I found Shawn at Rogue Off Road to be very knowledgeable .He took the time to explain the performances of each of the different shocks and tires that were available allowing me to decide on the best options for me. Rogue off-road delivered amazing customer service and the office staff was very friendly.Shawn and the guy s did amazing job helping me realize my vision for my truck. Thank you.

I've purchased the bulk of my Bronco build with Rogue. They have been great to work with. We had a problem with missing hardware on a bumper and they called the distributor and corrected the issue ASAP. I definitely will work with them in the future. Highly recommended!!! Thanks!

I have been in the market for suspension for quite some time, and came across Rogue and decided to give them a call being that I am out of state. Sean/Shawn* answered the phone and walked me through the entire process seamlessly. He provided me a ton of options and suggestions based on his experience and let me decide which direction I d like to go. After making the decision, we set an appointment to have the products installed, and everything turned out exactly as he described from the drop off time, pick up time, and installation process! Very happy with my experience with Rogue Off-Road! The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly as well! Really enjoying my new suspension setup! Thank you Rogue!!

While on a road trip I started having trouble with what I thought was my rear dif. Was able to limp my way to RogueOR and I'm glad I did. After a quick test drive and inspection the guys found my problem, fixed it and gave me some solid advice. They had me back on the road and enjoying the rest of our vacation within an hour or two.If your looking to regear your vehicle or upgrade your off-road/overland rig, this is the spot. Don't hesitate to come in they are worth every dollar. Support local business!

Shawn and his crew did an awesome job on my wife s 2023 4Runner. He was very knowledgeable about which suspension to go with. Also They have awesome customer service. We were very impressed when the 4Runner was done. If you need an off-road shop hit up rogue off-road they will take care of you..

Cant complain! Bought my ome lift from mike and the customer service was great. He did accidentally ship me out two sets of front shocks but quickly solved that issue. I was just bouncing around for a week.The kit was bought in the spring of 2021 and has held up great since.

I m a casual off-roader who needs his Tacoma 4x4 to reach fishable waters and camp sites. Rogue did a great job installing a steel Slimline Hybrid Bumper and Bilstein shocks (5100s on rear and 6112s w/ coil-over springs on front). Not only was the installation done well, my performance expectations were also exceeded. I recommend Rogue Off-Road for anyone seeking to improve their off-road capabilities from the casual user like me to the hard-core enthusiasts.

UPDATE: Shortly after writing this review Rogue Offroad was able to resolve the issues below.Picked my Tacoma up after having the LCAs replaced and noticed my ABS lights were on on the dash(they didnt say anything). I brought it to their attention and after pulling the truck back in they admitted they damaged the ABS lines while working under the truck. Said they would place an order for the parts and install for me. As I was waiting there, I placed a order for another part that I needed.This was now 4+ months ago and they stopped replying to my emails.Damaged my truck, hoped I wouldn't say anything before driving off, took my money for an order, and are ignoring my emails.

Contacted them about ordering some fiberglass parts for my truck. They were very helpful and informational. They were even able to hook me up with some parts that were not listed on their web page. Very happy with everything. Appreciate the help and advice!

When a deer strike totalled our soft-roading Outback in Southern Utah and our insurance company towed it to North Vegas to scrap, we had to make a time-sensitive run up from San Diego to retrieve all our custom gear and modifications. On a busy day, Shawn at Rogue was incredibly helpful when he didn't have to be. Now I'm back in San Diego trying to find an excuse to do business with Rogue Offroad & Performance again. Great company and people!

BE AWARE: Make sure to read ALL the negative reviews and consider them before doing business with these folks.SUMMARY of ISSUE:- I made a purchase back in December 2021 for a $4341 Fox lift kit for my 4Runner, after being told that they were getting the product January to February 2022 timeframe.- I followed up in February 2022 and was told then that the are getting the product March timeframe.- Note that they will not update you nor reach out to you. So, I followed up again in March and was told that they won t get the product by June to July timeframe.- I then attempted to dispute with my bank. That s only time the owner Shawn reached back to me. He proposed a resolution and I fell for it (biggest mistake).- I then canceled my dispute and the $4341 was returned to the merchant.- Since then, they were very hard again to reach. I came to find out, my order was cancelled.- I reached back to my bank and was told that they couldn t retrieve the funds back because it s past the time limit and it s been returned to the merchant.- I finally reached Shawn, explained and provided documentations (banking statements and letter from chase) that Rogue Off-road has my money and I just want to get my refund. Even though, they have a ridiculous cancellation fee that will cost me $600 (for a product that never shipped).- Shawn gave me a go around that they couldn t find my funds and since it s tax season, they have to take care of their accounting first before starting to look into my case. This was October timeframe.- Recently, I attempted to reach out to them 8 times via phone and email, but no response.LESSONS LEARNED:- DO NOT do business with people who don t put customers first and makes senseless excuses for their own benefit.- When you file a dispute against these type of people, go all the way. Don t listen to the BS they feed you.- Last resort: seek legal help (e.g., BBB, Attorney General, consumer protection office, or even private counsels).

DO NOT order from Rouge OffRoad!It really feels/seems like a scam. Items on website show in stock . Quotes on timeframe are way off. No receiving updates from them. It s like they have NO IDEA no control and communication with their manufacturers supply they claim to be selling. You would think the distributor (RougeOffroad) would have a direct line/person to talk to directly and get the exact answer relayed to you.Yes we click we agree so we done this to ourselves. This company doesn t feel like for the people. (Of course it s a business)But a great business puts its people first and tries to learn case by case and charge (fee) justly. I wouldn t order from them again and would recommended another shop.

Great prices and staff. If you have a truck, suv, or car, they can get you going! Great for oil changes, aliments, and all-around vehicle care!! Offroad accessories and custom work Rogue is the place.

I came to Rogue Off-road to get my 3 Gen Tacoma lifted and 100% satisfied. Shawn, Amanda and team are great at what they do. If you are an off road enthusiasts or just want to upgrade your vehicle here in Las Vegas, this is the place! They do a awesome job taking care of their customers. Shawn will take the time to understand your needs for your vehicle. Also make sure you are happy with your outcome pertaining to your budget. Amanda is sweet and will make sure you are scheduled in when you are ready. I went all out and had the ICON Stage 10 installed on my truck and will not look back. It looks amazing and functions the way I wanted. By far the best deal and will come to see them again for future upgrades.

BUYER BEWARE!I placed a $505 deposit to do a layaway on a Long travel kit that they claimed had it in stock in their warehouse in the initial conversation I had with them.I called Brittney to cancel my order and explain my situation that I had to cancel my order due to losing a family member and having to take responsibility for their finances. She told me I would have to pay a $500 restock fee from the full amount on my order that I didn t even pay in full or have been shipped out.When I asked for a call back from Amanda, which is the salesperson I worked with, there was no return call but they were quick to call me back when they wanted my deposit.Shaun gets a hold of me and changes his story after my money was placed for a deposit. Saying that he already had ordered the kit from the manufacture and they needed to charge me a restocking fee. Completely backwards from our initial conversation stating that they had the kit in stock.This company will lie to you to take your money, but don t expect any decent customer service from them when they get it.A bank claim has been filed against this company to fight for my hard earned money. I will never spend another penny with them.Go buy your parts elsewhere, this company is shady

Ordered shocks in November 2022, still don't have'em. Went to 4wheel parts las vegas on Russell Rd., the same place they order from. Got those same shocks in 48 hours.

The Owner, Shawn, and his staff are super knowledgeable and detail oriented. I brought my SUV into Rogue on a tow-truck. It was overheated with too many problems to count. Within a day I received a call from the owner that it was ready to pick up. Not only was my vehicle back on the road and better than ever, it cost way less than I imagined. This shop has integrity and they put the customer first. Choose ROGUE!

What I am disappointed in most is not being able to communicate with your customers. After several calls and emails and still no response from them. I have placed my order for almost a month now and still no update. I would not mind the wait as long as they communicate back and give me an ETA on waiting time. I am working on getting my refund back very frustrating.Update: Thanks Shawn for giving me a call. Once I've received my order I will update this review.Update: After a month a half of waiting I finally got my parts. Thank you Shawn!

Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. I ordered parts from them that I never received.They don t respond to calls, emails or messages. After calling 11 times, I only got to talk to Amanda (sales person) 3 times, all 3 times she said she will call me back to let me know what's happening to never receive a call back off course so I kept calling. I finally got to talk to Shaun (owner) just to be told to stop calling every day, that there is a back order for most brands they willcontactme when parts arrived. I ask for my money back so Shaun double check all my personal information ro sent me a check. It s been more than 6 months and still nothing, no check in the mail or calls from them. Would NOT recommend them to anyone.I don't think they should even have a one star!

Don't order parts from these guys. They'll gladly take your money for parts they knowingly don't have in stock. I understand there are supply chain issues right now but it's 2021 and an in stock notification is standard practice for e-commerce. Oh yeah, they'll also want to charge you a 15% cancellation fee.Update: Rogue reached out to me and was able to help me resolve the issue.

Awesome shop, highly recommend!!!I typically do all my own work on my 4Runner, I won't even let the dealership change my oil. So I am extremely picky about who touches my car. Have heard great things about Rogue for a while, so with my limited time now a days decided to put my trust in them. They installed a Prinsu roof rack and light bar, and they exceeded my high expectations. They do great work and are VERY knowledgeable about all their products and and the vehicles they work on. They even eliminated the rubbing on my suspension while they had it in.Communication was excellent!! They answered all my facebook messages quickly, even when the shop was closed. Also never a problem getting a hold of them on the phone.Thanks Shawn/Amanda, I will definitely be back soon for that suspension upgrade we discussed!!

Coordinated through dms a price and and installation date months in advance for when I'd be in town and Rogue was on the ball and ready for me the morning of my coilover install. Will def be back in for future installs.

Purchased a Bilstein Suspension kit for my Tacoma. Called ahead of the order to confirm it was in stock the same day. It has been 3 and a half weeks and after 6 emails and 5 phone calls I finally got a FEDEX shipping label. A week later I still hadn t received anything so I called FEDEX and they said they haven t received anything from Rogue Off-road. At this point my calls and emails are being ignored and they ve had my hard earned cash for almost a month.

After all the great reviews I read about this company I decided to go ahead and order from them...What followed was headache after headache of no contact and being strung along about my parts.-$600 worth of upper control arms were sent to my house with no notification and were found sitting on my front porch unannounced.-The lift kit was back ordered on components and took over a month to get the shocks and coil overs. I am almost at the two month mark and I have yet to receive my rear add-a-leafs.-The only contact I have had with the company was initiated by me.-I sent an email asking about my add-a-leafs to their admin account and was never contacted back.-I have called over 10 times and only spoken to an associate maybe 5 times out of the 10.Call me old fashioned but IN STOCK should probably mean you have the components on hand and ready to ship. If I knew they were back ordered I would not have sent my hard earned money to this company. Customer service is lacking and communication is absent. Unfortunately I would not recommend doing business with this company and personally will not do so in the future.

The folks at Rogue Offroad got me in when they were busy. They found a issue with the differential being lose from a previous shops work. Truck is steering and tracking correctly. Highly recommend taking your vehicles here for first time quality.

I ordered some CBI overland bars from them 10/20/21. It is now 1/20/22 and I am still waiting on my bed bars for my Tacoma. I get that there are delays in shipment and things happen. Reason I have leaving a 3 star review is that fact, how long it's been and still having no bars and on top of that I have had to continually contact them for status updates....

Edited: July 22, 2021 So every once and a while frustrations get the best of everyone, Rogue Offroad seems to have good people working their tails off to get the job done. Yes ive had some uses with them on an order but in the end not everything can fall one on end of the spectrum or another. All things considered its not unreasonable to say i may still shop here in the future

Rogue Off-road is an awesome off road shop. Shawn is extremely knowledgable and very meticulous when it comes to a truck he is working on. Shawn makes sure if it leaves his shop with his shops name on it, the work will be on point. These guys do everything and are very fair on prices and will work with you. I will continue to come here.
