Went in to get new tires! Rich hooked me up with a new set! Turnaround was good. Rich was ver knowledgeable I asked a lot of questions about doing upgrades like clutch or chain drive. Rich was honest and told me it wasn t necessary unless I wanted it or added more power. Most shops would have just took your money.I highly recommend the shop! Good honest people working there! I plan on going back for cams in the future. Rich is legit!

Went in yesterday to get fluids changed. Ask Rich to check out several other things, with the understanding that isn t what I had an appointment for. Rich not only got it all inspected, fluids changed, and done in the same day, his customer service was top notch.Appreciate the the way he handled things.

I've been going to Rich since my warranty ran out on my 2017 Road Glide. Since then he's put in a cam, Dyno my bike. Replace my tires, brakes, installed new suspension. He takes very good care of me and my bike. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and all around good person. Hard to find a person you can trust your baby too along with your life. Rich worked on my Harley Vrod - they changed my oil, bled my brake lines and changed my springs and powder coated a few parts. Great shop and I definitely would bring my bike back. Excellent tune on my 117 twincam Road Glide. Rich did a fantastic job, got me in and out within 3 days and at a very reasonable price. He was kind enough to show me the shop dyno and explain how he tunes. Very knowledgeable guy and took the time to answer all my questions. Even though I do all my own work, I will be bringing the bike here moving forward for general maintenance. Highly recommended

The best shop to take your Harley Davidson in Las Vegas period. Over the years I ve dealt with quite a few shops in town including the stealerships. None have had the level of hands on customer service that Rich provides. Not to mention how knowledgeable and upfront he is. Feel comfortable dropping your bike off at R2, it s in great hands.

Took my 2020 FXLRS for fork seal replacement. I messaged rich and he was able to schedule me in the following week. Pricing was reasonable and he is very knowledgeable when it comes to our bikes. I was able to pick up my bike 2 days later and rode my bike about 300 miles now and everything is good. Quality work and easy to deal with. Will be bringing my baby only to r2performance from now on. Rich is the man! It was difficult to match my floor boards and crash bar accents to the wheels because the accents are anodized. I knew very little about powder coating, he spent some extra time to go through comparing different golds until we found one we thought would look good on my mag wheels. I knew it would come out good, but it s better and matches better than I could even ask for! A lot of people say they know what they re doing, but when he tells you he s got you it s facts! Killed it!

Hello everyone,I have 2007 Harley VRod night. Front break hoses cracked and need full replacement. Power commander erroring. Went to all Harleys dealers - no one had parts, no one could help. Out of stock.Rich made for me a custom set. No questions, no bs, no stories how hard it is and how expensive it is now because of covid and all this jokes no blood sucking Fast, professional and most important- extremely respectful!!!! Ordered parts, next day in 4 hours bike was ready.If you need professional help with proper service -that s the place.

Rich did a Dyno Tuning session for us. It was a one day turn over. He took the time to explain what was done, and how to understand the results. The bike is running great and we are super happy with the level of professionalism, and over all experience. Rich did a great job on my brand new '23 fxlrst. I sourced all the parts and he installed them. Also had him put a cam/tune for a great price. He's a 1 man shop and I like how careful and meticulous he is on my bike. I definitely treats it like his own and goes over every single thing to make sure they are good to go. Rich is Excellent. He knows his parts and recommends them. He installed a 2:1 Trask Performance Exhaust and Dyno Tuned my 06 Fatboy. I recommend him and would definitely go back. I am already scheduling more work.Update: went back to upgrade the shocks and again he delivers timely great service.

I left my Victory Highball with R2 Performance for cam work and dyno tune. Rich was very communicative throughout the entire process. Got me in and out within a couple days where it could of been even faster if I had not forgotten to bring something with me. The bike runs beautifully. The shop itself is extremely clean. Even the bay is meticulously organized. With some of the fairest pricing in the valley, a mechanic that is honest, communicative, and well versed in not only Harley but Indian and Victory as well you couldn't ask for a better experience.

I m on a cross country motorcycle trip and needed some service. I limped into R2 performance unannounced and Rich got me back on the road in no time. I was so happy with his professionalism that I went back for an oil change on my way out of town.Thanks again brother!

Rich was extremely helpful in assisting me choose what options to go with on upgrading my Harley s performance as well as complete some warranty work. He also had some awesome Christmas specials that you just couldn t pass up on. Even through the holidays, he finished my bike up in a very timely manner as well as fixing any issues my bike had that he found. He was in communication with me the entire time making sure I was happy with what was being done. Now that I have the bike, it s everything I expected and more. A good friend of mine recommended Rich at R2 Performance to me and said they did great work at a reasonable price. That was an understatement, they do exceptional work at a very very reasonable price! I had a lot of questions and Rich patiently talked me through it all. He made suggestions about different avenues we could take with my upgrade but was never pushy or tried to up sale me. He gave me the pros and the cons and made it all make sense. I love my bike even more now so thank you Rich! You are now officially my mechanic!! If you re reading this and need work done on your bike, do yourself a favor and go see Rich. I brought my 2020 Lowrider S to Rich from R2 performance for upgraded handlebars and exhaust. He did NOT disappoint! Just like all other reviews the service was professional, timely, and any questions were handled. A week later I brought bike back to R2 for upgraded Cams. If you have any upgrades or service issues bring to R2 definitely earned my business!

Brought my bike in for a dyno tune, I also ended up getting a three hole oil change. Super happy with the service and my dyno results! Dealt with Rich(owner) super solid dude, took the time to answer all my questions about getting my wheels powder coated and future engine work, did not feel rushed out like you do at other shops. Will definitely be bringing my bike back for more work !Service: Oil change

I had risers & bars installed by Rich and the guys over at R2 Performance.They did an awesome job and it was exactly what I was wanting. They also got it done in a timely matter. Dropped my bike off at 8am and it was ready for me to pick up by 10am the next day.Definitely recommend R2 Performance for any of your motorcycle needs and I will be using them for future upgrades.

Fair pricing and Rich is a solid guy. Had my 2019 Harley Road Glide Special tuned there yesterday and she s purring n running much better. He even gave a suggestion on a better air cleaner for my bike, that would correct the idling issue. Thanks Rich!

They did a big bore build on my 2018 road glide 107 to a 124 . The hp , and toqure are amazing excellent workmanship. Completely satisfied.Thank you gentlemen for a job well done .R2performance just installed new transmission and clutch Excellent job replace Replace swing arm bushings and powder coated some parts. You can't find a better shop . They go above and beyond Not only in the professional quality of their work but price but Christ as well. Everything was done in a timely manner Considering parts availability . The job is complete in 2 weeks .
