Came to see Craig today after Jiffy Lube on Eastern basically tried to con me out of $700 for brakes I won t need for at least another 10000 miles. I was so disgusted I asked some neighbors on next door who to see for an HONEST opinion on my remaining brake life. Several people recommended Professional Brake Service. I called Matt, spoke to him on the phone. He was super professional (as the name suggests) and seemed forthcoming. When I came today Craig confirmed I do not need brakes any time soon. Shame on Jiffy Lube for being so shady. But the silver lining is Professional Brake Service will have my business from now on. And I will be recommending them every chance I get. Thank you for being honest and ethical. It s rare nowadays.

I was relocating to Denver, broke down entering Paradise Nevada,made it to Professional Brake Service, parked in front,spent the night in my truck, brother and 2 dogs. First thing in the morning, Craig and partner put my truck on the lift, found problem, got us back on the road by noon.These guy's were a blessing, not only were they polite and friendly, they knew exactly how to remedy the problem. I made it to Denver Colorado, safely saved gas, got more miles per gallon, because truck runs much smoother now. Great job guy's.Thank you, may God bless you

Craig and his team are amazing. No beating around the bush quotes. Had to get my rotors and brake pads replaced and they had the best price compared to the other places I called. Super fast service! They had all 4 done in less than 2 hours!!

My husband and I have been to this shop multiple times over the last few years. They have replaced the brakes and rotors on both of our vehicles. Their pricing is reasonable, the services are completed quickly, and the staff is very friendly. I brought my car in today because there was a squealing sound when I was backing up. Jeff was welcoming and friendly when I arrived. He took my car out for a spin to see what was going on. A short time later Craig called to tell me my brakes are still in good shape and the sound I was hearing was nothing of concern. They resolved the noise during the time they had my car. Craig was very thorough in his explanation and was patient when I asked additional questions. It s so wonderful to be able to trust an auto shop to be honest and tell you when everything is ok instead of selling you something you don t need. Craig is the man! Super honest - A dying breed in the world of auto mechanics. I came in expecting to replace all the brakes on my car, but he let me know that the front brakes were still good and only the back brakes needed to be replaced. I also informed him that I kept getting transmission fluid flush/change recommendations from others shops - he check the gear oil and showed me how clean it was, and told me everything looked good. I will never bring my car anywhere else for the services they provide. They gained another lifetime customer today.Service: Brakes

I brought my 2017 Audi to this facility strictly based on the overwhelming positive reviews I read while searching for an honest, quality brake repair shop. The reviews were spot on! Craig and his team were first class from start to finish. I received quality service at a fair price all in under 3 hours from start to finish. But what impressed me the most was Craig s integrity on only repairing what was needed No BS scams to charge more which is hard to find (if not impossible) these days in that type of work. If you are looking for a job well done at a fair price in a timely manner, go and see Craig and his staff. Came in to have both mine and my husband's cars inspected on a Thursday morning and was greeted by Craig.The first inspection took less than 30 minutes and found the front brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. Proceeded and this took about 1-1.5 hours. My husband's car took a little longer (30min-1hour) to get inspected but that was because the shop was busier then. In the end Craig told us his brakes were still in working condition and no services were necessary.Overall very satisfied with this business and really appreciated how genuine Craig was from start to finish. Definitely would recommend anyone else to come here and will come back as necessary!Also to note, the lobby was also clean, welcoming, and comfortable.

I feel bad that I ve neglected to write a review, especially for a deserving business. Took my car in because the brakes had begun singing, and based on previous reviews, I thought I d give Professional a shot. Very courteous operator kept me informed of the process, options and pricing the entire way. Hung out and waited for my car, which took about two hours for the brake job which is completely reasonable timing. Overall a good experience, and will return for future needs.Update: don t know what the issue is, but the squeaking brakes continue now after a couple of weeks, and there feels like there is some grinding as I m stopping is this normal? Do the brakes need to be broke in before that stops? ThanksUpdated update: got a very quick call back from Craig at the shop, and he suggested bringing the car back in so they could take a quick look at things. In no time at all, they checked their work, made a few tweaks, and I was back on the road. This shop,is a true testament to why you should strive to go local with your business. Pride in what they do standing behind their work and treating you like a neighbor my loyalty remains. Thanks for your follow up and help!

Love this place. They're the most honest place I've found in Las Vegas. I came in because my brakes were squeaking. They took all 4 brakes off and told me they are at 90% and do not need to be replaced. Everything was free. Highly recommend them and have used them in the past!

Honest! Friendly! Fast! Adorable! My brakes starting squeaking, so I took my car here. They did a free inspection, gave me a fair and honest quote, and repaired everything within 90 minutes. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. I love that it's a small place with hard-working employees. They are in this for the customers, not themselves! Great place. You won't be disappointed.

Absolute best experience I ve ever had at an auto shop! They are so friendly and professional. I took my car in because my brakes were squeaking a bit and I had never had the brakes done. I thought for sure I would need new front brakes. Turns out my brakes were squeaking because they had dirt on them (it had been raining a lot and I drive on the highway frequently). They cleaned up my brakes, told me everything was fine, and didn t even charge me! Love this place. If you need your brakes done this is the place to go! Craig is great. After a few years of service, the car made noise. I thought it had something to do with brake calipers, but after inspection Craig said it's not the brake but the power steering fluid was low. He topped it up for me and charged nothing. Been several days without noise. Problem solved and I am truly grateful. Highly recommend Professional Brake Service.

Professional work and excellent customer service. Craig not only took care of my breaks on my kia but he insisted on helping my mom with her air conditioner on her Subaru while we waited. There is no one who goes above and beyond like Craig. I will be bringing him all my cars for repairs and service! It s not often you find such an excellent mechanic and an even nicer person like Craig! Thank you!!!!

I am thrilled to have found a trustworthy car repair shop in Las Vegas. I grew up around mechanics & body shops and have lived in Vegas for 15 years. This is one of the best mechanic shops I have found. There techs have been there for years, they know what they are talking about, and you can trust them to get the job done correctly. They are a locally owned, small business and made me feel that they care about people and don t view them as just another sale or chance to up sell. They diagnose the problem and present your options with expertise. When it comes to the safety of me and my family I m really glad to have found the right people to fix my car. A BIG THANK YOU TO CRAIG AND THE ENTIRE TEAM!

This was my first automotive shop experience in Vegas and I couldn't have picked a better shop. I called 7 different spots and not only did they have the best price but Craig and Michael are great guys. Craig replaced my CV axle, ball joint, and both tie rods in about 2 hours. Absolutely phenomenal work. I recommend them to anyone and I look forward to going back when the time comes.

My husband needed his brakes done and so he took our car over there to get the brakes fixed. Craig the Manager/owner whoever he is said to me on the phone a price and stuck to it. That was the ONLY good thing that they did. My husband delivers for a living and then takes me to Dr's appointments, so there is special cargo in our car at all times. So he was out delivering on one night and got a flat tire and also couldn't drive the car because it was making such a loud grinding noise because of the brake pads. Well not only was it the brake pads but it was the bolts that that keep the rotors on was sticking half way out . So the screw was half way out and the bolt was gone. And this was in September and we just had the brakes done in August. So I would check and make sure that they tighten everything really tight and do everything correctly. Because if it wasn't for the flat tire which was cut on the inside of the tire by something from the brakes puncturing it my husband could have had a major accident and could have possibly been killed. And so I called twice and talked to Craig and he just blew me off both times. So 215.00 and possibly could have lost my husband we will NO LONGER take our car to them to have our brakes done. We had to take the car else where to find out all of this and get it fixed. And then in late December the car was shimming again so we took it to someone who is reputable that has worked on our car before to see what was going on and there was only 5% of brake pads left. So I don't know what they use there, but I would be very very careful.Service: Brakes

This place is the most honest car repairs place I've been To! No BS! No lying about crap needs work or needs to fixed or anything. They did the work that only needed to be done, and at a very timely manner. Also Craig fixed my bumper. A small work that a body shop would've probably charged about $50-$60. He fixed it for free, and it's not even a body shop.Thanks for the awesome customer service and honest and quick work.

This place is great, really! It's difficult to find an honest auto shop that does good work, heaven knows I've had my share of bad experiences which is probably why I let my car go for so long without proper maintenance. It's like going to the dentist, you know you should, but you don't look forward to it. Well anyway, I read the great reviews about Professional Brake Service, but was still skeptical. I thought, how could so many people have had such a great experience. My car was so badly in need of service, I decided to take it in and find out for myself. Long story short, which is difficult for me :), they exceeded all my expectations. They fixed the problems I asked them to fix, better than I expected, fixed things I didn't ask them to fix just because the car needed it and did it all for less money than expected! I am almost looking forward to my next auto repair. :)

Craig was very straightforward and polite. He simply pointed out what needed to get fixed and what would need to get fixed in the near future. He never tried to upsell or get me to bug something I didn't need. Two hours later I had 4 new brake pads and two new rotors, for a very reasonable cost. Craig even took care of the initial brake break-in. 10/10, will recommend to everyone I know whose cars can't stop.

I did a walk in and it was not very busy at the time. i did wait as well and there wa son one else in the lobby with me. the service was quick imo. would definitely recommend. Craig was very helpful and was quick with the service. he explained everything that i needed for my brakes. which were in pretty bad condition. but he got it done and walked out happy with my service.sidenote: they do accept apple pay. i couldn t find on google reviews or yelp about it.Service: Brakes

I've been coming here for years. Craig runs a fair and honest shop. When the dealership tells you to wait a week and it'll cost you bring your car here instead. They do full service of vehicles and even outsourced a very specific Ford part to his neighbor for me. Straight and simply, had brakes needing replacement. Dropped my car at 8 am, they checked what needed to be changed (which was front brake pads and re-surface rotors... not rear pads), called me up at work with no up sales, got done by lunch to pick up my car again. Pretty great service, would recommend to anyone.

It was nice to go in to a place that isn't all about the up sell. Craig was super easy to talk to and explained exactly what was needed to make the repairs. Great quality work. Would recommend to anyone that needs quality brake service at a fair price.
