I ve been hearing about this place for a while now Although I just needed a smog check they found an issue with the mounting bracket that I must have kicked loose and they were able to snap it back in place and I passed my test.They are a busy shop but to me that s a good sign. Customers were being served and the employees were all polite and friendly.- Glad I came to this location

Quick visit turned nightmare! Unexpected $1300 repairs and their manager Tory really tried to lean hard on fear tactics along with confusion. They originally said about $300 for repairs to a window and to do a tune up as we were about to drive home to Phoenix but then they quickly added a bucket of things that were urgent but its only urgent where money is involved as I tried calling him 3 times and asked for a call back but he couldn t be bothered to call me back all afternoon the car was there. They sent a text message with an image of oil but would not text back about my questions. I spoke to their technician and asked what was odd about dirty motor oil. He just said he wanted to give me a report on it. When we got here to pick up the car (they said it would be done in 20 minutes on the phone) they tried to sell us a transmission flush. They ll try to pressure you on the spot to make financial decisions rather than give you the information on the phone or through text. Shady, rude and shameful Tory. Go somewhere else as we wish we had. In response to them the fear tactics had nothing to do with routine check ups. I quote Tory There s a lot of hot desert between here and home. It would be a shame to have you get stuck out there because you didn t want to get this done right now .

I love this shop. I ve been coming here for a long time. They take good care of my cars and prices are very cheap. Never had an issue. Carmela was awesome and she always makes me laugh and keeps office very clean with an amazing vibe! Definitely recommend it to everyone

About a month ago I took my 2002 blazer to this location for a smog check and to fix an oil leak. At first I was charged $500 something to fix the oil leak from the rear main seal. A few hours pass and they want to charge another $500 something to replace the timing cover and a couple gaskets and say if I don t replace those the leak won t be fixed. It was supposed to be done the next day but they call me and it takes an extra 3 days. After I pick it up I notice it s still leaking so I take it back. I ended up taking I back 2 more times because they couldn t fix the leak. On top of that they never keep their word on how long it will take they just apologize and take their time. They dirtied my door panel and carpet with oil stains and broke my door panel, I let them know and they stated they would fix and clean it but they did not. When I finally picked up my car for the last time they stated the head gasket was blown. I took it to another shop to get it looked at and they said it was a misfire and no blown head gasket! This shop clearly doesn t know what they do I would not recommend!! I don t have the wrong shop I attached a photo of my receipt.

I am so happy with the service I received with Carmela! Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. I went in for a smog check and was told what was recommended for my vehicle and I felt no pressure to purchase anything. Definitely recommend this location for all your auto needs!

This is the best auto shop I've ever taken my car to get serviced. The mechanics build a personal relationship with you as does the office employees . They work with you on finances and schedules . My vehicles will not see another shop as long as they're open.

Simply put, a love this perfect auto. I've had several cars and have even got to earn free oil changes that can be transferred to any car. I've been going to this perfect auto for over 5 years. I'm going nowhere else

Carmela did a beautiful job taking care of me today. Not only did she have an awesome attitude, but she got me in and out in 20 minutes. I had been to a different oil change place today that professed to have a $9.99 oil change, but they wanted to charge me $40 out the door. Not only did Purrfect Auto Service take care of me quickly, but it was $9.99 plus tax. No surprises. I'll be back!

Do your research before walking into this place or any auto shop. These people will gaslight you into thinking there s numerous problems with your car when you only came in for a simple request (for ex: change oil oh we have to flush your system for $300 ) They will take advantage of what you don t know and overcharge you without hesitation.Search up the parts you need they re cheaper than this place they ll charge you hundreds when the part is actually $20 not to mention you might not even need the part replacement to begin with. Again they will overcharge you for labor as well.

Carmela is very kind and professional...service is good, you're in and out very quick. You also can't beat that price ($9.99) for an oil change and/or a smog. I highly recommend this place!

We all hear nightmare stories of fraudulent mechanics who take advantage of people. If you want a shop that practices auto repair neglicence, this is one of them. The owner, Raul, is a typical sales shark who falsely claims needed repairs on your vehicle without properly performing an inspection. When I brought my vehicle in, he was fast to repair it and get me in even though it was busy. However, when I brought it back after they botched it, he told me I had to wait. They left my vehicle worse than how it was and added a new noise it didn t have before and still had the audacity to try to upsell more needed repairs . Raul failed to return my calls or take accountability. I will never do business with this shop again and hope this review helps others make a decision by doing their due diligence to look elsewhere. The BBB has also been made aware of the code violations in the shop during my visits.Let s protect our Las Vegas community and stay alert for con artist business owners like these.

Don't let them touch your car they are extremely unprofessional they were gonna put the wrong oil in my car cuz they can't read them they wanna get a attitudeThe African American manager was going to let them put the wrong oil into my car then the guy doing it got a attitude when I told em I didn't want it done didn't get my keys back til they did it anyway and then tried to give me 10$ discount for bad service I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR THEY ARE GOING TO RUIN YOUR CAR I'm taking my car to another place right now just to have em check everything they touched!!!(Then they say I wasn't there that they can't see me in their data base but I have proof I have the paper from the day I was there nice try tho smh liars)!!! Tryed to say I waited 9 months to review lmao I have the paper from the day what about that this is just more proof to how unprofessional this place is

Quoted at 1,200 dollars for starter and battery.Weak fraudWhy would I take the time to review this place If it wasn t true? Most if not all of the 5 star reviews are fake. Save the time money and aggravation and find an honest mechanic that doesnt use predatory tactics and astronomical numbers. You personally insult the intelligence of others when you do things like this.

PURFECT AUTO AT 1770 east CharlestonIs honest, friendly,and professional.Also thier prices are unbeatable.They saved me $180 and only charged me $9 for the smog test with certificate.Who else in town does this !Charmela in the front office is pretty awesome too.Thanks again, William Fulton

I pulled in thinking getting my brakes changed was going to be a huge hassle but WOW what a surprise. I was in and out super quick and the customer service was outstanding and Carmela was a absolute pleasure not to mention Raul was very professional and easy to explain things. I will tell my friends and family to frequent Perrfect auto service. Very satisfied customer Service: General repairs & maintenance

Worst of the worst of the worst. Never ever even think about taking your car to this location on 1717 E Charleston Las Vegas NV. I'm 66 years old, have owned Ferraris, Bentleys, Land Rovers etc. Went in to get radiator hoses repaired/replaced. They claim I needed new radiator and gaskets. They will finance the repairs. Got me approved for $2,500 and said they would do whatever repairs needed to be done. Promised my car back no later then the next morning. Almost two weeks later I'm still waiting. Lied to every day by the manager, Raul and his crew. The best they did was pay for an Uber to get me back home.

The last time I was there. They gave me a oil change for 9.95 on a 2002 Ford truck. Amazing prices n beautiful services. Carmela is amazing and very helpful

I went in for an oil change and came out with a antifreeze leak.I have been driving my car for the past 3 months with zero problems. I bring my car in and they ask me to come look at the car and they say my coolant is empty and they would fill it up. I drive home and park my car only to see loads of antifreeze spilling from my car. They didnt even reset my oil gauge. I went back and they wont hold themselves accountable. They said 750 for new radiator and I told them it's a 300 job, they dropped the price to 475. My car only made it 2 miles before the over heat light came on. All from a simple OIL CHANGE. I also have video of everything that better explains the situation. I dont know the mechanic filling my car with water, the main guy kept asking me not to take pictures and he is controlling the water on/off squatting. He said to "bring it".

I bring my chrysler 300 like a month ago and changed my timing belt and oil. 3 weeks after When I driving I saw my oil light on then turn off. I checked my oil and stick was all dry. I added oil and drive a bit more. Then my engine is gone. I lost my car and fixing expesive then whole car.Fixing day for timing belt supposed to finish in same day but they didint. Second day at morning I call them and the guy told me that about 1 hour. I waited 4 hour and called again and the guy told me excatly same sentence. "About to finish like an hour". When I say that was the same sentence which you told me that morning he was kinda rude and said "you know what, 2 hours"

Gave me a quote over the phone for an oil change 5 quarts full synthetic for 24.99, not bad at all then the story changes. I get there and speak to the same manager their that quoted me over the phone he doubled the price for idk what reason, What a headache.UPDATE! I went back to the same location to get a free oil change the manager Rahim, the manager offered. I spoke to the receptionist at the desk (Carmen) she was very helpful and explained to me whoever informed me with the misleading info the last time I visit was very incorrect and she apologized for my troubles. The crew gave me the free oil change and i must say I am very satisfied how less complicated it was than before, thank you Rahim for making it right. I will remain a customer to purrfect auto as long as the oil change prices remains the same.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! THEY QUOTED ME A $150.00 TO GET MY BACK BRAKES DONE AND AND THEN THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED A BRAKE BOOSTER,NEW DRUMS, WHICH ADDED UP TO COSTING ME $1,000.00, THEN A DAY LATER IM DRIVING AND MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON, I LOOK INSIDE MY ENGINE AND THE TRANSMMISSION DIPSTICK IS STICKING OUT!!! THEY DO NOT DOUBLE CHECK THERE WORK BEFORE FINALIZING THE JOB!!! I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT THE REVIEWS BEFORE I BROUGHT MY CAR HERE. THERE SCAMMERS AND WHEN YOU READ THIS RAHIM , INSTEAD OF STAYING IN YOUR OFFICE SOMEWHERE FAR AWAY,WHY DON'T YOU GO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON AT YOUR SHOPS. BECAUSE YOU HAVE WAY MORE BAD REVIEWS THAN GOOD!!! DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!!
