I have been using this automotive shop for years because during the first few times his prices were lower or competitive for the same service and remain so. Up to now, he takes time to explain his findings, his recommendations, and what is going to be the cost even though it may just be an approximate. Right away, you will see he has a loyal following because of the volume of service he has. Highly recommended.

Fair, fast, and trustworthy! We were stranded in Las Vegas, on a holiday! What a horrible situation...yet Qwest helped us get on the road within hours, and at a very fair price. We feel blessed we connected with them since we were ripe for exploitation, and yet we feel like we were treated as fairly as we've ever been treated by any mechanic. I cannot recommend highly enough. 10 stars out of 5!

I love coming here for any of my vehicle repairs or maintenance. Theo treats me like family and explain in simple terms what he is replacing and/or any issues that surface during the scheduled maintenance. Have been a customer for over 2 years, and I have no complaints about the work done here. Theo is very honest and upfront about the condition and cost of work and services required. I have been taking my car to Qwest Automotive for a long time. I always know he will repair my car correctly and I trust him to do a good job. My late husband was a very good judge of character and he immediately said, "This guy is a good guy. You can trust him." Awesome auto repair shop! Highly recommended. Worth the wait to get an appointment. After he fixed my first car, I took in two others and received excellent service and price on all three. He fixed an AC problem that TWO other shops including a DEALERSHIP couldn't fix, and a fuel tank pressure sensor problem, ABS brake controller problem, plus he diagnosed a blown head gasket on my project car. He's GREAT!Get your car fixed right the first time, at a fair price. I heard this was an honest shop and I will vouch for that. There is a reason this shop is busy. Everyone in the waiting lobby had nothing but good things to say about the shop. You will not get this level of customer satisfaction and return business from the overpriced chain repair shops in Vegas.I highly recommend Qwest. Get a military discount too.

Sometimes, shopping for a good certified mechanic can be a real hassel. And even when you find one, most of their interest would be to find ways to making as much money as possible from you. In that, honesty can become the most, perhaps, the only reliable tool in your arsenal. However, coming to Qwest Automotive Service eliminated some of those doubts. The owner of this establishment was honest and thorough with the inspection and repairs to my vehicle. And before he started with the work on my vehicle, he carefully explained all the specifics, including things to do to reduce cost on repairs. After the repairs, the cost as compared to the original estimate became less because he was able to research and find alternative ways to getting to the same results at a much lower price. Therefore, his honesty and willingness to making a customer feel comfortable with the repairs puts this facility in a 5-star rating.

Theo the mechanic at Qwest is Trustworthy & practices Excellent Work Ethics. He has worked on my car 3 times up to date & he has always been straightforward, no b.s., I Respect Theo & Trust the work repairs he does on my car. I have recommended friends & family to have their cars repaired, they also were very satisfied with the auto repairs completed at this location. Thank You Theo

We had our air conditioning in our car go out on a quick trip to Vegas. Which is a bad thing when you have a 5 week old with you and a visiting family member from Alaska. One of the military personnel recommend this place to us. Theodore took great care of us. He had the problem found and fixed in an hour. He was honest and up front and even showed me what had happened to have it stop working right. I really appreciated that he did not treat me like a dumb female either because I do know cars. If someone needs work done I recommed Qwest Automotive Service. He also gives military a discount. Always a plus in my book that someone recognizes these men and women who protect us. Thanks so much.

I have been looking for an honest mechanic for years in Las Vegas. I finally found Theo at Qwest Automotive. He was honest with what needed to be done and did a beautiful job. I had taken my car to 2 other places for estimates, I was being swindled to say the least. I will always reccomend Qwest Automotive.

Theo, the shop owner saved me from a minor disaster when a car I had just purchased suddenly overheated and began to shutdown. I literally coasted into his lot. It was 4:55pm and Theo already had his hands full, however he listened to my dilemma with needing the car diagnosed and some sort of miracle performed so i could go to work that night on my graveyard shift. He not only stayed an additional 45 minutes after his usual closing, he also diagnosed and pinpointed the problem. For all intent and purpose he virtually repaired it! However I will still need to a the part replaced (his wise advice and my goofy form of common sense). Theo did not gouge me over the price at all and kept it within normal standard pricing even though he went beyond his closing time and beyond what any other shop I've encountered in Las Vegas in 25 years has done. Not pleased! Although friendly, professional, and clean... I was told the shop was a full service shop...it's not, they could not perform the fix. $65 diagnostics fee and day wasted to tell me what I already new. The same day I picked up my vehicle, I found out I could do the job myself via High Impact Motorsports' advice, an autozone part, and Youtube. Computer replaced, no more engine codes, and smog check passed! :-)

They know what they are doing. I thought I had a major problem with the brake system of my car so I brought it to Qwest Automotive Service. They quickly found the problem (it was minor) and corrected it. Thank you!
