The owner will definitely bait and switch you.I told him the problem from a prior AC diagnostic and told him the issue.He quoted a price which I was ok with. I came for service and 2 hours later he calls me back to tell me I needed to get another diagnosis which would be an extra fee upwards of $130. This is after he already fixed the Problem! He wanted to act like he didn t know what was wrong but when I declined the diagnosis he had his mechanic snip a wire.After that I did not trust the place so I stayed to watch what they were doing to my vehicle. When I refused to leave the service area after seeing wires snipped the owner got borderline violent and all up in my face.If a repair was more than initially discussed you let someone know BEFORE you do work to their property. I would have agreed to an extra $130 if he told me upfront. You don t get to fix it and charge what you want after a quote.This place is dishonest and the owner clearly has an issue with or doesn t respect African Americans. I am more than sure he would not have got in a white or Hispanic man s face like he did me. Definitely filing with the BBB and taking him to small claims if anything else is wrong with my car. Luckily I took video of the wire sniping. Do not go to this place they will rip you off if you let them.Service: Air conditioning

I called this place to see if they could take a look at my car since Ford expects you to drop off your vehicle for several days or weeks before actually inspecting it. The person I spoke with on the phone told me to come the next morning. When I showed up they all seemed quite busy and I was worried it would take a long while. To my surprise they were all quite welcoming and helpful. I can see why they had a lot of vehicles there. Thank you for your help! I will surely come back.

This place has been amazing! I m not from here I moved from New York to Vegas a few months ago and my car decided to die in the middle of traffic on my way to work today. I called them and they got to me as soon as they possibly could because I was a little scared sitting in traffic with a car that wouldn t move. They took me right to there shop and kept in contact with me the whole time trying to get me the best deal possible. They were very sweet and understanding. They helped me the whole time and made me feel so much better about the situation

They fixed the ac in my car and had it done within the day and charged very reasonable prices. Highly recommend for auto repairs! Fast, courteous and reasonable prices!

Julio & his crew are superb to work with they let you know what they re gonna do and stay in communication before buying or using new parts. And, if you stop by in the morning when they re not as busy you ll be in and out because they work efficiently and get it all taken care of the first time!!!! Highly recommend. I was recommended this shop after my check engine light came on and I was provided a $4,100 quote from Sun Auto to fix coolant leaking into a cylinder. Alex at Perfect Tint replaced my O2 sensors, spark plugs & tune-up for less than $350 and my car runs like new. Alex & Maria are the best! They are honest and do good work! Julio greeted me right away, I told him the issue I was having and he assured me I would get a call in a couple hours. Sure enough car was fixed and was able to pick it up in a few hours. Great price and not to far from home. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Julio is a great mechanic. He has fair and honest pricing. I trust him and this crew. I know he doesn't try to take advantage of anyone. He is the first mechanic that I've had such faith in. I just read a review saying this place is a rip off. I'm a senior and this is the first mechanic that didn't rip me off.

I was referred to Julio several years ago and he has been my reliable "go to" ever since! He is honest and always treats me with respect. Last year I was looking for a trailer for camping and he found me one for an amazing price! He tinted my windows to help keep the grandkids cool in the back and keeps an eye out for all preventative measures he can share with me. I locked my keys in the car one morning and he sent a locksmith over to help!He returns every call and sends pictures so there are never any surprises! I have been there years ago. Never went back. I was told that when they were done with my car they would let me know. Found out that they would probably have my car for about a week. I took it back. Never been back since. I'm trying to help out my nephew. So, I guess this place came up. Not somewhere I would recommend.

Julio and his staff are top notch. Dealership wanted to replace the entire rear axle on my 2007 Tundra. Axle wasn t even the problem. Julio and his staff replaced a worn out U-Joint in a matter of hours at an extremely reasonable and honest price. Would recommend this shop to anyone!

I've been going to Julio for years. I have a family of 5 in sports and my oldest child now has a job so I'm on the go all the time. He is honest and trustworthy. He works with you on everything. He has an open line of communication with his staff and clients. Whatever the slightest problem he tells you to bring it right down at anytime. Also, when he says it's fixed...IT'S FIXED!!! None of the having to take it back over and over for the same issue.

These guys are Amazing! I've been a customer for a year and a half now. Super professional, very convenient and they don't stop until ur repair is complete! I give these guys 5 stars! And I know where to go when my car has an issue. Don't need to go anywhere else. They're top notch!

Julio and crew were amazing. They really went the extra mile when our car broke down on vacation. He even called us an Uber to get us to a hotel. Truly great service and he found us a solution to get us on our way.

4 days ago: Perfect installed new front axles and new struts on my 1997 Camry. I showed up for the appointment, and 6 hours later they called me to say my vehicle was repaired and ready. This was a job I had been avoiding for several years, having had quotes that scared me. Perfect was VERY reasonable on cost, they were polite and clean, and performed what seems to be a correctly done repair.Today, I am impressed and pleased, and I am happy to recommend Perfect Auto Repair.

The Team was very fast and professional. After spending several hours looking for a shop that had less than an hour wait. My 95 Oldsmobile Achieva kept overheating after I had a water pump & thermostat replaced by Midas. Mechanic after Mechanic for 8 months no one could tell me why the car kept overheat. I took my car to Julio, the manager of Perfect Tint and Service Lube and within 15 mins they discovered why my car was overheating. For 8 months because something Midas had done barely any fluids were able to flow through my engine. Lucky for me when Julio and his crew discovered the reason why they also did a block test to make sure no engine cracks and no blown head gaskets. They also found out I needed rear struts. The entire cost of repairs from overheating and rear struts and a new brake line was less than $450..If you want quality work at a reasonable price go to Perfect Tint and Service Lube. They can even offer you top line RADIO/DVD/CD systems for your vehicle. They get my vote all the time. Thanks to Julio & his Crew.

Bad experience. They bait and switch meaning when you ask for a price quote they give you a quote and than up sale for more than what you wish or push for a full car tint and if you don't they don't want to talk to you or take back quote. Instead of arguments on pricIng that was promised to me and than the possibility of a bad job done I'll post a review to help others. Don't fall for this. I only went here because it was a reference but I'm finding out he does not have best prices as he was bragging just to up sale. This place is one big sham and lie. You have been warned.

Julio will rip you off by pretending to fix your problem, while at the same time causing your vehicle to have another problem. Then hardly anyone else in the shop speaks english, so there is 0 customers service. This place is a prime example of what's wrong with the Auto Industry.To whomever it concerns: This was not a mistake and I find it even more upsetting you can't find me in your SHADE TREE LOGS. I have zero interest in trusting this shop with anything else. I won't bring my car back just so you guy can mess something else up.
