They took really good care of me. Very friendly and straight forward. My 2015 Nissan Altima looks like a totally different car. I'm very satisfied!

This is my, 2nd time here, the 1st was such a good experience that i would try it again, this time is even better!!!!!! The sales manager, Eric is easy to talk to and VERY!!!!!!! helpful with any questions i had. Highly recommend this place.

There's so much I can say about this location and the team here but at Rent A Wheel store 0211 there is one person that keeps me coming back to this location and this one only ! His name is Eric and I recommend any and everyone looking to get there car looking right and taken care of respectfully come see this guy ! I have been coming to Eric for over 3.5 years maybe even more and he's taken care of me in every aspect I could ask for! If they don't have anything to your liking or to fit your vehicle it's not over cause Eric will go through every avenue he has possible to find something for you to roll off on and he is very understanding to everyone's situation that may come up in life and all he asks for is communication and I have never been to a business where I have got the respect and experience like this anywhere else! Since I have been coming here the team has come and gone but I couldn't be more happy that I can still come here and be helped by the manager Eric and no matter what he always finds the team to go with his amazing energy so coming here you'll always be helped! So if you are thinking about coming here do wait ! RUN up here and tell em I sent you GO see ERIC!!!! STORE 0211

My husband bought rims and tires from here and the service was excellent. They answered everything thing I asked and were very accommodating. The best customer service I've had in a long time.

Terrible place as of now since the Charleston store has closed & I can see why that location has closed,the store manager David is a real POS does side deals and does not provide receipts and only accepts cash for theese purchases not he has done multiple customers like this as he states that he is the manager and former manager ERIC doesn t run anything! I asked for corporates number he refused to give to us. HEY MATT you should be aware of the idiot you have managing this store at 4845 s pecos dr Las Vegas nevada

Great customer service, and great workers equals a great experience. I drove my car from South Carolina to Vegas and they assisted me and had me rolling the right way. I highly recommend these guys if you're in the area and are in need of some tires or rims.

I found Raw Wheels and tires online and it was the best thing that could ve happened, I applied online and was instantly contacted by Eric who reassured me that I would be able to be taken care of.He had me come in and fill out an order form and I was in a new set of wheels the next day!!Reasonable prices, rent to own program which let s be honest comes in clutch when you don t have a 1000 to spend the same day to get into a new set of wheels and amazing help with the best customer service in Vegas .Thank you Eric and the staff at Raw wheels and tires for all your help, yall really came through for me and I m extremely grateful for yall.If you need a new set of wheels or Rims or Both come check out my guys here!5 out of 5 and then some!!!

I tried other rim shops and was given one option of a wheel I didn't like or told because of the unusual configuration of the lug nuts on my wife's truck, that they couldn't help me at all. I went to the rent a wheel on Charleston and it seems, I may have caught the guy working there on a bad day. He was having a personal conversation with a couple of people in the store and ignored me standing there waiting to be helped. I interrupted their conversation, told him I needed help shopping for rims. After giving him the necessary information about my wife's truck, he told me they only have one wheel for that truck after which, he shrugged his shoulders and told me, "Beggars can't be choosers". I'm not a beggar so I left the shop. I made one last effort at the Rent a Wheel on Pacos and these guys were all stars. They went out their way to help me find options for my wife's truck. Especially Mario, who went above and beyond. These guys made me feel like a priority. They found some dope wheels for my wife's truck, got us squared away and for that, I'm grateful. These guys rock!

I went here because hey, let's be honest. I don't have 2 grand cash to buy new rims and tires. The staff here is awesome, very knowledgeable and professional. Upfront about the cost and weekly payments. And they are willing to work with you as much as possible. Plus, I got a few freebies to boot, and a free alignment at Pep Boys. I highly recommend Rent A Wheel Las Vegas, NV. Give then a shot.

This is the only place you should come get tires and rims from I've had rent a wheel do my tires and rims on my other jeep and they were amazing as always Eric hooked me up again and got my new SRT8 looking fresh as hell a big thank you to the whole rent a wheel staff for taking care of me and my care while answering all my questions they are genuine people that care about making you a happy customer I will always be back for my rims and tires needs thank you Eric for making it happen

I CANT SAY THANK YOU RENT-A-WHEELS MORE THEN ENOUGH FROM THE START THEY TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY AND I AM TOTALLY HAPPY WITH MY RIMS AND TIRES.. ALSO THEY PRICES CAN NOT BE BEAT I LOOKED BELIVE ME THSNK GUYS FOR BEING HONEST AND TRUTHFUL AND MOST OF ALL TAKING CARE OF ME !!!

These guys are awesome! Passing through the desert we had two tires with a bulge from the heat and traveling far pulling a uhaul trailer, which caused a pretty bad wobble on the truck they cut us a good deal on some new tires and even stayed late to help our family get back on the road safely. It was hot, and they ended up having to stay an hour late for us but they fixed us up and we are very very grateful for their generosity and hard work!!

I purchased tires 3yrs ago. The staff is like family. I've seen staff from old to new. Eric is the best, don't get any better. Have much love for this gentleman. Carlos will always be missed and thought of. My experience there was and will always be the upmost event. Customer service is the up most feeling. Jimmy and I will always consider this establishment like family. Highest respect and regard to this business.

I took my car to these awesome professionals picked out a set of rims and tires. Got them put on but come to find out they had a defect. Once I let them know the situation they did not hesitate to take care of the problem. Picked out some new shoes along with new tires.. problem solved. Highly recommend the team at RAW on Trop/Pecos when looking for new shoes for your ride.

S63 on 22s, the best tire shop in Las Vegas F**k BIG O Tires, F**k Discount tires, and F**k Pepboys! Bunch of hater s and they don t have the equipment needed to work on anything bigger that a 20 inch rim!!!! Raw is the BEST! you been warned!!!

Came into RAW to check out some new shoes for my flex, staff was incredibly nice and professional. I was not sure on what to look for but the guys were very knowledgeable about every set they had in stock! Will be sticking with RAW from now on!

My hubby needed new tires for his Hummer...pricing them out is always difficult because they are extremely expensive...thought I'd look into Rent-a-wheel to see about options. We did the online pre-approval and then received a call from the location nearest to us and we went in later that day. We were greeted by a really nice man...and he gave us the options on what we could do. We put down our deposit and waited for the tires to be delivered. They said hopefully by Monday or Tuesday and we were pleasantly surprised that they came in on Friday! Again greeted by really great people and had the tires mounted. They are great and it is the 1st time in a VERY long time that we could afford to get all 4 new tires. The process is super easy and payments are very reasonable...but without a doubt the customer service rocks here!!! Every single person there is super polite and helpful...would definitely recommend if you are needing new wheels, new rims..etc...stop by and see them!!

They had great price and payment options. The warranty and roadside along with other various discounts are good. Well worth the prices. However they are very slow! I get we were running late because another her of a customer would not move out of the way but they should have moved the car out of the way before giving to customer. Or have more than one spot to do multiple customers at once. We got paperwork and payment done by 5 but left at 7. Didn't not get rims only tires!

In March I had rims and tires installed for a nice price! Yesterday I brought my husband in to do the same. Looking for affordable prices? Definitely stop by and ask for Carlos, he s my go to guy. The staff here is amazing, professional and courteous. In and out with no issues, no hassles and great warranty on your purchase. This location is more like family now lol

Appreciate everything these guys have done for me . Went there a few years ago as a first time customer. Happy to say I m back for a second time . Excellent customer service. You want it ? Been here twice and both times I had no complaints! These guys are great here! They really take care of their customers!4/17/21 Update....Once again great service and not only did I get good service, they actually remembered me and both my cars after not being there for a while. That goes to show how attentive they are to their customers.

We drove here from NM and found ourselves with a nail in our tire. Thankfully we purchased the warranty for the tires. We went in and they took great care of us! In and out quickly with a new tire. Thanks guys you saved us!! Awesome customer service and extremely friendly!!
