Quality Auto, great service, fast and fair. They also do our small fleet of Vans for our company, and we've always been happy.

They used to be doing good work but now I have experience for some reason you will keep coming for same issue and everytime you will be updates with different fault.

The shop owner is a Hispanic who has anti-black racism and vitriol and will upcharge black customers and only give the fair price to his Hispanic customers. Dude tried to charge me $105 for a $10 oil change. Black folks should definitely go elsewhere.

Got a great price for my radiator repair and the customer service was excellent. They even gave my fiance a courtesy ride home until our car was ready! I've already been recommending this company to anyone who will listen

Just rude customer service. Person on the phone wasn't at all friendly. Seems like i dodged a bullet with all these oil change horror stories I see.

The price might be right for the smog $10 but unless you have 30-40 minutes to wait i wouldn't recommend. There was only one car in front of me and somehow one attendant was jumping around helping multiple people while my car was just waiting to be serviced. Smog never takes this long. I would of honestly gone next door to the Red Bros smog and paid the $17 to get out asap. They did the job. I paid the price and I'd say it was worth it if you have the time for it.

I came here for a smog got there at 5:20 there was no one in line I tell them I need a smog and they tell me there done taking people at 5. so why does it say it closes's at 6 if u can't do a simple smog that takes maybe 5 mins and your not busy your just standing around. the guy was really rude about it too

Don't waste your time coming to this place. Advertising is tempting, but try to get that deals. They will find thousand reasons, not to give them to you.

I do not recommend going here, even for an oil change. Let me explain.A couple of months ago: came here, got an oil change, $25, not bad. Unbeknownst to me, the oil filter was not screwed on correctly, and it was leaking oil.Last week: went in for an oil change, had only about 2 quarts of oil left in there. They "did" the oil change, and told me it was leaking and I needed a new oil pan gasket for $439. (Replacing an oil pan gasket is a ton of work and would actually be more like $1100).I took the car to my regular mechanic who I know and trust, no serious leaks or problem with the gasket, just the oil filter was screwed on wrong. Had them do the oil change right.Whether they are exceedingly dishonest or exceptionally incompetent here at Purrfect Auto I don't purport to know, but I absolutely will not be bringing my car here ever again.

I was looking for a new place to go because my regular place got sold, a friend raved about the one in Henderson, so I decided to try the one on South Jones. Website says they have two bays always open for a quick oil changes, When I went for one, both of those bays were open but she said it will be 45 min wait. I mentioned the website and I pointed to the two empty bays & she told me, We don t have a website and we don t do quick oil changes. she said she has three guys working but she s not gonna pull one them off of doing brakes to do an oil change. Won t be going back there.

Best place for a quick oil change they always do really good job and they don't try to sell you things and labor you really don't need like other places

DO NOT GO THERE, THEY SUCK!I'm a mechanic myself, went in for a smog check, SIMPLE SMOG CHECK!!! I asked the cashier if I can also do the regular oil change, the lady straight up told me I cant do the cheaper option. asked why, she said "because we won't do it!". passed on the oil change but I waited 1hr and 20min just for 3minute job. I was the only one there for smog check but the people don't care at all. The so called manager is worse.

I changed oil there onJuly. After 2month,the maint reqd light is on. I went to shop today requesting to reset it. The lady in the front said they can t reset it,I need change oil. That s funny, the car only run 600 miles in 2 month. They just want money. I think they just set it on purpose. I always go there to change oil and smoke check, but never again.

Smog check on 2 vehicles in about 20 minutes. Staff -- both at the counter and in the shop -- were courteous and efficient. After seeing all the very negative reviews, I did not know what to expect -- but the $10 per car charge was too good not to try, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service we received. The garage immediately next door charges $17 for the same smog check!

I called the day before and asked them what the process was for getting a vehicle smogged. They said first come first serve they are open until 6pmI arrived the following day at 5:48pm. I've had my smog done at several places before and know it only takes a few mintues to do. When I got there the lady said they stop service at 5:30 and I asked her why no one informed me of that when I called and asked. She just said she didn't know. They were short with me and very rude. I will NOT be coming back.If they had good customer service...lol and also if they wanted money, they would have smogged my vehicle.

Nice people, but the mechanics SUCK! They changed my oil and checked my tire pressure. The next day there was a puddle of oil underneath my car and one of my tires was flat. Before coming here I did not have an oil leak or flat tire. In the end, I paid $250 for the damages they did and all i wanted was an oil change. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE.

Brought my car here because the car would not start right away when turning over. They Charged me for Diagnostics which he simply test my battery and Alternator. After 6 hours he told me my Stater was going bad recommend I replace it. $380 and when done I asked him is it great now? He said, it should be... It was already closing time by the time I left and that was Saturday night. By the time I get home, I turn it off and come out about 30 minutes later and when tried to start the car it did the same thing it did before the starter and most of my day. I am back now and the wait is still long with no idea of the resolve... I would not recommend this place.

I came to this location today and have been bringing my family of fours for a couple years. I came for just an oil change but today was the last time I ll be using them for anything. I buy my own oil (Royal Purple) and my own filter (Bosch) bring these to them to change my oil and filter. The guy that did the work had a bad attitude from the start. My car was done in fifteen minutes. I asked if he could adjust the Psi on my tires and he refused. ??? Ok, grumpy!!! but whatever, I ll do it myself. I get home thinking that I d better check out my oil to be sure it was done because usually there s a bit of time to let the engine cool before changing the oil. The oil is kind of clean but it s brown so I run the car for a bit to check again and yep the oil is oldish and not purple. I go back to address the issue and the boss comes out to check the oil and tells me that royal purple is not purple. Hmmmm! I ll be back in the morning to prove that it is and we have two choices then. Money or make it right!

Went in for smog check. Saw on my receipt recommended maintenance on my car which included changing the air filter, that I had low brake fluid and that I had low power steering fluid, theprices quoted were too high. I'm a woman so I guess the guy thought I did not know anything about cars. I proceeded to check all the fluids that he said were low and I showed him that I knew my way around my car's engine

Stay away from this place at all cost!!!Thier smog is attractive, but once you leave your car, they will come up with all sort of issues on your car in order to make money off of you.I went there just for the smog, without my consent they went ahead to do an inspection of my car just to tell me how my car is broken, and so many things wrong with my car. Once i brought my car to my mechanic, he checked it and assured me that nothing is wrong with my car. And the day after i took it on a long trip with no issue whatsoever....Go there at your own risks!!!

Beware of this place! I went in to change a timing belt for $149 and got charged over a thousand for other parts and labor. It took nearly a week to get my car out and the car wasn t fixed. The engine light was not on when I went in and now it is on. My new iridium spark plugs were swapped for cheaper spark plugs. This is a shady auto repair shop. My belongings in the car were also taken. Worst experience ever. When the manager told me that I needed a new motor in the end, I nearly passed out.

I clearly understand why this shop has only 1.8 stars out of 17 reviews. The business is sooo trying to stay waaay under the radar that you have to search specifically for their address in order to find any reviews on them on Yelp because they are so bad at what they do. On Yelp they also have a dismal 2.5 stars our of 14 reviews. After reading the Google and Yelp reviews, the few customers who were even remotely satisfied were a simple oil change or smog test. The disease starts at the top, the manager is always grumpy. I think I've seen this guy smile once in the years that I've gone here to get my smog done and it is only when he is ending his day.I must be a glutton for punishment or just cheap when it comes to finding a smog test at a great price albeit today was the straw that broke the camel's back. I've been here every year for the past 8 years when my auto registration is due. I just suck it up and deal with the wonderful customer service (a huge amount of sarcasm here!) to get my smog test done. It started at $17 back in the day, then dropped almost a dollar cheaper every year. Today was a fantastic $9.99 but, you have to deal with immense hate towards the customer for this service. As I walked up to ask for the smog test, I was given this greeting without a smile or any resemblance of a courteous acknowledgement of any sort; just a matter-of-fact what the hell do you want attitude. The greeting was "Why don't you get an oil change with this smog test? We don't make any money on this service...can you wait, I'm alone. I got rid of the guy who used to do the smog so I'm the only one doing it and I need 30-45 minutes."It was bad judgement on my part but, I accommodated his request. I figured I could take a quick 20-30 minute nap since I started work at 4 a.m. I handed him the DMV postcard with my vehicle specifics. As I'm sitting there waiting I thought to myself, this guy is spiraling every year into misery and this business is never going to succeed with this attitude. If you're not making any money on a particular service, then duh! Raise the price! The guy immediately next door is charging $17 for smog test. Then I would raise my price to $14.99 and make $5 for the 10-15 minute job. I'm sure the smog is his "loss leader" well that's why it is in fact called a LOSS leader. You anticipate making some other form of revenue from that initial customer contact but, who wants to do business with an establishment with these hideous reviews. A smog test he can't screw up. Hence, that's all I get here. I don't even trust an oil change.Suggestion in smart business practice; only have a loss leader if the public has faith in the other services you may be able to provide. BUT, if you do not have that confidence established with your prospective customer base, then you better not run a loss leader. Time to charge a fair price so you make money!Anyway, I watched him do his thing in the span of that 40-minute wait, he had lunch. Yup, that's right, he had lunch and closed out a previous customer who drove off in a Ford. Closing her bill took exactly seven minutes. Now granted, I'm not going to fault the guy for wanting to take his lunch. It was late, about 3 p.m. so I'm not ticked about that. What set me off is that after he was done with my service, he lost my DMV postcard and claimed he gave it to me. No apologies, no sense of -- well let me look for it. Nothing just as if saying too bad, I don't have it.As many of you know in our universal experience, if you do not have any of the original documents that the DMV gives you upon entering that building, it just adds time to the already painful wait times. So my anxiety increased because that document was now missing. Hmm, there is a correlation here. I just arrived at a brilliant idea! Since this manager has absolutely no clue of gracious customer service and has the personality of a rock, I found the perfect job for him...the DMV!

I needed to get my car smogged prior to getting it registered. I looked all over town trying to find an affordable auto shop to take it to. I found one this at Purrfect Auto, for $10 my car got smogged. Danny the Manager does a great job! Full blend synthetic oil price is $39.95 which is a very decent price.

I m sorry, but I feel so beyond taken by these guys. It started with a replaced alternator in 2015. I got the re-manufactured part which Danny assured me was just as good as a new one. They gave a 6 month warranty on labor and parts. 1 month after the warranty expires, my alternator went bad....again! So, I took it back to them, and they said I needed to replace the Alternator again. They would cover the part, but I had to pay for labor again. $235 later, and a warranty for 1 year on labor and I leave. My warranty was up in July 2018. My alternator has gone bad again. (Most cars need to change their alternators maybe once, or twice for the lifetime of their cars.) I take it back, and they ask me if I want to pay labor, again, to replace the alternator. I decided I was done with this place. Especially since the owner stood there and told me he can t us a code to replace my alternator for free as he doesn t use the computer and Danny (the manager) is out of town. They definitely have an F-you philosophy and I feel that it was mostly due to me being a woman. I ve since learned my lesson. Never again.
