My front window stress cracks look really bad and made me worried if I had to replace a whole thing but here he is! Brock repaired in 20 min like nothing happened. He was not only professional but nice and friendly. Also price was very reasonable and fair. I am glad I found him. Thank you Brock!

Brock Anthony did a great job repairing a rock chip in our windshield. He took extra care of our car and explained the process thoroughly as he worked. Will use him again if we have any other windshield issues.

Yesterday we were driving from San Diego on our way to Utah. Hour away from Vegas a rock flung up and chipped our windshield on our brand new 2023 Audi iS Q5. We called Preferred Rock Chip Repair and Brock met us right when we got into Vegas. We didn t even have to wait for him to show up, he was there when we got there. He fixed the crack in 15 minutes and explained the process and what he was doing as he was doing it and explaining how it works. Now the crack is virtually invisible. He also warranty s his work! I m a small business owner as well and it s refreshing to be able to get ahold of a human when you call and not a recording and amazing customer service! Highly recommend and don t waist your time going to someone else!

Brock was very nice and tried his very best to help me with my broken sunroof. He communicated well and I could tell he really cares about his business and his customers so that made me trust him right away. He also taught me a lot about windshield chip repairs vs windshield replacement which will save me tons of money down the road if I ever get a windshield chip because I thought replacement was the only option so previously instead of bringing my truck to someone like Brock if I got a chip in my windshield I would just wait until the whole thing spiderwebbed requiring a full replacement and insurance deductible. My insurance covers chip repair with zero deductible which is obviously way better. I would definitely call Brock again for anything windshield repair or windshield replacement related.

Not only did Brock do an amazing job on repairing my windshield but it was completed within hours of my initial call to him. He also was honest and was able to repair the issue instead of replacing the entire windshield saving me hundreds of dollars. Ive got a chipped windshield last night. At first, I was gonna buy a quick kit on Amazon to repair myself, but then after doing some research its better to leave it to the professional which lead me to Brock. I was driving down from Montana to Las Vegas and got blasted by a rock on my windshield in route.When I am out of town I frequently trust Google reviews for using businesses that I've never used before.Preferred rock chip had really good reviews, so I gave them a call. We were able to communicate via text, which I really like, and set up an appointment for less than 24 hours.Brock the technician completed the repair in less than 30 minutes. Cracked windshield, great fix. However, there was a Little miscommunication. Scheduled for Friday to fix my windshield, guy came and didn t have the correct part to make the repair. Scheduled for the next day at 11am, was called and advised they needed until 1pm. The guy didn t show up until 2:30pm. Also Was advised I could pay in any form of payment. After work was completed, was advised needed cash due to card system being down. But Other than that, the workers were very friendly and the job was done quickly and accurately. Thank you for your help!!

I called and was given an estimated quote. Brock came out to my house within 30 mins. He was very friendly and professional. He let me watch as he did the repair in less than 30 mins. I had 2 chips in my windshield, 1 pea size & 1 quarter size round and very deep one. I chose Brock because of all of his great reviews on Google... and he did not disappoint!!!From first contact on the phone he was upbeat, knowledgeable, compassionate, and very proud of his quality of work. During the repair he thoroughly explained every step of the way and even went above and beyond to go over the larger chip a second time for cosmetic purposes. He even guarantees his repair!I highly recommend this business and would definitely use him again in the future!!

I originally found another glass repair that was supposed to open at 7am, but was closed. I gave Preferred Glass repair a call, and Brock answered my call early morning, after I sent him a photo of my chip repair, he let me know he could fix it. He came and met me within 20 minutes and fixed my chip rather quickly -- did a great job fixing the chip -- barely noticable and I was able to go visit Death Valley without worrying about the chip expanding across the whole windshield (it was about 110 out and the fix worked). Thanks for saving my daytrip to Death Valley Nat Park -- highly recommend his services if in need of auto glass repair!Thanks again Brock!Service: Auto windshield repair
