I took my Avalanche to have it looked at and the customer service was outstanding. R & R are very professional and did not charge to look at it and give me a quote. I had the work done because the price was very reasonable for all the work needed. I highly recommend Chris and his team.

Hands down best mechanic shop in town. I own an automotive collision center and we have our own mechanics too and I send everyone I know including clients over to Chris. I had to get some work done on my personal truck and my guys were just too busy to get to it and had Chris take care of it. He did major TLC to my motor and knocked it out quickly and did an amazing job.The guy is a perfectionistIf you want the best mechanic in town to work on your vehicle, this is the place to go.

By far, this shop in Vegas stands out as one of the best. Whenever I'm back in town, it's my go-to place for oil changes or any other work that needs to be done. Unlike corporate chains, this shop is family-owned, which adds a personal touch to their service. They consistently deliver good, honest work, and I highly recommend them.

Zero stars. Beware of this place!! Came in yesterday for an oil change and left after about 35 minutes. Then my truck started to run weird, so I pulled over and opened the hood and noticed my air intake had been taken apart! And my MAF sensor was unscrewed!! Why would they remove this to do an oil change? Why wouldn't they put it back together? There is no reason. I have to think this was done intentionally to cause damage to my vehicle in order to get me to return to them for repairs. SCAM!! Now I'm left wondering if they even changed my oil? Very shady. Place is run down, dirty.. Not well kept or inviting. Should have trusted my gut and gone elsewhere. I have contacted the state attorney General, the Consumer Protection Agency and the Better Business Bureau. Consumers be ware of this place!!

So, im a ny'er,and one thing I learned was when in a new city u need 4 major professionals..the first, mechanic,and I have one ,r&r..of course a Dr. Then great pizza and Chinese .but Chris and guys at r and r trustworthy fair, and just plain great guyz

I absolutely love this auto shop and would not go any where else. I happened to stumble upon it back in 2012 when my head lights went out and I went to a commercial auto shop that was going to charge me close to $100 to fix. I went to R & R and I believe they charge me like $5 or $10 from there Ive been going to them all the time for my car. I moved out of Nevada for 6 years and moved back and here I am again with R & R. Everyone there is honest and will not just add 'issues' that your car may not have for money. I highly recommend them and wouldn't go anywhere else. Oh ps: don't be like me and take your car in for oil changes before going wayyy over the miles your supposed to!! :)

After a lot of research, I found this place, after readingthe reviews I went and talked to them in person before I called to have any work done, because i dont trust anybody to work on anything. But these guys are definitely honest people who go above and beyond, my car has never run better or stopped quicker, they even fixed my gas pedal and throttle cable for no extra cost. This will be my go to place for any work I need done on my car. Chris is an awesome guy too, a straight shooter and just a trustworthy honest man trying to make a living. I have a Suzuki car, which is not sold in the US anymore and dealerships no longer exist for repairs, etc. I bought replacement suspension parts 5 years ago because they were soon to become unobtanium. R&R said they would not install "other people's parts" on vehicles, even though the parts I am supplying can no longer be sourced so there is no option to install "their" parts. I asked questions trying to understand, and the person I spoke to was very rude and condescending. He said there are liability and warranty concerns, which I do get, but he also said as a business they need to mark up the cost of parts, which they can't do if customers supply them. Two stars is for the unnecessary rudeness and condescending way the message was delivered. Very disappointing.

Very honest and trustworthy. Highly recommendable. I brought my van because of an engine chip light. The code was calling for engine misfire. The van was running fine and prior to this, less than 1500 miles ago, I did a tune up and misfire code stayed on. Took it to a mechanic and they did another tuneup and intake gasket. After driving about 700 miles, the misfiring code came back on. Took it to R and R. They tested it and got rid of the code and told me there is nothing wrong with the van. My point: Going there with an engine chip light, they could have made something up wrong with my van and they didn t. On top of that, they didn t even charge me the diagnostic fee. I salute this shop and the people. God bless and more power to this shop.Service: Engine repair

Absolutely love this place. They are fair and honest. The wait can be longer than a chain service however your vehicles concerns are heard without the pages of bs stapled behind what you came to get repaired. They re great!

Christopher from RnR is amazing! Actually everyone there is great! My car is making rattling noise and I brought it to 3 different auto places to get it checked. Nobody can tell me what is really wrong with it and some even told me that it s normal as I have a V6 engine. I refused to believe it and brought it to RnR. Christopher took a look at it and told me within 2 hours that I need a new ball bearing. He got the job done the same day and my car has been running smooth as if it s brand new! Everyone is friendly and nice and polite. The price is very fair and they did an amazing job! Highly recommend! I loved everyone that I met here especially Gonzales! He was so nice from the time I first called, the price was very reasonable and he showed me and explained everything in detail to me what was going on and what needed fixed. They will definitely be my mechanic for now on and I ll be telling everyone about them! Finding a mechanic can be scary, but I strongly suggest taking your vehicle here! Thanks you guys!!

R&R was recommended to me by close friends of mine for solid, honest work at an affordable price. I recently had my timing belt replaced there and was completely satisfied with the quality of work performed. I have already recommended R&R to a few coworkers of mine and will be back there again in the future to have more repairs performed on our 2004 Lexus.

I have taken several vehicles over 10+ years to R&R Auto. A trustworthy mechanic is difficult to find in Vegas. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Family owned and operated. Reseasonable pricing. True to estimate cost.

My Mechanic is Chris he is very hard working. I don t know if he knows how much I appreciate him, sometimes when you are going through storms it is easy to get frustrated. No matter how I came to him, he maintained his composure. He has fixed our Autos both foreign and domestic for a few years now. He is a good mechanic, he has so much work as he is fair in this dishonest world, and many travel from far such as myself to have their vehicles fixed. I m not saying he is perfect no human being is but he is pretty amazing! And Frank is also Awesome! I appreciate them working on my money pit and on my new vehicles. I ve been using this place for years. My family needed an honest mechanic on the southwest side of town and we tried here. We ve been coming here since grandpa was here. I m huge about who I let touch my car and I trust this place whole heartedly. They are super honest and won t fix something that doesn t need to be fixed. It s like family when you come in here and see Frank up front and Chris working on cars. Even Danny the oil change guy is super friendly.
