I paid 747 dollars to have the windows on my Tesla tinted. I noticed a bit of a streak in the window after waiting a week for the window to cure. It honestly didn't bother me that much but then the streak tore (it's small but annoying). I didn't worry about it because I figured part of the enormous premium paid here was for a lifetime warranty. Recently I purchased a Mach-E and figured I'd get that window fixed while getting my Mach-E tinted as well (392.31 for TWO windows). When I made my appointment I asked to take care of both things. Unfortunately due to a scheduling hiccup that wasn't possible. But they looked at my window and said it would be no problem to fix under warranty and scheduled me another appointment. Well today I drove back down here and now they fed me some crap about the seat belt causing the damage and it won't be covered under warranty. On top of that the manager wasn't even willing to speak with me personally. I would not have done the Mach-E here if I had known this was how they treat customers (and a repeat customer at that).

I dropped my car off 9am with an appointment. They said they would be done by 2:30pm... They never call me and after I finally call them at 2:30pm they say car won't be done until 4pm. I arrive car is still not ready. When I finally receive my car at 4:30pm the car is filthy and has scratches all over it (I know this because I hand washed it the day before). Trim pieces are broken and tint is peeling in the corners and there are bubbles all over the film (see pics). They destroyed my defroster lines in the rear windows and said that it had to happen that way! Glue and gunk all over the car some of it won't come off. How do I know this? Because I spent THREE HOURS cleaning my car the day after! They offer zero discounts and say that the damage to the car is normal! To top it all off they email my job because I said I would never recommend them to anybody in the community and I had the audacity to call them out on their sub par work! Their employees wear pajamas to work it's a joke. This place is ran by petty criminals that will do everything to not take responsibility for their low class work and destruction of property! Stay away at all costs! See ya in court!Update: Got my money back through bank charge back. Stay away from these clowns AT ALL COSTS.Service: Sun control window tinting

The fine team at Las Vegas Pro Tint did a fantastic job on our Big Blue mobile demonstration vehicle. It has been a big hit out on the road visiting customers and events in California and Nevada! It's not a Plain Jane white vehicle anymore.

Brought my car in on Saturday Morning and They had my Car Done full ceramic tint and front windshield by 2pm,Was impressed by the quick service,when I did pick up I didn t notice the wet stains I had on both grab handles that were a brown stain,as well my car was dirty when received back,Which I had washed my car inside and out so it was quite disappointing getting it messy and with weird brown stains but just used a towel and cleaner to scrub it out,Still with the tint after 5 days I enjoy the clarityUPDATEcame in since my rear windshield still had some bubbles,was taken care of and had it done under warranty and they had it done in just a few hours.was very happy with how it looked after and will definitely be beack to do my wife's care,

I chose Pro Tint of listings on Google.. I am so glad I did.. Very reasonable on price, very professional, and very timely!! I waited for my wife's Jeep while they tinted her windows and a strip on the windshield.. I just bought myself a new car, and I'm taking it to them this week.. I recommend them to everyone!!!!UPDATE -- I took my new car to them, and again I'm very satisfied!! Price, Quality, Professionalism, and Timely......

Nicole is amazing! Best customer service l have ever experienced and the work was amazing! They did an extremely detailed job on my car even though the backseat was covered in dog hair. Dedicated, helpful and honest. I will definitely be going back!

First I was told the car would be done by the end of the day, I said I'd get it the next day and they said great. Spent 30 dollars on Lyft to get to their shop the next morning, it wasn't done, cost another 30 to get home. Then the windshield tint has some spots that aren't super clear. The PPF has bubbles in it and lines on the hood that don't look great and weren't previously discussed. This car cost almost 100k and has less than 500 miles on it, they trashed the interior and forgot to put a screw back in something, it's just sitting in the passenger seat. Very disappointing work for $3,200.

Came in for a window tint and left with so much more!Brooks and his team were incredible. Monique kept it real with us from the jump. No games played. Super fair in negotiating, very informative with their products, and kept us posted on their progress the whole time.They did an amazing job on the window tint, chrome delete blackout package, and plasti-dip on our rims.Will definitely be coming back for my future vehicles.Service: Decorative window tinting

Pleased with the work done. As with any PPF application, there may be some small glitches such as bubbles, but they addressed them without complaint. Had some extra areas done that required custom cutting and they did a good job with that as well. K.so...its my own fault for being so excited about having the work done, having said that,, I had a black tattered flag put on the rear window.. that came out exactly the way I asked him to do it... Props... My two back quarter windows, I also wanted flags.. after getting to look at them more carefully they're facing opposite directions.... One side faces one way Forward,, and the other side faces the other way backwards...... And I put $150 down deposit... That was never subtracted from the total cost... They kept my deposit...... Like I said it's my own fault for not taking the time.... One would say a business has to have integrity and honesty........ Maybe they were both mistakes....... Maybe I'm mistaken........ I will go back,, I'll just take my time next time.. I have nothing bad to say about the product they offer.. like I said I like it so much after all it happened I will go back..!!!?

This place is AWESOME!! Nicole is really cool and knows her stuff! We got both of our vehicles tinted the same day we went in to just get a quote. The quality and service is fast and comes out excellent! We chose the heat resistant tint since we all know how miserable our vehicles get in the Vegas heat and it was sooooo worth the extra money! Las Vegas Pro Tint does wonderful quality work. They are fast and on time. They gave me choices of tint from lower price to the better higher priced tint. After they showed me the differences between each tint - ( the level of heat and sunlight each grade of tint reflected) my choice was easy! I chose the highest level of heat reflection. - what a difference!!!! My AC actually keeps it so cold now that we turn the AC fan down or off sometimes. The sun used to burn my arm through the door window and also blind my eyes - NOT anymore,,, and we sometimes don t even wear sunglasses anymore because the level of light inside is very comfortable!!Very happy with my tint Thankyou.Service: Sun control window tinting

I highly recommend LV pro tint. I got the limo tint for my daughters car and it came out amazing. Price was right and it took an hour for them to do it. 5 stars for sure. I spent quite a bit of money with these guys, and it was def worth it.prices were more the fair, even go some good discounts.Powder coated rims and Calipers, 5% ceramic tints, Chrome Delete. Everyone loves it, and so do I !!

Got a full tint of my car, with tinting on home windows as a package deal. Part of the package was for them to apply tinting on front upper front windshield (a 4 inch strip) which was to be included since we had a package of over $1500. That part wasn't done, sadly it was only a verbal deal so no proof that it should be included. Decent job on tinting (still wonder if they applied the correct tint but it always looks lighter on car than on sample so maybe?), but make sure you get what you want in clear writing.

Amazing quality and a quick job (a little over an hour) receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. Didn't waste my time trying to upcharge like a lot of different tint businesses these days. I was coming to Las Vegas for a conference and needed to print last minute collaterals for an important meeting. Not only was Pro Tint able to print the collaterals with the correct colors, they delivered them to the hotel where I was staying. Thank You!!!

Amazing team ! They got me in the same day to tint my vehicle. On a Sunday too which is unheard off since it s Labor Day weekend and most of the shops are closed. Very informative with the information they have given me about the tints I selected. Also keep me on the loop with how long it ll take and any new updates that I need to be aware of. Overall I had a great experience and thank you for the great work.

LV Pro Tint did an amazing job on my car. They installed S9 on all my windows and windshield. I can't believe what a difference it makes driving around in 110 degree temperatures. My A/C works 10x better and I was amazed at the heat rejection (their term).Also, they applied ceramic coating to protect my paint. This was the best thing of all.Thank you for a job well done. CHEATERS AND THIEVES. I ordered and paid for their best quality car window tint and they installed a cheap alternative on my car windows. They also refused to provide any warranty information I needed to register my tint with the manufacturer. Another window tint company tested my windows with a meter which proved that an inferior window tint had been installed on my windows. Pro Tint refused to take any responsibility. STAY AWAY!

Got me in same day to get windows tinted and didn t cost an arm and a leg! Even helped with a damaged piece of molding I had on my window that I didn t see.
