bank had my payment delayed by 2 days. Gary had a fit & increased the price saying I didn t qualify for any discounts since my payment was late. Ok fine. Paid & drove home. Next day same problem. Had it towed back to shop. They didn t touch the car for two weeks & then finally said that MY battery fried the fuse box panel & new alternator. Had to purchase a fuse panel & battery. I will say that he did honor his warranty on the alternator, but was not very professional about it even blaming me for it being faulty saying a cigarette charger was the cause. I explained I hadn t even used that charger, but he preferred to debate the issue w/me so I let it go. In the end it took nearly 2 months before my car was returned operational. He charged me twice for battery configuration even though it was his error. On my receipt the charges for the same service are different. My car was returned filthy from his storage lot w/the trunk latch dangling & an interior panel removed. Cost me more $ than going to the dealer once I add the cost for Lyft fares & car rentals for 2 mos. I really felt as though once he had my money fixing my car was no longer his priority.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

I have been taking my car to Royal Auto more than 2 years. I completely trust that my car will be checked out at each visit even if it is only for an oil change. They always apprise me of any needed repairs or maintenance and the cost, as well as performing such repairs correctly. The service advisors and the technicians do an excellent job and are always courteous and pleasant. Even though there is another service store closer to where I live this is the store that I prefer.

I have been struggling with finding a good mechanic to work on my BMW 750li for years. I have been ripped off by other shops who s only method of diagnosing a problem was sizing up how much they thought they could get away with charging. Then I found Gary and his brother at Royal Auto they are the most honest, trustworthy and competent shop I have ever been too. I saved thousands of dollars over the other local hacks who have BMW in their names. No kidding, I am sending everyone I meet to Royal Auto you won t regret your choice, your car will be done right and you will likely save $$$

Gary is The BEST !!!after a Very Bad experience with. CARSNV Auto Repair Shop at Las VegasI took the Car to ROYAL AUTO and GARY was a Live Saver for me.He s Shop suppose to close at 7pm and he stay till 10pm just to Repair my Audi A5. Gary and his crew over at Royal Auto do a fantastic job. I have a Volkswagen Golf GTI and have had all my repairs, maintenance, and services done through them. The car was in rough shape when I had first brought it in but Royal Auto has kept my vehicle running like new. Gary and his crew have great customer service as well.

I was referred to royal auto by my friend Dave. I had just purchased a Audi A8. I took it in originally to have the coolant Reservoir replaced. Any other shop that I would ve went to would ve charged me a small fortune just on labor alone. However the guys at Royal had it changed out and sent me on my way in a little less than an hour and a half and charged me better than a fair price. I then decided to take my car in again to have the timing belt and water pump replaced before that became a issue. Gary has been nothing but fair, honest and really a car god. If you have a car that needs work done and you want a great shop with a great mechanic working on your car I would tell you royal is the only place to go. Fair prices , EXCELLENT work and great people that care about their customers and their cars!!!

Royal auto has done so much for me I don t know where to begin. From oil changes to fixing my radio, I m beyond grateful for their hard work, expertise and customer service. They truly go above and beyond and I highly recommend their variety of services as it s been amazing finally finding a fair, honest and capable auto shop to take care of my truck :-) thanks guys!

I found these guys at Royal Auto and they have been fair with the pricing and have been awesome with the repairs. I have not had to bring the car back for the same issue. I called this place by accident and it was the greatest blessing to me. The staff is very friendly and professional. I took my 2003 GMC Denali XL their and they fixed my air suspension and saved me alot of money. I would highly recommend Royal Auto. Very knowledgeable and VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!

In Las Vegas on vacation and our car starting having fuel issues. Someone else read the engine code which reported we might need to replace our fuel injectors. Gary got us scheduled quickly and his crew was super, fixing us fast and honest and discovered the fix was NOT injectors but a much cheaper and easier replacement of the mass airflow sensor. Would definitely recommend them. Good, honest, hard working guys! Very grateful to them.

Gary and his Crew at Royal Auto did an excellent job on a very difficult repair on our 2008 Rolls Royce Phantom. Nobody else would touch the needed repair with the exception of the Dealer. The Dealer's only interest was in replacing the complete engine and numerous other unneeded parts for around $63,000. We were looking to fix the problem not to replace the complete engine! After numerous attempts in town to get other so called "European Specialists" to take on the job (Timing chain/Tensioner/Valve and Head Work) with no luck, we came across Gary at Royal. He gladly excepted the challenge. They turned out to be the true professionals! He and his Crew did an excellent job in a timely manner for a very reasonable price! Thank You Royal Auto!!!

Had my engine replaced here at Royal Auto in my 745li BMW . It was done in a good timely manner. Car is running great. Had my car towed 250.miles jus to take it to this shop and I'm glad I did. The guys did great work thank you

I have been a customer at this shop for about 2 years and Gary has serviced both of my Mercedes. This is the only shop that I have been to that makes you feel like family. The prices are the best. Gary is always honest and very professional. Best shop in town.

These guys are amazing! Honest people. They do excellent work on cars that are hard to work on I brought them my v10 m5. C63 and Altima. All of them are fixed. One of the best mechanic shops in Las Vegas. They understand a lot of european and american models of cars. The guys there are really quick and they are doing a great job. Their prices are low and they can do a better job that the bigger dealers. I suggest them to everybody !
