The whole team is amazing. I have been taking my cars over here for over 10 years and I have absolutely no complaints. Mike, Luis Brain and Zaid are some of the best people I ve ever met in Las Vegas. Me and my family won t take our cars anywhere else. Three generations of my family goes her. From my parents all the down to my adult children.

This place is terrible. Never bring your vehicle here. They tried to fix a shorted fuse and ran a red wire through my fire wall laying haphazardly on my floor under the dash , then the thing shorted out again because of their micky mouse attempt to fix the problem. Cost me $100 s for a real repair shop to remove the wire and fix it properly. The absolute worst and they lie like crackheads about r everything. Good luck dealing with these incompetent morons.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of having to meet Mike Hardy. Recommended by a friend and I couldn't be anymore appreciative of her and Purrfect Auto. I previously used a mobile mechanic to do some regular maintenance and everything he touched he broke (YourMechanic) was the name. Mike and his crew have set my car right and put my car back on the road properly. Thank you guys

THANK YOU MIKE!So I had to travel to Vegas by car for a fight. It was a 5 hour drive and the frigging alternator went out but we were still able to make it to a hotel and the closest place was purrfect auto parts (as a furry, I was all up for it). The guy at the counter was called Mike and he said it would take 2-3 hours. This guy got it done in two hours when I was worried it would be a one day job. I got late to my fight but the point was that I MADE IT. And it was all thanks to Mike and the Purrfect auto parts crew. I ended up losing the fight but I would never had fighting experience if it wasn't for this team and I thank them for that.

Purrfect Auto Services on Silverado Ranch Blvd. is absolutely the best! We have come here for more than a decade and appreciate the professionalism of the owners and the mechanics. The service is quick, efficient, and reliable. The prices are extremely fair. Prior to finding this store, I would cringe when dealing with auto repair shops because of the way they treat customers. If you want friendly staff who are HONEST about their work, look no further. I ve been coming to this shop since I ve moved into the Southern Highlands area. It s been well over 10yrs. They took care of my husbands 04 Corolla & it s in good condition. Lots of work went into that car. Replaced a lot of things just to keep it on the road & still going strong.

Second time using their services and they are AWESOME!! Hands down they gave the best quote and very pleasantly and surprisingly the final price happened to be lower!?! I must also mention their customer service is exceptional! So glad I've FINALLY found a reliable and reasonable mechanic, especially since my father has been nagging me about it the past 10 years! Thank you Purrfect Auto!!

BEWARE!! They are very nice people and will make you feel like they are servicing you well but are the type of auto shop to overprice you and change the pricing once you re done. Beware: These mechanics are shake down experts. I went in for just an oil change, which you can get cheaper at Midas down the street, but I failed to plan for their wait. Anyways, that s beside the point.I go in for an oil change and I tell the lady at the counter that I need to know the final cost before they start because I only had so much money ready on my card. She says total $23 and some change. Cool.30 minutes later I m pulled into their garage and they want to desludge my engine, replace my brake pads, change my air filters and fix my cracked windshield wiper fluid tank. I know my engine is absolutely fine and the rest of the stuff had just been completely replaced 6 months prior after a car accident.For my own times sake I just told him I didn t have any money and that I d come back when I got paid, and he stood there and said Do you at least have $65 for the engine . No. Do you have $20 for the air filters No. Do you want us to... No. I want my oil changed and I want to go to work. These mechanics will pray on anyone they deem dumb enough to fool. Luckily I knew the state of my car, but the poor man sitting next to me in the waiting room had apparently been there a while already and within the maybe 45 minutes I was there, they had tacked on 3 extra necessary repairs and he was just letting them do it.My car works fine. It gets me from point A to B so I can t fault them on the quality of product, but they will shake you down for every penny you have if you let them. If you find yourself having to go here, know what you want and ignore all of their recommendations . They gave me a list of $300 worth of repairs that they wanted to do on my car in the future. Maintenance is important for your car; keep up with it, but find a mechanic you can trust. These people are scam artists.

If you're looking for an honest mechanic I recommend this location (and this location ONLY!) I had very bad experiences with Purrfect Autos in the past 24 years that I've lived in Vegas but this location is the best! They are trustworthy and don't try to push products or services that I don't need. Prices are average but the service is outstanding!

In the 8 years that I have owned this car I have never had to add a drop of oil beyond oil changes. I had this place change my oil this morning. The oil change took little time, but I could have got it done cheaper less than a block away. They took me out to the garage to show me an oil leak they found around the oil pan, (repair cost = $350) and some other minor things that I understand will be going wrong simply due to the age of this car. But, there was no dirt anywhere near that oil leak, and it looked fresh. I told them I would mull it over and talk to them later. They stressed that they should do it now. I repeated that I would let them know, and I left.I have parked my car almost exclusively in the same spot for the past 9 months. When I got home I checked for oil on the pavement. There was none. For this reason I will not spend another dime at that garage. My car is tagged out of Oklahoma, and I would guess that they figured they had a chance to make some quick money.Note: I had stopped at another place just down the road to have my oil changed 3 days ago. I did not have it done there because I did not trust that person. Las Vegas is where I was screwed by a shop back in the middle '90's. Needless to say this could be a false alarm, but I won't disregard it.

I live across the street, so it made sense to have them do my oil changes for me. Quick, friendly and helpful staff. Mike has also helped me with two hitch problems I had, a quick fix for them, but a solution for me that I didn't know where to go. Very stand up kind of guy and I have 'paid it forward' as a result of his generosity. I highly recommend them.

I think the mechanic's name was Luis, but he really helped out when I needed my brakes changed. He was informative about the difference in rotors when it comes to 4WD. Luckily, I didn't do the job myself because it was more complicated than anticipated. They were professional to say the least and insightful which is appreciated since we all would like to understand what we're paying for.

Quick honest mechanic shop. We were traveling through from Canada and needed a quick oil change before trekking through the hot desert from Vegas to LA. We called around and the gent that picked up had a real genuine feel so we went there. We have an older car that no one wants to repair in Vancouver. We knew there were leaks but couldn't get it diagnosed. He graciously took just a few minutes to determine what it was. Thank you!!

Nice guys but i definitely feel ripped off. I was charged 516 dollars to replace the thermostat in the engine which was flagging multiple lights on my dash, such as the VSC and ABS light. I'm not one to complain or question people when it comes to their job but definitely got a weird vibe.They said the 95 dollar service fee would be credited off the bill, and they did but then charged 95 to scan the engine light.-95.00 - credit for diagnostic+21.00 - thermostat+7.12 - thermostat seal+58.50 - cooling system flush kit+24.95 - toyota coolant+95.00 - scan engine light&VSC advice+300.00 - thermostat and/or gasket (remove/replace)+100.00 - cooling system service+2.00 - hazardous materialsAm i wrong here to complain? Please if someome thinks this looks good, let me know. Dont feel like this place is trustworthy. Im thinking this is more like a 350 dollar job compared to close to 600...

Great place to get your car worked on. Zaid and Lewis are awesome and fair. I've been coming here for a couple of years now and they made a customer for life after assuring me that a service that I requested was NOT needed (saving me significant money). Anyway, they always spell things out beforehand, provide options and allow me to decide - no high pressure! Recommend!

Don't waste your money! We got charged $1200 to fix a power steering leak a couple of years ago. It continued to leak. After giving birth, I finally took it back in and told them what was going on. They kept the car overnight and called us next day saying they fixed it. Guess what? They didn't fix anything! It leaks power steering fluid non-stop. BIGGEST RIP OFF OF MY LIFE!

Horrible and fraudulent auto shop. The $13.99 oil change is a complete lie. I took two vehicles there for the $13.99 oil changes and tire rotations. More than $149 later....& they never fixed the airpressure in my tire so that the low pressure sensor would stop going off. I will never EVER go back to this place. They called me to try and upsell me for everything under the sun. What a horrible sham this place is. I wish you could give negative stars almost as much as I wish I would have just gone to jiffy lube. Don't waist your money and don't trust this awful business.

Very pleasant and competent staff. We live in Ca. And visit Vegas frequently. We have had problems twice with running over tire treads on I-15 that knocked loose the under engine splash panels. These folks looked at our problem right away and secured the panels for us, at no cost no less. While visiting Vegas last week we had an alarm in our car that said there was a problem with the battery and or alternator. Again we went to Purrfect Auto and they diagnosed the problem right away, no problems except with the sensor that was reporting a problem. We are back home now and the car is at the dealer getting the sensor replaced, thank you Purrfect Auto for the help and for making our trip a pleasant one. We feel very lucky to have stumbled onto such competent and HONEST people in a city far away from home.

Eveytime I have let this shop work on my daughter vehicle it's $300 plus & I went the other day & Mike didn't want to serve me so he said he was 3days of cars behind & raised the diagnostic price form $95 to $120 I'm not doing business there again

I've had very bad luck with other Purrfect Auto locations but this one was much better. They seemed very professional, didn't try to up-sell me on additional items, and gave a fair price. Friendly staff, even gave me ride to my house and explained things in detail.

SHADY SHADY SHADYi would like to start off by saying i am a patient, understanding customer because i know what it is like to be yelled at by customers, so i tend to treat any employee wherever i go with the upmost respect even when its hard. i had to get JUST a timing belt and a oil change for my 06 Honda. I had taken my Sante Fe there about 6 months ago. I was lured in with a $10 oil change only to find out id be manipulated into $1,400 onto my credit. i insisted i dont have that type of money and somebody says "nope, cant drive away from here without a new axel boot" So i do the axel boot and the next day im driving it "coincidently" my engine starts smoking. Which is not an overnight thing for a car ive had for years with as little no issues. Long story short my Sante Fe needed to be trashed after i let them work on it. 6 months later, i figured hey giving them the benefit of the doubt MAYBE it was my Sante fe. So i take my Honda pilot there a week ago. I JUST needed a timing belt, an oil change, and back brakes. Somehow each day I call I get put on hold for 30 minutes at a time with the same answer as always "it'll be ready tomorrow." When they told me Monday it would be ready. So its Tuesday and ive done nothing but trust this company, waste my money, and uber everywhere just because they cant fix these things in less than 10 hours. I get it man, stuff happens. But this is a bit ridiculous so today i had called and was put on hold for 30 minutes then they hung up on me. So i called back immediately and was on hold for yet another 20 minutes only for him to tell me he'd call me back later telling me when its going to be ready. he then calls the NON-primary phone number and speaks to them. some man with an accent called back and VERY rudely tells me they are going to keep my car yet another day so i asked "what needs to be done, i cannot leave my car another night i have things to do." and he sounds like he didnt know what needed to be fixed which made me question if their just breaking stuff getting me to come back and get more money out of me. So I then told him my car has been there for a ridiculous amount of days and he then argues saying "no it was not". Sir my car hasnt been there for 5 days?? Are you kidding me saying that? Your gonna try to make me believe i dont know when i dropped my car off? But i didnt wanna argue so I said okay ill come pick it up tomorrow and he does not say bye nor reassure me of anything he just hangs up.ive gotten screwed over twice by this joint. this place needs to be shut down asap. its ran by money hungry scammers who do anything and lie through their teeth to fill their pockets.needless to say, i got swindled. this place has survived not on loyal business, but treating people like cash cows. you guys should be utterly ashamed taking advantage of people like this. What a joke this place is. !!!!PEOPLE PLEASE STAY AWAY IM WARNING YOU!! The $10 oil changes are not worth the broken car and over $1K worth of work. deceitful corporate. This place doesnt even deserve a 1 star rating.

Did an analysis on my kids dead car. Initially timing belt, but turned out to be the tensioner. Anyway, called with continuous updates, fair on the price, whole thing done in less than 24 hours. Can't ask for more than that. Louis was great, thank you sir!

I've been using Purrfect's services, at this location, for three years now and couldn't be happier. They're professional, friendly, and their prices are even a little better than most any service that I've investigated. I should know what services cost because I'm not handy at all and my car currently has 119,000 on it.

This car shop will be blessed because they're honest and reasonable. My son who is just student was ripped off by Jeff of Xpert Auto across the building. He charged diagnostic of $95 when it's only free here at Purrfect.

They fixed the blown head gasket on my truck for parts and labor less than $2,000, they have fixed the a/c on my daughter's car, they have done maintenance on all of our 4 vehicles now. They have always been fair and honest with us, I don;t think you can expect much more from an auto shop.

DOOO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! i took my dodge in here to get my suspension fixed they told me they would have 2 guys working on it to get it done fast for me even gave me a ride back my place to wait for it to be done he told me 2 hr and it would be good then 4 1/2 hr left after i had called 3 times they tell me it done i get there to my car unlocked and keys in side just sitting in the parking lot i was charged $1000 for the repairs that where only supposed to cost $600 they gave me as many excuses as they could think of why OH AND TO TOP IT OFF 3 weeks later my car starts shaking all over the road turns out they didnt fix what they said they would and now they want me to spend more to get it fixed ........ if anyone knows how to complain to there main offices please write on here and let us know because this is not right its a total scam.....
