I loved how easy the process was to get my vehicle into the shop to get inspected. I knew I needed a hose that was leaking from the radiator and rear brakes as they were grinding metal on metal. But they had a no pressure policy towards the inspection and service on the vehicle. I knew I could trust them to make the repairs and they got the items ordered and then installed in two days. My car is now back on the road and in tip top shape, minus a few minor things that I still need to take care of, but as you know those will be taken care of at a later date and I will be using Precision Auto Tune to do those!

I have been going to Precision Tune Auto Care now for several years and can't say enough about them. Very professional staff and always on point. The idea that they are able to diagnose any issues with your vehicle and discuss your options is great. So many other auto shops are about taking as much money as possible from you and not truly concerned about finding the root of the problem and fixing it. Do yourself a favor and stop by to see these guys and treat your car to a royal purple oil treatment. You can thank me later!

Servicing teslas all models all makes!Stella also give clients a lift home when necessary! Go to shop even for a little air(we all know the gas stations never work)

The service was absolutely amazing. They definitely went above and beyond any car shops I know. I ve lived in five other states amongst the USA. Alex was extremely informative of explaining everything including the text messages they send you with pictures and etc. Extra bonus I love the inside. It was warm clean and the Christmas videos set the mood . I would absolutely recommend Alex and Carlos who assist me. Certainly, comintback again. Thank you guys!

I had a good experience at Precision Auto.I particularly appreciate that I never feel pressured, they run an evaluation of my car, inform me of the needs, priorities and I choose which to repair. I'm left in the driver's seat.

Alex is the office manager and he did not hesitate to accommodate me quickly to resolve a screw in my tire. Not a big job, but the level of professionalism and a kind staff made me feel really good. I d highly recommend Precision Tune Auto care for ALL and ANY of your vehicles needs. They are honest about what needs to be done and show you along the way through their system, their findings and how they prioritize what should be repaired and what can wait. Their prices can t be beat and they aren t trying to upsell anything which is nice, as we all know going to the mechanic can be overwhelming as it is!Services: Tire rotations, Auto maintenance

This place is great. Alex took good care of me. The work was done on time at the price quoted, and no "extra work" was done like most repair shops. I read the reviews that have one star, I just laughed, the one star rating, or negative review were situation that are in the businesses control The comments were way off base. If you look, most of the ratings are at five stars. In business, you can't make everyone happy. I am honored and proud to put my name as a five star review. Thank you for fixing my truck!

the good thing is that they diagnose any problems that your car might be having the bad things is that they diagnose it and you hear how much it cost. The alignment went wonderful but I found out there is my work to be done. Great customer service!

I pretty much do all my mechanic work there's a couple things I won't touch the AC unit on vehicle is one. This is the place to take your car when you have issues very detailed explains everything that was done and make sure that I left with a smile and happy with my service. My AC unit blowing super cold and I'm a very Happy camper. I highly recommend precision tune Auto for all your mechanical needs.

After an absolute nightmare of a week I came down to find my Model 3 dead. I called Alex and the team at Precision and, even though he didn't know me, he took the time to walk me through multiple steps with multiple calls to get my Model 3 out of the garage and into Precision. I Finally got it there and they were quick professional and made sure to give my car a full run through. Then they sent pictures of what can wait and what needs to be addressed. I picked it up the next day running perfectly with a cold water bottle in the cup holder. This is what repair shops and mechanics should be about. Will return for all my auto needs, A++

I had a great experience today at Precision Tune Auto Care. I have been looking for a mechanic I could trust and many people recommended this business to me. I'm grateful that my wife and I chose to have our brakes and oil change here. The tech, Alex, did an amazing job of keeping us in the loop from start of service to completion. The text updates truly make it simple to go through the process and I'm grateful for Carlos for making himself available and answering all of our questions. My wife has never felt more comfortable and confident with her car maintenance experience. Honest crew and did great work! I have been coming to Precision Tune Auto Care for around 4-5 years now. Carlos is fantastic. He is always straight forward with me about repairs and is very informative. Whenever I have an issue with my car these guys take care of it in a timely manner. They go above and beyond. I took my car in to fix some issues/pass smog. Not only did they fix my car but they also mounted the button mechanism to roll down my driver side window that has been broken for a while. They worked me in last second and still got me done that day. I tried dealerships and other oil change garages in area, but all were busy or needed an appointment. They were professional, friendly, and honest about my car. They offer a better oil change than others for a few bucks less. (I swear oil changes everywhere tripled in price this year, but that's my own issue)

I had a great experience there. The staff is incredibly friendly, skilled and helpful. They are also not pushy. I needed new tires due to my alignment being off and got a price on tires but decided to check around. There was no frantic push in saying why I should get tires from them or trying to force service on me. After checking around the tires were actually a decent deal for some good tires (I was going to pay more at the tire shops I checked in on for a worse tire). I loved how they were not pushy salesmen but are just very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place!

There was some horrible miscommunication from my insurance when my car got towed on Friday afternoon (because a tire blew out on the freeway near The Cheyenne & Lake Mead exit going southbound). Having the car towed across town, was not something that should have been a positive thing. But having a responsive and knowledgeable person (like Alex from the front desk) made a difficult situation much more manageable. They aren t open on the weekends but Monday morning, they were sure to put on the spare (for about $40) so that I could take the car to Costco tires which is where the tire warranty was still being honored. It was a much faster fix and response than to deal with our insurance (ahem USAA)Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement, Auto brake replacement

Got a quick and extremely thorough oil change here. Mechanics checked all fluids and tire pressure and filters and alerted me to a few items that needed attention. They are very detail oriented here and its a great value for the money.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I can t say enough about the awesome experience I had when I brought my 16 year old Saturn for a chk engine light diagnostic and oil change. Alex (customer service olympian!) had a cold bottle of water for me, listened to my concern about my chk engine light not clearing after changing a gas cap and 75 miles into a drive cycle (with gas @$6 gal) AND I had 6 days before my registration expired! I was offered a lift home, but I hung out in a very clean waiting area; work was completed well under an hour; and when I was checking out, there was a problem with reading my credit card, and they took the time to call the company for me and straightened it out! Should that be standard customer care? Of course, good luck finding it! So, I asked where I could put my very first review ever, and here I am. I found a new home for my Saturn s auto repair, thanks!Services: Auto emissions testing, Oil change

My car runs great again and my a/c works!! I always get treated nicely when I bring my car in. I will continue to visit Precision Tune for future car needs. Customer service is great, fast service and not pushy at all. I have always been given 2 or 3 options to choose from when it comes to the pricing. Carlos does a good job explaining what the problem is and what options are available to fix the problem. You get to choose what option is best for your budget. Awesome experience. Called in to find out about getting an alignment done. Being Saturday and appointments full, they still found time to get my car done in between. No BS, just results. Carlos was super friendly and explained exactly what he found. He didn't try to force services at me whatsoever, he actually seemed like he cared about me and my car. Definitely plan on bringing my car back as needed.

All car repair comes with a cost. Having said that, I have been bringing all of my vehicles to Carlos and his team for many years =1. Very competitive pricing on parts and labor2. Clearly explained resolutions to issues3. Fast turnaround4. Always friendly interactionsI could not recommend ANY business in Las Vegas more than Precision Tune Auto Care. Simply the best!

Everyone is really friendly. They are very knowledgeable and I feel comfortable and trust them. This visit, I had a good tune up with just a couple of small issues I need to fix. My main concern was the money for all of it, but asked them to help me prioritize so I could fix one at a time. They were really honest and made me feel comfortable when I left. There prices are also very reasonable :)

I had recently moved to Las Vegas when my car overheated. As a young female driving a very old car with lots of quirks, I am always apprehensive about finding trustworthy and reliable mechanics. I looked around and found Precision Tune Auto Care. I had my car towed there and the mechanics were able to quickly diagnose the problem and give me a very reasonable price estimate. Additionally, they took my busy schedule into consideration and were able to get the work done in one day. I felt like they were very upfront and honest individuals who gave it to me straight.I really appreciate their consideration of my time as well. My car was back on the road that day. In my past, mechanics have tried to take advantage of me by giving me a list of things that are possibly wrong with my car and that they recommend replacing or fixing (at an additional overpriced expense of course). I did not get this treatment from Precision Tune. Auto Care. Like I said before, I drive a very old car with lots of quirks. They understood that I was just trying to keep my car on the road and addressed the problem at hand effectively fixing the issue. Overall, I felt very comfortable with the knowledge of the staff, service and price.Recently, I had another, more serious problem with my car. I immediately took it back to Precision Tune Auto Care. Once again, the knowledgeable staff was able to quickly and efficiently diagnose the underlying issue. And once again they gave me a very reasonable price. When I say very reasonable, I mean very reasonable! I did my research by looking up parts pricing, talking with my mechanic back home, and obtaining quotes from other shops around town which would have charged me significantly more for the same services. Again, they also took my time constraints and need for a vehicle into consideration and repaired the problem during one of their busiest days of the week.I truly feel that the staff at Precision Tune Auto Care, especially Carlos who I assume is the owner, are very considerate and sincerely invested in the best interest of their customers by providing superior service at extremely reasonable cost. I suspect that most of their business is probably regular maintenance servicing but I highly recommend them for more serious car repairs as well. They had the parts needed available on site for my repairs and I did not have to leave my car there while waiting for necessary parts to be ordered and delivered. Plus the two major repairs together cost me less than $600!!! I have been in many places across the county and dealt with many mechanics. Not often do I feel the urge to write a review (about anything, let alone a car shop). However, with the amazing customer service, great prices, quick turn around time, and overall great vibe I received from the staff at Precision Tune Auto Care; I felt compelled and very confident in writing a review to share my positive experience with any one else in need of car repair. I will continue to go to them for all my service needs during my time in Vegas and have recommended their services to all my friends in the area. I think I should follow this rave review with a disclaimer that I am in no way associated with any of the staff or the company. I had just recently moved from Florida when I first received their services but cannot express how happy I am that I choose this shop out of so many options in the area. Once again, their professionalism, care for customers, and competitive pricing place Precision Tune Auto Care into a category of excellence that not many automotive shops receive in my book!-Teresa
