From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a team of genuinely nice and cheerful individuals who made the entire process smooth and stress-free.Manager Justin's kindness and professionalism were immediately apparent. He took the time to explain the smog testing procedure thoroughly, addressing any concerns I had with patience and expertise. His friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease, making me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands.The receptionist, July, also left a lasting impression with her sweetness and efficiency. She efficiently handled administrative tasks while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the waiting area. Her cheerful disposition added an extra touch of positivity to the overall experience.What truly sets Perfect Auto 888 apart is their commitment to honesty and transparency. PLEASE READ PLEASE CHECK VEHICLES BEFORE ALLOWING SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION.We will not be returning to this location ever again. We had given this location two chances with 3 of our vehicles the first time was coming in for an oil only for the manager to calculate a ridiculous amount of fees of different things he mentioned was wrong with my car. Mind you he stated a quote of the services being received only to ask the receptionist the amount approved for a loan and took the full amount. He stated my vehicle being ready that day only to be avoided with me the customer constantly calling that day for updates only for me to get a return call at there closing time that my vehicle would not be available till next day. Mind you being there on my own as a female my partner at the time stated that my vehicle had been checked with our usual mechanic and wasn t stated any of these issues. The second time was another oil change on another vehicle same manager mentioned additional issues with car only for the tire to have been manipulated with and the oil change for another vehicle was leaking after oil change service received. I would state before going to this location to get a first outlook from a mechanic to make sure this manager isn t tricking or creating problems to vehicles to get more money out of customers pockets. Or just strictly watch car and state only wanting the service you requested and nothing else further. It s very misleading being that he uses his expertise to confuse his customers. I hope that this review helps others and that hopefully they will stop doing this to customers. Regrettably we will not be returning.

A little of 6 months ago I was charged $50 for an oil change that was advised by the sales associate to be much "better" for my car. Couple days ago I went back and was quoted $23! Also be prepared to wait over an hour and a half for just an oil change!

If you want the Purrfect place to take your vehicle, new or used, this is absolutely the place. Lewis will work with you from beginning to the end. Besides being courteous he is working with you to make sure your work can be done. They also have a no credit payment plan as long as you have a debit card, Cash app card doesn't qualify, you can get this card, mostly everyone. Lewis and the crew are fast and efficient. Also Lewis went out of his way to find parts that are discontinued. Thanks sir. Tori works behind the desk of this establishment, she's patient and courteous. At least you feel good while you're spending your money. They work with you there also, if at all possible.

Have been bringing my 3 autos here since 2008. I recently had a brake light out and bought a set of light bulbs at Auto Zone and put one in myself. Didn't work. What I failed to do was try the second one. Instead I thought it may be an electrical issue so I came here.After waiting for a little while, a young bearded tech, never seen him before came out and told him I tried one of the light bulbs and didn't work. So he said he would try both of them and if it worked it would be $25 for his time. I didn't think it would work since i had tried one already so I said ok. He tried one first and didn't work. Tried the other and that one worked. Took him probably 7 seconds to try both and told me "That will be $25". Did he do anything wrong or illegal? no but the smart thing to have done is to make the customer feel good about coming here and should have said 'That took 7 seconds, don't worry about it' - Just to keep a customer happy and wanting to keep coming back.I would have felt good about this place and would have written a good review. Instead, this left me with a bad taste in my mouth so I won't be coming back here. For $25 you lost a long term customer and got this bad review.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Justin. The worst service I have ever had. They are ABSOLUTELY scammers as many other reviewers have said and very predatory. I completely regret taking my car here. I wish I had gotten a second opinion before getting my car worked on at this place.They are terrible with estimates and will keep your car in for much longer than they tell you. They told me it would be done on Thursday but didn t get a call back until Tuesday the next week. I took my car in to get the bumper replaced because it had a dent in it. They NEVER once mentioned that they don t paint parts here. They put a BLACK bumper on my WHITE car and never mentioned it would look different. They tried to blame me for not knowing that it wouldn t be the same color when I got it back. They said they would send me to another office where they will charge me more money to paint the bumper.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

This is the absolute best place to get your vehicle serviced. Great costumer service, honest and reliable. Plus very affordable prices. Don t take your vehicle to the dealership before stopping at Purrfect Auto #888.

12/21/2023 this place finally responds and says I have not been to Purrfect auto since May????? LIARS......I have receipts lol....this is why you will be sued....blatant liars....CROOKS WHO SABATOGE VEHICLES. LIARS WHO SABOTOGE VEHICLES. DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE THEY DONT DO REAL DIAGNOSTICS AND THEY WILL HAVE YOU WITHOUT A VEHICLE1/30/2024 I have proof I have been there after May you liars

Been going here for years, never had any issues. They always politely let me know if there's any concerns with my car and explain everything to me. I like that they don't try push it on you to get services done with them. But they do have payment plans, so that's always good. They are also always willing to work with you as well.

Took a Toyota car in for a simple smog check. After the smog check, they came back stating how they checked the vehicle, and how the car needed spark plug replaced and the fluid change, even though we clearly told them not to do anything else to the vehicle besides the simple smog check. The car has already been checked twice recently beforehand, first by Centennial Toyota, and then by a trusted family mechanic, and neither have stated the car to need any servicing done. After declining the first time to the first mechanic lady, the second mechanic thats doing the final transaction switched to using scare tactic to try to get us to do the services. The funny part is, that mechanic did not even bother to show us all the issue in person as per their usual procedure. This interaction further solidifies that this shop is not honest, and use fear based tactics to get people to do unnecessary repairs on their vehicles to make an extra buck.If you dont want to get screwed over by car repairs, definitely,100%, avoid this shop and every Purrfect Auto in the valley. For all the Toyota owners out there, Centennial Toyota is my recommended place for any repairs and servicing.

Probably the most honest place to visit. Great pricing for oil but the manger comes out and lets you know what you need and will give you a good deal. Don t goto meineke. This is the place to visit. Ask for Justin! Tory the receptionist is amazing at the front desk.

This people are dishonest will never use again, they over charge you for parts and don't fix your car correctly. I might start a lawsuit on this company! Please everyone don't trust this company do your research and get second opinions!!!

I came here for essentially a bundle service for replacement of fluids such as transmission, brake and power steering. They have me a very fair price for which is already a good deal compared to the dealership services. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly, all of them! I spoke with the front office person, the manager and the mechanic who worked on my car and they all were extremely Pleasant. Additionally, five stars for being open on Sunday! There waiting room provides water, coffee and air conditioning so I wouldn't say is lavking at all!

Took my car in for a simple oil change. For some reason they decided to change my headlights from auto to on and it was the middle of the afternoon and as well as turn on all my cars Interior lights to rummage through it. Because it was the middle of the day. I didn t realize all the lights were on until it killed my battery. When I called and told the manager, he called me a liar essentially.Stay away these people are scammers!

Do not bring your car to this place!! They are a scam. Specially with women This place takes advantage. They don t care about your well being. I took my car in on 4/27/2023 for an oil change and a leak. They said that I needed to replace my water pump and other major things. I told them that I couldn t afford the repairs. They offered to help me apply for financing. Once I was approved for $600. They told me that they would fix my water pump for $600. (What a coincidence that the repair fees is the exact amount of my credit limit ) I asked the guy how soon would my car be ready by. He told me about 1-2 hours. I explained to him that I couldn t wait and that I would have to bring it back to them. I left and never ended up going back for repairs. Something told me that they were trying to take advantage. Well, a week ago I get a call from the finance company and tell me that I have a balance of $590. Come to find out this place charged me for something they never fixed/ repaired on my car. When I called them to ask why am I being charged for work they never did, all of a sudden now they say that it s because they had to special order the part. Wow! They are a scam. I ve already filed a claim against them. Please be aware of this place! Oh and 2 weeks after bringing it here for an oil change, my car needed a new oil change because it wasn t maintenance by them when they told me it was! WTH?!?! Don t bring your car here!! I saw a lot of woman there that day. Please get a second opinion before fixing/ repairs at this place. Don t trust these guys!

Worse than awful!I had been to this store several years back and was very happy with the service. Also had work done on my Saturn VUE at the nearby store on south Durango street. Again I was very happy there (I even wrote a positive review) with both the service and professionalism of the staff. So, I was confident that things would be the same as before. They were not!I was met in the office by an unfriendly, almost surly, mechanic doing the office work. I asked for the usual oil change and smog test and told him that my Check Engine light was on. I had just replaced the gas cap and hoped that things had improved.He took the keys and a few minutes later came back to tell me that I failed the smog test (which of course I expected); I asked him if he thought it was the gas cap which I just replaced. He replied, with a manner of a bored pushy adult talking to children, that only a Diagnostic Test (about $50) could answer that. I agreed to the test and sat down in the office to wait.Time passed. Lots of it! A very long wait.The office was filled with large advertisements for financing what were clearly expensive repairs (naturally a depressing sight). Yes, there were other customers but only a very few, so it seemed odd that the wait was so long for a diagnostic test. Almost 2 hours later, and after asking a newly arrived office worker if the test was over with, I was given a printout by the surly mechanic who told me in a mildly threatening tone that the necessary repairs ( If I wanted to pass the smog test , as if I didn t) would be about $800 (see picture below). But he would waive the $49.99 diagnostic fee, if I did the repairs. If the diagnostic took 2 hours, I wondered how long the repairs would take. Since I had waited a very long time and had lost my trust in him, I said no. He then yelled to another mechanic in the back, Ship it! Is that code for something? So I paid for the oil change, the Smog test (which used to be differently priced before, if you failed) and the diagnostic which told me that I had an emission problem, something which was self-evident. I left feeling that I was nearly ripped off by a dishonest business and fortunate that it wasn t a total nightmare. There was NO diagnosis that there were some other issues with the car, like insufficient radiator coolant and other small issues. Some diagnostic!I then took my car to another mechanic who, when he opened the hood, exclaimed, Who worked on your car . He pointed to an emission hose that was cut (see picture). Cut! I told him where I was and he said that what he saw was malicious tampering, not automotive work. He fixed my emission problem and I passed the smog test for far less than the so-called diagnostic.Never again will I go to that business for any service, nor will I allow anyone I have any influence over.Shame on that store and shame on the parent company!

Sorry to say but worked at one of your shops in California and what a mistake as you didn t want us to change oil filter so people check and make sure they did the repairs you guys suck as far as customer service goes and care not for them I would crush the oil filter just so it had to be changed ya got in trouble for it but not putting my name on a job half azz done I would wait a year to get into another shop to get my car fixed even though you could do it today and the care for your employees sucks as if one gets hurt you replace them and when the are able to come back to work tell them we don t need you today and have three new people working there people check the internet for these guys made the news on bad shops in Nevada

Pulled up and got an oil change in under an hour without ab appointment. They told me what needed to be done on my car because my check engine light was on. So for service and customer service I would say 4 Starz but my car was returned with a huge dent scratch on the side. I called and complained and they tried saying it wasn't them. Im not happy about the damages. And the fact that they are denying it. So I am giving them 1 star

1/31/24- Louis and Crew helped replaced the AC hose, which it was leaking. I brought my car there on Sept 2023 to add coolant to the Toyota, the previous GM added the dye.When I have returned to Vegas took it in for a check. The Toyota hose is at $256.20 and it has to be shipped from LA. I have paid $60 discounted price for it to be shipped overnight to shop..Luis took care of me by pricing discount to remove and replace the AC hose at $150.The coolant was still warranty so there refill the coolant at no extra charge.Puurfect gets the job done! My to go place.

Please beware. We were told our vehicle would cost over $9000 to fix so we went to pick the car up and were charged $150 for a diagnostic which was never performed. They had no paper work for the diagnostic. We are now getting it repaired for just a few hundred dollars at another mechanic.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

I want to share my nightmare experience with Purrfect Auto Shop on Fort Apache.First of all, they , including manager Jessie, are liars, dishonest and basically scammers.First , 4 weeks ago, I paid them $400 in cash to replace the motor on the passenger window. The did fixed the window and also broke the door latch. The door will not stay shut .Once Jessie the manager realized that , he said he would order a new door latch and he would install it himself instead of some unqualified mechanic . For 4 weeks I stopped by when manager asked me too and all kinds of excuses came up. Every excuse u can imagine.Yesterday he tells me that I would need to pay $365 for the door latch they broke because I was being Ungrateful . Ungrateful ?I had been very patient with them for FOUR weeks !Stupid me , cause I trusted them , I went on to let them do other work on my car totalling $2,600. My car inside was filthy with black grease fingerprints. And now Jessie lies to my face saying he never told me he would fix what they broke free of charge.It s an awful feeling to realize someone has taken u for a fool and lied and took my money but didn t keep his word . Now I have to wait till I have enough money to fix the door .Stay away from -Purrfect Auto Shop onFort Apache.

Coupons for oil change are only for some odd vehicle. More newer cars are 5-30 or 0-20 weight. They won t let you use the coupons if your cars is newer. They wanted to charge me $44.99

I truly believe this team tried there best to resolve and rectify this issue with my baby but ultimitnaly even after the help with finance, best pricing available around and great customer service, it still wasnt enough to fix it, the issue is still there. I have no negative feelings but I will not be coming back and will pay the extra money to have a team who are capable of resolving these issues. Thank you purrfect auto for trying your best but I will not be back. 2001 c5 corvette.

Don't trust these people. Went here for a smog test and they broke my hood latch and tried to charge me to fix it.. There was a man inside their garage selling women's products as well. Super sketchy. Avoid this place. They probably tried to take advantage of me since I don't know anything about cars but good thing I called my dad and figured out they were trying to scam me.

I went there this afternoon to try their smog check for $9.99, I usually have a smog shop that I go to but for around $20-$25, I told myself let me try this location, I checked in, it took around 20mins until I got my vehicle back. I do not want to blame anyone that works there, but when I got my vehicle back I was missing some cash in my center console, not alot but around $15, still left some cash, not all was taken. I guess I should have known better not to leave some cash in your vehicle, some person probably got tempted. oh well, I called the supervisor and I said I have no plan of going back there to argue because I have no proof, I just know myself how much cash wash there before I went to the shop, and found out after I left some cash were missing, Chris said his guys won't do that, I said I hope so and I am just letting them know. God bless them if ever they took some of my cash, just take it as a tip, you might need some cash.I might still go to do smog check in the future, I will make sure I will not leave any valuables inside my vehicle next time.one-star due to this incident.

Very good service, straightforward. Went in for an oil change and came out with an oil change completed. Unlike other shops in the Vegas valley, this shop did NOT try and upsell or find other issues with my vehicle.I was in & out in 45-minutes.Just note, while waiting, you may recieve a text that provides the estimate for you to sign. In my case, there was an optional service which did bump the price up, however, you may simply opt-out of the optional service(s) by unselecting the blue circle next to the optional service.Nonetheless, great shop, great staff. I will return in future for oil changes.
