Had them rebuild my transmission a little over 40,000 miles ago and this is the transmission now. The first time I changed the fluid I had to use a 1/2 impact to get the drain plug off. Recently I ve been having some shifting issues so I dropped the pan and changed the filter in the pan but this is what I found. I had to use a 1/2 impact to get the oil pan bolts off and one of them is in there so tight I had to drill it out in order to remove the pan. I should have went somewhere else when I saw it was only a 13,000 mile warranty on the work but I understand now. Would not recommend them if this is the work there putting out.Your company did rebuild the transmission in my truck. Now whether you guys pulled it out and sent it somewhere else the work was done through your company and the work is not satisfactory. I will not be removing my review.Service: Transmission replacement

These guys were so good to us!We are on a cross country adventure when our ac went out. After calling and connecting they got our van in and fixed in just a couple hours. Brian and the other fellas were very helpful. I highly recommend Qualified Automotive

I needed a vehicle inspection last minute for the dmv, this was the second place I called. It was only 7 minutes from dmv and the guy told me to come right over. It was $80 cheaper than the other place I called and they were really friendly and fast. I would definitely recommend.

Bryan was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I first took my car to pep boys to fix my air conditioning, they did not fix the problem just added freon and told me it's an electrical problem. So I went to Quality automotive Bryan knew it wasn't electrical did evaluation found that it was a leaky shraider valve. I so appreciate their honesty, they are definitely trustworthy.Service: Air conditioning

We have been doing business with Brian for around 15 years, he has always been honest & I have never needed to return my vehicle for any work done. My 24 year old vehicle is still running happily because of the care taken by the crew at Qualified Automotive... Women, tired of being run around by weasels - please go see Brian - it will be the best move you ever make with your cars.Had Qualified replace my motor and transmission on my '98 Chevy six months ago, so happy new life to my wonderful old truck. Everything running strong and no problems. They took the time to put all of the wiring harnesses back cleanly. Definitely 5 stars!UPDATE: Almost 5 years to the day when I hady motor and transmission replaced and my Tahoe is still running like a top! Still getting compliments when I have to visit another mechanic in a different state about what a beautiful job they did on the replacement. Additionally, last year we did a bunch of suspension work, in particular the drivers and passenger side upper and lower ball joints. While in Yuma I was told they would all need to be replaced along with the sway bar to the tune of $1,600. Called Brian and asked how that was possible with only 8k miles since the work was done & he said not likely and to get an alignment until I could return to Vegas... Turns out it was the passenger side upper and lower ball joints that needed replaced, Brian replaced them without charge although I was past the warranty. Thank you Brian! Love & appreciate you

These guys are top notch! World class workmanship and service. They provided an accurate estimate, completed repairs in a timely manner, warranty their work and were affordable. The staff is friendly, trustworthy and highly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them if your vehicle is in need of repair or servicing.

The best and most honest shop I've ever used in Las Vegas. Over the last 21yrs within Las Vegas, have never found more genuine folks who don't try to convince you to do anything you don't ask for. They are just amazing and they deserve the 5 stars if there were 10, they would deserve all of them & then some. Thank you for always taking my car in when I needed servicing!

I had purchased all my parts for a project on my car and decided to give up. These guys were awesome. Several mechanics I spoke to wouldn't use my new parts out of the box. They gave me a good price and got it done fast.
