Pro collision should be your first choice when getting any repair done. This is a rare shop, with honest people who really take good care of you. I m serious. I rear ended someone and my insurance wanted me to take my car to their recommendation but I was skeptical because I have a Porsche. PROCC works on luxury cars! They repair Rolls Royce, Corvette, Mercedes, and Porsche! They will send a tow truck to pick up your car , for free!! Rob was extremely punctual, he constantly communicated with me during the entire repair. It took about 50 days for me to pick up my car mainly because of the parts. Luxury cars take longer and Rob takes his time! As he should because these cars are expensive and you want the best repair! I was patient and he also broke down exact how much everything was , how long the part will take to come in, how long it will take for them to break down, paint, repair.. all of that. And they also waive your deductible!! Like omfg?? PROCC is definitely a diamond in the rough. They deserve your business , it s like I never got into an accident and bought a new car ahaha. Karla is also super nice and helped me out a lot , she always answered the phone and helped me with any questions I had. She was patient and always listens to what I had to say. Even when they were busy she was respectful and made sure I got great service. I m serious when I say PROCCLV takes care of you , they treat you like a family friend, I felt comfortable leaving my car in their hands and when I talked to them. It can be scary getting any car service done when you re a woman and they made me feel so confident!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I really wish I had previously known pro collision repair, these guys are simply amazing and did an outstanding repair on my vehicle, Rob was very helpful and understanding, he helped me reduce my deductible and took care of everything with the insurance after I dropped off my vehicle. He even tried to get my cracked winshield replaced, unfortunately insurance did not approved the repair.They got my vehicle fixed right away, in less time than I was expecting.They even washed my truck and shined my tires.Rob answers and addresses any concerns you may have even after they performed repairs, he truly guarantees and stands behind his work.This was a really pleasant experience, these guys made me totally regret not choosing them a few years back after having a really bad experience with a different body shop in town.Thank you, Rob :)

I've had the unfortunate bad luck of having my car hit numerous times. I've got to say that Pro Collision is the best auto body shop I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Their customer service was superb, their service was quick and communicative. They waited at the shop the night I came to pick up my car even though it was past their business hours by a few minutes. And most importantly, they were able to work with me and cut my deductible in half!!! I even got my car back so clean it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. - DO NOT HESITATE -Rob and the Pro Collision Team know what they are doing and will work with you to get the best service.In my personal experience, I'd been rear ended into another vehicle and the insurance companies had been debating liability for over a month. My 2016 Ford Fusion was still "drivable", but with plenty of damage to the front and rear.Rob worked with the insurance company to reduce my deductible until I had to pay nothing for all my repairs. To this day the insurance companies are still investigating factors to determine liability, but my vehicle has been fixed with the help of Pro Collision.

Car accidents are stressful, finding a body shop shouldn't have to be. I found this place because I used to work nearby. My vehicle had been struck multiple times on the passenger side. Pro Collision took the worry away. They did an excellent job fixing the damage. My car looks just as good as before.

My car was involved in a hit and run. I contacted my insurance and they recommended me this shop. I got estimates from a few different shops but still opt to go with pro collision. The repair took an average 2 1/2 weeks given there was a holiday. I had just picked up my car yesterday and was anxious to see it after so long and man was I impressed. Let s just say you can t rush quality work. The repair was flawless as if no damage was ever done. Rob and his team took great care of my baby. They have done an outstanding job so if you re looking for the best collision shop in vegas this is the shop hand down 1 million percent recommend Pro Collision. METICULUS!! This company takes so much of the frustration of an auto accident off your back. My car is in better condition than it was when I purchased it not to mention it was cleaner than I ve ever seen it afterwards. lol. After my car accident I was kind of lost, who to call, what to do next? Pro collision was my final call I wasn t gonna even try anymore. I was getting the runaround from everyone. Not only was my car picked up that same afternoon but I had it back fixed in perfect condition in less time than was initially told I wouldn t even think of going anywhere else Top-notch for sure

So far they have been on top of doing the assessment of damages but my insurance company is taking weeks ALLstate. But Once all the waiting i can see the magic pro collision can do

I have had several high-end cars repaired here, including my Audi Q7 Premium Plus twice and my Mercedes Benz S550 twice, and their service is impeccable. They make the entire process seamless. Best shop hands down in Vegas.

I accidentally went to pro collision when I had an accident in my car, I have progressive insurance, and a leased new Lexus 350, I m new to Vegas so I just MapQuest an address (I as scheduled at a completely different body shop) and lucky me I accidentally mapped myself to Pro Collision. They were helpful, always called me back, unfortunately Progressive did not want to pay for all of my repairs, everyone at pro collision was so nice and supportive as I had to call and call Progressive over and over as they went back-and-forth and eventually decided to pay for the entire bill. My car was impeccably detailed, and I was not charged for this, and believe me when I say my car was a mess. As soon as They got the OK from progressive, and the parts came, my car was ready within three days. I would recommend them to anyone who is need of a body shop. They were professional, kind, empathetic, and they knew what they were doing, they even gave me a discount on my deductible because of all of the issues and were aware I had to pay out-of-pocket for my own rental car. A huge thanks to Rob and the rest of the Pro Collision staff for doing an absolutely amazing job repairing the body damage to my car. It looks amazing and they did an impeccable detail inside and out! It was a drive to get there (well worth it!) and wait for the parts (not their fault, supply chain issues and all that). Pro collision Auto Body shop is best in there business, they take there time and make sure your car looks like you never had an accident. I am sorry i didn't get the young lady name that set at the front desk but she so professional and kind and what ever you ask her she make it happen. And I can't say enough about the owner Rob Koltoukhchian he made sure everything's on my car was perfect and he will do whatever it take to get your car back the way it should look. And most of the time he is always available to answer any of your questions. As far as I am concerned this is a 5 star shop and if you want your car fixed right the first time then see Rob at pro collision because he will get it done the right way. I wanted a body shop who are experts with Dodge Challenger bodies, I found it with Pro Collision Auto Body Shop. They did professional and detailed work on my front fender corner collision. They used genuine OEM Dodge parts all the way and didn't cut any corners. They are very transparent and give you a descriptive detailed invoice on every part that was replaced and installed. Robert and his auto body technicians are highly knowledgeable and experienced on Challenger models and many more. I was always kept in contact with about the status of my vehicle and felt at ease knowing Robert and his techs were treating my car as if it was one of their own. When I picked up my car it was detailed and looking better than the day I bought it from the dealer. My car looks fantastic! Thank you guys again.

I highly recommend this body shop. They made my car look and run like brand new.l all while offering a lifetime guarantee on their work (that says something right there).It took a while to get fixed, but at no fault to them. So be prepared to wait it out; however, the delay was on behalf of my insurance company taking their sweet time - NOT the shop. This is why I recommend getting or making sure you have rental car coverage , because it is a life saver!!!Thanks again for awesome work! Talked with them over the phone and said I had to get collision repair work done on my RV. They said no problem but I had to bring it in for an estimate. My wife took off early from work so she can drive me back after I drop it off. We drove all the way across Vegas only to find out when we got there they say they do not do work on RVs. What a waste of time and gas considering how much gas is these days.

BEST auto body shop experience ever. My insurance company basically screwed me over on every aspect BUT thanks to Rob and the wonderful staff over at Pro Collision I'm a happy customer. Rob went above and beyond for me and he didn't have to, this is what customer service is all about. I'm extremely satisfied with the work, my car looks amazing. Even though my insurance company denied part of the required repairs Rob and his team used their expertise and resources to pull off an amazing repair. I can't thank them enough. Thank you Pro Collision!!!!!!!!

I contacted Pro Collision Center mainly because of their reviews online. When I spoke to Rob, he was very honest with me from the start. I felt good about our conversation and and decided to go with Pro Collision. As promised, Rob guided me through the whole process from start to finish. Keep me updated with pictures and delivered on time. Knowing that this was a huge job, the final results were amazing!!! Practically good as new. These guys are professionals. We had a accident with our vehicle, we had some problems with insurance. These guys took great care of us, made us comfortable with everything. They fixed our car like it was never damaged! They did this with a professional matter. They know how to fix a body on a vehicle great job painting as well. since we know some people just dont know how to paint! But this place is great they have good experience highly recommended!

Pro Collision is exactly what their name applies, this collision service center is the absolute best in Vegas, they are PROS! They are very courteous, friendly & professional. I just picked up my car and their work was fantastic! The work was done prior to the original date promised and my car looks like a brand new car. I highly recommend them if you need to have any collision repairs done.

Amazing work, I was in an accident and brought in my BMW for a rear bumper repair. This shop was able to work with the insurance and get my car back on the road. Paint job was on point! Pro Collision was recommended to me after I was rear ended, they were excellent! They were friendly, caring, supportive, real and honest.I left my car with them and had to go home to another state and I felt really good about it. When an issue came up about my car they advocated for me and made sure everything was correct and did everything they could to make my experience an excellent one, and they did!I would recommend them very highly and I can state that they went far beyond what they had to.I give them 5 stars and wish more businesses would be run they they are,

I just want to say thank you to the pro collision team for making this whole situation as stress free as possible for me! The whole process was quick and easy from drop off to pick up and I got my car back in 2 1/2 weeks. And my car looks brand new as if nothing ever happened!!! I m so happy with the results and so glad I chose to take my car here. Recommend to anyone

When I tell you do not hesitate to come to this place! Listen! My first accident ever! Long story short, I was rear ended and my rear bumper was badly damaged. The insurance company of the offender claimed responsibility and gave me an estimate for repairs. I took my car here and they knew right away that estimate was too low.They took my car right then and there! Told me not to worry, got in contact with a rent-a-car place and the insurance company, and sent me on my way. No back and forth between me, them and the insurance company at all! They took care of it all.Returned a few weeks later to witness the amazing work they did on my car. The rear bumper looked brand new! Amazing work. They even straightened out a dent in my door at no cost. They really care about and take care of their customers! They have experience and expertise dealing with insurance companies and they have relationships with the local rent-a-car companies.They are the best! Thank you guys!

Pro Collision is very reliable, courteous and professional. Their work is as good as the factory. They are reasonable with the deductible and they will meet your schedule.A good example, I was on my way out of town and they took care off everything like dealing with the adjuster and insurance company. I highly recommend them for your auto body needs.
