Wow what can I say about these guys, well for starters they are great people and their service is even better. I came in with a check engine light on and a fault code of a faulty sensor or wiring. I was in a time crunch as I had an appointment within 2 hours of bringing the vehicle for a new job. Not only did they get me on the road quickly (1 hour), their pricing was great too. I really appreciate their hard work and I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you guys!!

This shop is amazing, they get your car in and out! Robbie felt with my insurance and currently my warranty. I sod not have to stress. Fred is great too. If you have a Mercedes, this is the shop for you. So happy with my experience and that I have an honest shop, that uses the best parts OEM, also better oil than the Mercedes dealership. They care about making their customers happy!

Very happy with my experience. The team was super knowledgeable and honest! They didn t try to scam me for more money. I originally took my car to Frank s European and they tried to charge me upwards of 10k for a cooling system blockage. Quality Star put a huge amount of work into my car and charged me almost half the price! Will continue to do business with them for routine maintenance

Best Mercedes mechanic in Las Vegas. I collect classic cars and wouldn't take my cars anywhere else besides Quality Star Benz. Robbie and Fred are they only ones I trust with my vehicles. Everything from pre-purchase inspections, to simple oil changes, to restoring rare euro-spec classics. There is a reason why they have 100 cars at the shop at any given time. Save yourself your time and your money. Absolutely worst experience with customer service here and these people can NOT be trusted. They will just scam you out of your money and claim they "did their part" even though the whole reason why you went there in the first place was NEVER fixed. I wish I would have more thoroughly read the reviews before trusting this auto shop. I had to go and pay the dealership to fix my car and paid for the SAME thing they claimed they fixed. Go somewhere else!!Also for context, I paid to get my check engine light fixed so I can sell my car. Robbie is stating that since my car passed smog even though my check engine light was still on, that he fixed my car. If he "did his job" then I wouldn't have had to pay someone else to do "his job." I gave them over 3 months to try and resolve this and EVERY time I got my car back, it came back on immediately. At one point one of his employees even told me to come back if the light came on and they would turn it off so that someone else could deal with it when I sold it. Incredibly sketchy. Robbie responded trying to fix my complaints in response to this as the owner and was no better with how he handled the situation.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Robbie & Fred always go the distance to have my car drive like new, with fair pricing to match their incredible service it is my favorite shop in town! Truly a great mechanic shop here in Vegas finally.

ComplaintOn April 1, 2023 my vehicle was taken to Quality Star on Azure regarding repairs. The appointment was booked through repair pal / CarMax because the vehicle was purchased from CarMax less than a year ago. At 9am my vehicle was brought in. The mechanic on site took my keys and had me fill out entry forms. I told the mechanic my check engine light was on due to the PCV value. And also I wanted windshield wipers replaced on 2016 Mercedes GLC 300. At approximately 11:19 am I received a phone call stating my vehicle was being taken to the sister shop (Quality Star Benz) on Rancho. It was stated that my vehicle had to be hooked up to a machine that is only at that location. After several hours pass and no calls or messages, I called the shop at 4pm to follow up on the status of my vehicle. The manager Robbie answered. I asked for an update on my vehicle. He proceeded to tell me they were closed but yet he had answered the phone and that he couldn t help me or do anything until Monday morning. I inquired about why I wasn t told that they were closing and were keeping my vehicle. He then lied about knowing where my vehicle was. I asked was it at the Azure location or Rancho location. He could not give me a direct answer. His excuse was he wasn t there all day. He yelled several times at me while on the phone and proceeded to tell me I would be charged for diagnosing my vehicle all though I had told the Mechanic what the problem was. He also told me that my vehicle doesn t have a PCV valve which it does and that s the problem. He then went on to diagnose my Vehicle which I m concerned on how that could have been done if he stated he wasn t at the shop. I really don t think I should be charged for any fees especially after them keeping my vehicle for over 24 hours with no notice at all to me.Furthermore, just check my complaint made with BBB and the response the manager Robbie gave. That alone will give you reasons not to use this shop for any repairs.Just to respond to what Robbie replied. That is outrageous to even state that I didn t want to pay for services. My vehicle is completely covered under a warranty and the repairs were completely covered. I paid my deductible without any issues and my vehicle was covered 100%.I took my vehicle to the real mechanics at the Mercedes Dealership Service Center. They repaired my vehicle without any issues. As soon as I arrived they had a rental vehicle ready for me which I kept the entire time my vehicle was being repaired. They didn t keep my vehicle for 2 days without notice and leave me without a vehicle. I definitely recommend taking any Mercedes back to the dealership service center. You ll receive way better results.Service: General repairs & maintenance

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS Robby and his business are a complete rip-off!!! NOT RECOMMENDED - Took my car in for an ESTIMATE for my brakes. This business had my car for a week, then called me with an estimate of well over $6,000.00. YES I was in shock too. Then when I went to pick up my car I was told that I had to pay them over $300.00 for the estimate. Absolutely NO work was done on my car by them, I was stunned yet again, as I was never told that there would be a fee of any sort prior to them keeping my car. I never signed anything agreeing to any fees either. I had my brakes repaired by a very reputable service business for less than $2,000.00. They did a great job too!I am in the process of filing a COMPLAINT with the State Of Nevada- Dept if Consumer Affairs. BEWARE Of THIS BUSINESS!!!

I thought AAA Auto repair was bad. This place is just as bad. So I take my wife's vehicle in to Quality Star Benz because her check engine light came on. I left the car there for close to a week. Cost for diagnostic, a 40 dollar sensor and labor was 1100 dollars. Wasn't happy about the price but I figured problem solved and I don't have to return to these over priced guys again. Boy was I wrong. Four days later the check engine light came on again. But then again I wasn't surprised. This time they say, don't worry, we'll install anything it needs and charge you only for parts, "no labor". A week later I get a call and the owner tells me that it needs a MAF sensor and an air filter. I say how much? He says 200 to 300 dollars. I immediately looked up part prices and found parts totaling a little over $200. I felt fine paying a few dollars more, but just a few. Went in to pick up my wife's car and was told that the actual parts cost was $600. I blew my top and reluctantly paid the bill just to get away from the stench. I will never set foot in this rip off place again. In my opinion Robbie is a total con artist. Buyer be aware!!!

I spent over 1600 just to get my clutch fixed I had to call them all the time just to see if it was done. A month later of them having my car my car is worse can't drive it and they told me to come and get it.even tho you can't steer because they broke the power steering. but now they won't fix what they broke or even give me my money back. And the owner won't even call me because of me having to call all the time. Now I'm without a car because of them and over 1600 .

This review is long overdue as I had my service completed in October but I had to do it! Like the other patrons I too had an amazing experience. Fred worked on my car and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I had to have a part ordered, and thought it would take 3 to 5 days! Well it arrived at the shop the next day and the repair was completed without delay. I had to have my exhaust manifold replaced and pricing the job was coming up $1400 to $2,000. I paid much less than that and couldn't have asked for a better overall experience than what I received. Thanks!!!

Be careful before you get your vehicle fixed from these guys. Get a 2nd opinion. They will sell you a dream. They lie about the parts and services rendered. All they do is basic work,such as oil changes and slogs. They rig work and also will work on other vehicles and charge you excessive labor and it wouldn't take as long to fix. They also use parts from the vehicles that are sitting in their lot and will tell you the part is new. The owner is very shady and arrogant. He is always talking about the American people. But No its greed.

I just had the most incredible experience taking my Land Rover to these experts. The kindest service I have ever had, def the best mechanics In Las Vegas. They exceeded my expectations with an amazing price to my surprise. My car has never ran better! I feel happy and grateful for honest mechanics :)

Robbie was highly recommend to me after I was having such a hard time getting my mercedes worked on by other "professional mechanics" he was absolutely the best with impeccable customer service, he's a genuine guy and would definitely recommend anyone to go to him.I had car issues and had to contact them once again but this time was dealing with Jillian she was absolutely amazing, she was extremely helpful and caring, I can't thank her enough for keeping me informed every step of the way and also for the outstanding mechanics that worked relentlessly to get my car fixed and back on the road.I can't thank them enough.

I tried to replace my own engine coolant reservoir a little while back on a Mazda Rx-8, but ended up breaking the radiator due to shoddy design. Robbie has been the family mechanic for a long time now, and he really came through for me there. He found me a radiator and fixed my car up the same day we had it towed down there after talking to him on the phone. I can't stress this enough, Robbie is an amazing and fair mechanic, and I would recommend him to anyone. Great guy too.

Robbie is amazing! If you have Mercedes, BMW, Audi or any other luxury style vehicle, this is the man and business you want to come to. The service is top notch and repairs are very reasonably priced. I had him do some work on my car and the outcome was more than I expected. Robbie is professional, courteous and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I highly recommend this shop for all you luxury car repairs. Plus the girl who works there is pretty hot. Added bonus talking with her.

Brought my E63 in Feb for a conductor plate change after 5 days I had my car back, But in the next couple weeks started having trouble with the trans again. I brought it back into Robbie who looked at my car immediately each time (total of 3 returns) Finally found that the trans was leaking all the fluid from the original job cause the gasket got pinched on the reinstall. So finally got it fixed and Robbie and the team didn't complain just got the job done. Now I have my car back and I would definitely recommend these guys for future work. Not taking my benz anywhere else. Robbie and team will go above and beyond for you! Thanks Robbie!!!!

Everyone dreads the prospect of having to get their damaged car repaired and the hassle, risks and expense associated with it. I entrusted Robbie and his crew with my 2018 Jaguar recently and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else again! The cost was half of the dealer's estimate, excellent results and ready on time! Very highly recommended!

Dropped off my 1988 560 SEC last week with several serious issues. Power steering leaking and making annoying noise, A/C was basically inoperable in 110 degree weather and exhaust muffler ring was broken and almost dragging on road. Robbie and his team rebuilt the power steering pump, replaced the A/C compressor and found a couple other issues on their own by being thorough. I am SO impressed with Quality Star. They went WAY above what was requested. They saved me $20,000.00 because I thought I was going to be forced to purchase another vehicle for the summer months. GREAT JOB!!

Drove into Vegas from Los Angeles and had a problem with my Mercedes. These great guys took me in immediately and assessed the problem within minutes. Overload of transmission oil had leaked . Drove home to take to my Mercedes guy as I didn't have time to leave it. They were spot on and I would recommend them on the highest level. Absolutely honest and if I lived in Vegas, they would be my go to guys! Thanks guys!

Terrible service. Scam and looking to get your money. Claimed my car was needing starter, motor and battery replaced. Never touched the motor, replaced batteries that weren t broken (everything in and on the vehicle working with power). Only for them to charge me $2200 and give me a hard time about paying them. (Shady practices financially & ethically) Only to turn around just for it to have the same issues. After receiving my vehicle back the first time, I still had engine lights on and similar things happening with my vehicle. I immediately called Fred the Tech and he stated it s nothing he can do about it . A few weeks later, I addressed him again on the issue and he stated maybe I was busy at the time . Neither response trying to fix the issue at all. My vehicle is down, not running for the same issue. I called again and Fred directed me to bring the vehicle in to see if there is something that he did so that he could fix it. That s it! (Not mentioning any fees or verbally expressing any responsibility, only misleading me telling me to bring it in in order to upcharge me for a different problem at $2400 along with a mysterious diagnostic fee for the same issue? That you already fixed? Hmm??)I had to call a tow, get a Uber up to shop so that I can meet them. After showing up they tried to hit me with a bill without even servicing my vehicle at all. I end up missing my tow and Fred was trying to go back and forth with me about what he did or didn t say instead of fixing the issue. Tried to claim it wasn't anything he could do without Robbie present and they really just try to play this big charade with people and their vehicles.The owner Rabih (Robbie) Hamdan is a scam artist and so are his technicians. They never actually finish work on your vehicle, they bandaid fix hoping to get you back in to charge you again (acting like they can t find the problem) for a different problem but the same exact issue or very similar! (Racking up diagnostics fees & other created and fabricated fees, along with excessive labor charges)NEEDS TO BE STOPPED! And it will, no worries!!There are several people with this same issue I m seeing now. No more!Stay tunedServices: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

I took my mercedes to more that 4 other shops and read multiple forums on what the problem could be. Robbie was able to figure it out within minutes and get it fixed shortly after. They are very knowledgeable, genuine, and don't overcharge. I highly recommend seeing them before taking your car to another establishment. I will be going to them for all my future car needs.

I own a 2007 BMW 335i, I've had it a little under a year now. Robbie is the only person I take my car to. He does excellent work with reasonable prices and he answers my calls every time I have questions or concerns. Definitely recommend!!

April 2015. We had another separate problem with my 2002 VW Beetle TDI. The problem was antifreeze leaking on the engine. The temperature sensor light came on and off and the start-up was sluggish. The fix was replacing the coolant outlet housing part. They also checked other hoses and gave it a coolant flush. It has been almost 2 weeks and no problems or leaks. The car runs great!February 2015. We also own a 2002 VW Beetle TDI and was very satisfied with past work done on our van. This is the first visit to Quality Benz for this Beetle and it needed a new fuel injector pump. This car has 200K miles and was in the shop for an extended time because it had some issues. In the end, the car runs great and there are no problems with the repair. Due to the extended amount of time in the shop Robbie went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers.December 2014. We had our transmission conductor plate and 13 pin connector on our Sprinter Van replaced by Quality Star Benz and have been very happy with the whole process. It's been 4 months and we have not had any leaks and the transmission has operated as expected. Quality Star Benz was efficient at getting us in right away for a determination of repair and they were able to start right away and it was repaired within a couple of days. Ahead of time we educated ourselves by watching a 4 part series on YouTube about this repair which helped us feel much more confident about what was all involved. This job was very tedious and time consuming and not at all a do-it-yourself unless you have a shop of your own. Finally, Robbie went over the whole job for us detailing the conductor plate, other information about our Sprinter Van, and the transmission fluid change was included. We would highly recommend Quality Star Benz for quality work done on a timely basis.

Name is Mark took my BMW 330i There to get my ac checked and fixed and a few other minor things . I just bought the car kind you i work on cars myself so i have a OBD2 Scanner it passed with flying colors when i bought the car all green and good then i got it smogged 3 days before taking it there and it passes once again with flying colors. After checking on the car at the shop for over a week and a half they only fixed the window regulator and kept lying about what they where saying quoting us with one price and then saying another all without having us sign a single thing the whole time . They told us they fixed the oil and radiator leak and the window and it would be $1,710 and then started changing the price and saying that s only for the window and ac .... NOT A GOOD PLACE and taking legal action . Good luck have picture of it passing with date and now it has 7 codes .

Had a "B Service" done on my Mercedes Benz on Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017. They were quick, thorough and very reasonably priced. They even fixed the bulbs on my headlamps and didn't charge me for it. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Great Customer Service guys!

RIP OFF SCAM! Robbie Hamden (shop owner) was a 9 year friend of mine. I have watched him screw countless people but never thought i would fall victim. well after he took 3 months fixing a 760li I took to him for a few repairs I got a bill for work NEVER COMPLETED, claims charcoal can was replaced and it was never touched. check engine light still on and the car does not start now at all. here is where it gets worse. Robbie not only did NOT complete repairs he claimed but also returned the car with broken AC vents with a promise to replace, Body damage on the driver side rocker panel that the says he had no other choice but to lift the car from that rocker panel and cause the damage and damage to rear bumper with paint chipping off (obviously backed into something). After taking the car for a second opinion the bill to fix the rear bumper, rocker panel, charcoal canister and AC vents is far more than what he is demanding from me and I had to have the DMV step in to file a claim against his business insurance.since non payment he has called with threats,claims to have made a false police report saying I "STOLE" my car from the shop and skipped on the bill, he has contacted a repossession company requesting them to go reposes the car with no repossession order, he has contacted my customers of my business & business partner making up stories to create bad business relations for me and my clients and business partner.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP! READ OTHERS REVIEWS! VERY BAD BUSINESS MAN!SEE "YELP" FOR HIS HORRIBLE REVIEWS!!!

Took my BMW with a service engine light on. Robbie took his time and did a diagnostic on my engine. My car would not pass smog. He went thru everything and repaired the problem. My car passed smog first try. The level of service is unmatched! I will be taking both of my cars to this shop from now on. Treated my wife and I like family. Thanks Robbie.
