bathrooms are dirty , A/C is on in the bathroom, they have no HOT water, and waited so long for someone to take my order at the dunkin literally no one was there. very unprofessional

Repair facility has the worst customer service. Seta was rude and could care less about getting drivers in for service. We arrived at 0630, all bays were open and empty. She told us to park and we would be called when the employees came in. I think she meant the mechanics. 0700 the first truck went in for service so I walked over to see how many were ahead of us and she is on the phone with someone explaining a problem and at then end says I can come on over. She says ok drop your trailer first and nose it into door 4. When they hang up I asked her how many in front of me she says 4. I asked including that one that's not even here yet? She says we only have one mechanic today. That didn't answer my question, but left, told my husband the conversation and decided to go somewhere else. As the woman who claimed they are first come first serve didn't seem to know what that means.When is someone going to get a self serve bay?

This was a great stop for us as first time over-nighting in our van at a truck stop. Very friendly and helpful staff, good food, and showers were clean and had everything we needed. Rates for the parking spot reservation and showers seemed very reasonable to us. Thank you Petro Travel Center!

I've been fueling here for about 5 years now. Our company has been for much longer. With marking, what I would guess as 70% of the spaces "reserved" and charging 22$ a night, I'll never stop here again. Not for fuel, not for food and definitely not to park. What a joke. And neither will my company. Food is below average, which is a low bar to begin with concerning truck stop food. Restrooms and showers are attempted to keep clean but no money is put into the upkeep and it shows. Only good thing I can say is most of the employees have been kind. One even agreeing the "higher ups" are greedy, after I complained about the reserved parking. If your goal is to run off your customers, mission achieved. Run north of town to the loves. Or if you need a place to fuel with a "fleet one" card go down to Mortons (1000 E Cheyenne Ave) or to the TA (8050 Dean Martin Dr).

Been coming here for several years and have to say,it's really gone down hill. The only good thing left is the restaurant which gets 5 stars separately because the people who work in there really care about the customer. Most of the parking is paid now including all the bobtail spaces,I waited for over an hour for a dirty shower with no hot water,and everything has gone up in price,just a damb shame

So many tractor trailer spots and all of them are pay to park! Pretty bad when a truck driver can't even stop into a truck Stop to get something to eat! Yet we are the ones that keep America moving and all you truck stops rip us off! Well not all of you. I'm at Love's down the road now. Free parking.

The iron skillet they didnt want to do as ask nicely to make my food they got nasty and rude. Have alot of attitude then the waiter had the cook start making part of food and didnt even bother to come back to me ask me for my side i would like, as i was waiting for the part the was cooking i went to the store part and for drinks came back to check on my food they was cooking but then they said nevermind they cant my order. I wouldnt bother with this use doordash or grubhub and have more options and people with respect. Stay away

The lady who are working in at the shop has an attitude. No good costumer service. I went thier for tire alignment, I called first before I went thier. I thought there were no customers. She yell at me to move my truck, instead of just explaining that there was a line.

At this particular Petro, I do enjoy stopping here when I'm going home. They do security later on at night until sometime in the morning. If you feel like your spots been taken in the reserves for the truck's all you have to do is let them know and they will go out and let the person know they need to move.From all the staff from Dunkin Donuts, to the staff at the Iron skillet, and the Petro store staff been excellent with customer service.If you need something for the casino area you must go to the slot host booth. If it's anything pertaining to the general store you go to the store and let the manager know what you need.

A SAFE & SECURE OVERNIGHT PARKING LOT with reliable 24/7 restroom facilitiesHowever DONT BE A TOTAL CHEAPSKATE; SHOW SOME LOVE and buy something at Petro.Due to safety and reliability; I used their parking lot overnight one too many times and security gave me a friendly KNOCK KNOCK on my driver side door STARTLING ME AWAKE !!!Usually it's a "well being check" as I need to put a DISCLAIMER on my window "NOT DEAD. JUST SLEEPING AND I HAVE LONG HAIR. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONCERN. *THUMBS UP*Startling AWAKE the security guard backed off with a replying *THUMBS UP* ensuring a peaceful interaction.Apparently"CORPORATE" is getting a wee annoyed with freeloaders.Ultimatum: $10 overnight and NOBODY BOTHERS YOU or buy something like candy or gum and park in the middle of the lot for $2 hours. The guard let me slide for the night.Other than my returning to Petro because I find their parking lot reliable, safe and cozy...it's a decent truck stop with Dunkin Donuts insideRestrooms are okay; just a tad dingyThere's a restaurant inside. The overnight staff are fine and some are rather goofy.Just overstayed my welcome without any transaction

Needed a tire repaired. They said it would be three hours. When it had been three hours, came back and asked, since they had not called. They said it would be another three hours. During this whole time there was no other customer and the staff did not appear to be busy. I honestly do not know what the explanation for this could be.Do not consult Petro if your income depends on it!

This review is for the Petro diesel store for truckers. If you don t want to get nauseous and sick, try to stay away from this place. The food in this place is horrendous and disgusting! It is undercooked and sloppy not to mention over priced. This Petro treat truckers like animals and they have the worst customer service! I truly feel disappointed and upset at the fact that they serve nasty food and they do not make an effort to correct it. I advise for you to stay away from this place!

Not just your typical Petro, its definitely one of the best on the west cost. The staff is extremely helpful, good clean restrooms and showers. The restaurants are staffed with good hearted people. Look forward to our next run out here qnd enjoy the qaint little athomosphere

Today, I experienced what has to be the worst experience ever during my travels! At 3:35pm I visited the Dunkin Donuts at this location. I noticed that the gate was down on one side but open. So, I asked the employee could I buy a few donuts.... Only to be insulted, threatened (with a weapon he said was in his backpack) and refused to service me. I'm not sure why this employee took such a rude/illegal stance and then say that the store was closed when it CLEARLY was NOT. I asked for the manager but he stated that HE was the manager. So, I'd definitely recommend CAUTION when visiting this Dunkin Donuts location.

I usually just buy fuel. Parking ripoff. Every spot is reserved except fora few around fuel islands that are hogged by locals;however, unlike most TAs/Petros, lot doesn't look like it's been bombed. My first stay in a long time, and it's the last. I won't even buy fuel here again. People this greedy don't deserve my business. Showers are spacious and clean, but towels are like sandpaper and water temp is not consistent. Restaurant is a shell of what it used to be. Can't sleep there for jets in/out of AFB. And it has become I major pain to get in and out of.

Petro has been my favorite for years.. today ,l like to do a tire job,But without, knowing how these tires look like.. The counter lady wants to SELL. something that I don't ask FOR abusive,and disrespectful, I'm not a newbie.

Drove all the way out here to eat after getting off work at 3 am only to find out that the restaurant is closed until 6 am but as you can see in the photo the sign says '24 hours fresh food'. I always enjoyed The Iron Skillet in the past. Too bad I won't ever be back.

Another TA/Petro making an effort to be the worse of them all... all spots are paid parking for a such a substandard level of service they don't even have coffee... what they do have is employees w attitudes... can't wait until TA/Petro is bought by Loves and every single person gets fired

Homeless people sleeping in movie drivers lounge and drunks passed out. Complained to staff said, they don't like it either but they can do nothing about it cause there manager Kelly is friends with them....

Thumbs up Nice station to stop to rest or to stay overnight.Safe ... Clean...free.Good resturant.Nice and clean Restrooms.Yesterday ... I daw many semi-trucks... cars ... and a motorhome-bus...all stayed over night...free of charge.

Went to eat and ordered waited over an hour for my food. It was about 7 PM at night. Other people came in after me got their food first three other customers specifically and I was told sorry which is irrelevant just horrible horrible, horrible service and they were just out of everything apparently, so I had not much of a choice waitress was just horrible. Never checked on me. They kept everybody corralled in one corner which is really inconvenient because people were just loud and obnoxious in there and nobody was doing anything about it.

These guys will write reserved parking even at fuel pumps, what a bunch of rip offs. I'll pay for your parking, but I will not spend another dime at your restaurant or your store. Enjoy being money hungry!

Went in at 9pm for supper and the cafe was closed. No food but a stale pizza.No food available after 9 just like all TAs and Petros so make sure you get something before you get here.

0 review that lier people, they said first they allow to drop the trailer on their lot, when we came they are not allowing, and just asking sorry that they have training issues. Bad communication ever managers will not respond to the calls when they know there their fault. They just wasting time of people. Thank you guys of these TA for understanding and helping me. I would put 0 review if I could

Service in the shop isn't worth the cost. Stopped needing fuel filters changed. Initially told it's a 2.5 hr wait, that turned into 9. For a 5 minute job. I will never be back to this location for anything.
