It s my first time coming here to get some major repair work on a Mazda 6 that s been sitting in the garage for ages. It won t even start, the battery is completely dead. What makes it bad, you can t live in Las Vegas without good air conditioning on your car. Michael greeted me coming in the shop. I first noticed the loaner mask they have on the wall lol. I told Michael what was going on and he told me the first few steps needed especially the diagnostic test needed to find out what is wrong with the car which cause $55. He told me they would get back with me in a couple of days. They called sooner and told me what was wrong with the car and the pricing. I told him my budget and the mechanic said they would try to give me discount to stay within my budget. Sure enough they called me every step of the way. Making sure I have approvals before they proceed to change any parts on my car. They called me back within a week to say that my spare car is fixed. When I review the receipt they actually gave me free parts like windshield wiper blades. The labor cost and hours could have been more. These people have integrity! They told me they would help me and they did. They we re honest which is very hard to find in a car repair shop now these days. My air conditioning is working and they we re honest to say there was nothing wrong with it, no leak nothing. I can t say enough about these gentleman. They are awesome! Free smog check too. First time coming here, came to get my brake pads done. Mike answered all my questions over the phone and helped me out when I got there.. Got to the place, provided smooth, quick service for a good price. Plan to come back for additional services. Would recommend.

Scammers! They didn t put all the bolts in the caliber. I had to get a second opinion to dispute the charges of what Purrfect Auto didn t do. The 2nd opinion said that my back wheels were going to fall off because they didn t install or replace anything they charged me for. Lied to my bank that i had a warranty and should ve came back to have them re-fix it. But when I picked my vehicle the first time it was still making noise and all my sensor lights were on (because they didn t replace the brake pad yet I was charged) and when the guy went to put the car back in the garage, he popped my tire. Then they tried to charge me for a replacement car while they fixed it. Smh. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR GO TO PURREFCT AUTO AGAIN. THEY ARE ANYTHING BUT PERFECT. SCAMMERS!

They've worked with my vehicle's warranty for 2 years. Any extra stuff, their prices are fair. They saved me during the summer (A/C part went out, paid labor). Now they've gone above & beyond to still warranty their work & new repairs needed for my car; warranty/non-warranty. I definitely recommend them.

Came in to ask about an oil change, was told to wait to be seen, waited 15 minutes. Another customer walked up to the counter and was seen immediately by the guy who had me waiting.

My car battery died on Friday, and I was able to get a jump. Took my car to the closest auto shop, which was this one.I usually like to look at reviews before going into a new business but I was in a bad situation and needed them asap.They were so kind to me, and even tried to help me get a lower price on the battery. Ultimately had to pay half of the price and leave the car over night.When I came back this morning to give the rest of the payment, I was surprised when the mechanic told me my car was already ready. I was certain I d be up there for at most an hour, but not even 10 minutes and I had my car back on the road. These guys are quick and efficient. Bilingual mechanics as well!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my car for a radiator cooling fan problem. The mechanic diagnosed the problem quickly and promised to get it replaced in a couple of hours. I only had to wait 1.5 hours, and it was completed. Very competent mechanic and very reasonable price. Highly recommend this shop.

I guess I'm dumb Lol! but if you buy a new car you don't need to smog it for 4 years. Purrfect auto service took care of me and didn't take advantage of that fact. They were helpful and friendly. You can't beat 10 bucks for smog. I highly recommended.

I brought to my car to this mechanic shop, my car has noise, they charged me $700, but not fixed issue, if the system allow me 0 stars, I can give them 0 (zero) stars, I do not recommend anyone

Jimmy was very helpful and understanding. Showed great concern for me and my car since it really needed repair. They didnt push me to have it fixed right at the moment, they just informed me of what i will need to fix next.

went to get a smog check, a man came out, pointed me away and walked off, didn't ask what service i was there for. so i got out and said, im here for smog check. He said, No.I asked dont you do them any longer. he said, an hour wait. i figured ok, so ill wait. then told me, the guy not here, at lunch and only have one. we don't do them when he's at lunch. hmmm not sure which story was the true one. A wise business man, would've said, its a hour wait, leave the key and there's a coffe house next door or wait inside. A stupid one turns away business and is rude so you never return for any car services . Or maybe he's independently wealthy and doesnt need any more business

I was in Las Vegas picking up my dog that had just had emergency surgery several days before and had a fuel issue in my truck. They were busy but got me in a reasonable time to look and see what the issue was and if it was something that was a quick fix or something else so I could get what I needed in place. Ended up being a cracked fuel filter and a part they got within 30 min and then got it installed. Overall I was there about 3 hours but they did an awesome job with the cards we had to play with. Would definitely recommend them for any of my friends or familyService: General repairs & maintenance

As I sat waiting for my car, I witnessed customer after customer come in to pick up their car and leaving very satisfied. Customers were happy to come in speak with the man behind the desk and pay to pick up their car. It wasn't until they were done with my car I realized something. This is an amazing shop! I listened to the mechanic speak to the customers about the problems their cars had and I, being somewhat of a mechanic, noticed how honest and trustworthy this mechanic was to it's customers. If I could give you an extra star I would. Great job Purrfect Auto!

Needed to get my smog test sorted out for the DMV and Purrfect Auto were excellent. Good service and great value. Found them via a flyer put in my mailbox!You'll need to get there early from 7am but they will sort you out quickly. Took me about 20 mins including the wait. Highly recommended

This place charges me $150 for diagnostics on my heater being out, then quotes me $2600!Royalty Auto Service on Cheyenne charged me $600 to fix my heat.Shame on you Perfect Auto service! You owe me $150!!! And an apology for trying to rip me off.

This is my 2nd time coming here for a smog check. I had a good experience last year, so I came back again and had an even better experience this time, like, I was done in 5-10 mins?! Wasn't really expecting that lol (I was ready for the wait ). Perhaps it was good timing because I came early on a Saturday. Like last year, they honored the coupon I have so I received a discount (yay!). I left a tip because they are awesome :-) Don't know the name of the guy at the reception but he was very nice and professional. I definitely recommend this place . Service: Smog certification

This is the place! 2nd time coming here. 1st time was for an oil change and the the other for was for my smog check. Their service is quick! Prices are fair and they do their job well.

Customer service was exceptional had to get low beam headlight change. With my SUV you have to take off the grill and pull out the headlights a little daunting job. They did the job without me having to wait and even added some oil in my car since I was a little short on oil. Very happy with this Purrfect Auto shop.

Ramon and his guys are the best...I've been taking my cars to him for seven years. Since 2010 he's been my mechanic. I see him often since I bring all 4 cars to him. In and out service and honest. One of my infiniti's with 170K miles on it has been serviced here since 75K miles, and I know it wouldn't be running as smoothly as it does if it wasn't for Ramon and his team. Great shop, great service, no games, simply awesome.

Terrible! No parking! Every space was filled with what looked like cars they were supposed to be working on. They were not pleasant ppl and they were trying to overcharge for a part I already had and a service fee was ridiculous, I ended up fixing my very small issue myself.

Most likely wouldn't go back in there. Went to get a smog check . Didn't take too long. The issue was when the guy gave my key back. I go outside to get in my car and the hood was still up. Any place I've been to always hands you the car back with the hood closed. If they forgot to do something simple as that. What else would they forget when doing detailed work to your vehicle?

These guys always take care of my van! They work hard to do their best and get it right until it s done. I know they re genuine in wanting to do a good job. Oil changes they re thorough. Just got new brakes, feels like I m driving a new van! (Even though I m over 125k miles) THANK YOU!!
