Absolutely the best! I realized I had a flat tire while driving errands. Called up these guys, and Randy answered immediately. Gave him my tire specs and said I'd be there in 10 minutes. Randy was able to get my tires sent over from a different store location. Totally helped me out by getting my car in and out quick! Super friendly! I will definitely come here again!

Bought 4 new tires and an alignment. Had exact tires I wanted, took about 2 hours to do all the work. Got good pictures of my truck getting worked on and parts that were worn and needed replaced. Will definitely go back when I need to.

Randy and Jojo were very helpful, professional and quick. Stopped in on New Years to get two new trailer tires replaced that had blown out on my way home to Utah from Mazatlan, Mexico. Great price and great customer service. Thanks guys!

They are bandits in that store, be very careful. I bought new tires in the month of May and after 6 months the tires were of no use, they burned and broke, horrible. I invested 600 in two tires and paid 80 dollars more for insurance, which was not It was of no use to me, when I returned to file the complaint the idiot manager did not know anything to do because he was new since all the employees had been fired for poor management of the store since they did outside work for the customers and They reported something else. Be careful when you give them the purchase form since they put the information on the miles they want, read it carefully first. I don't know if all stores are equally dishonest but from the moment you enter you see the employees without interest, eating, on the computer and if you buy the insurance and your tire goes flat and you return because it covers you they are no longer interested in you and they don't they want to help you

They were very intensive to me and making sure that I had everything I need even helped to put in the claim with Car shield and kept me updated if when and if car shield did give back to them. Even though my insurance did not cover the part, they were still very helpful and got the job done in the same day.

I was made an appt for diagnostic on easter Sunday that manager set up n day if he didn't show up knowing our convo other day. I'm feeling he helping knowing I told him I been working 2 months only Sunday off n straight ghosted me. Talk to me like he understood my issue n the big lady in front was no help at all. Why she work somewhere like this not knowing cars. Took my keys went to my car n said u don't have a engine light on. So if u want a diagnostic it has to have a engine light on to say u can service me? Think I drive the car to something wrong. Plus I have never had a women tell me what my car needs n don't need. Auto zone, napa, oriellys or pep boys females don't know jack bout cars. It's just a job to them. If she not in the pit working with the guys then she don't know jack .... No engine light I can't get a diagnostic check in my only day off n manager at this location had a family emergency after promising me that day bcuz of my issue. Well I can say either bcuz if short day of Sunday workers didn't want to work hard or that their Mexican n didn't want a black man's money. Idk but I'm willing to pay for services to get my vehicle running top notch. Plus if gates inside are closed n ain't no customers you in there but answer phone after 11 rings. Oh but we can text when our guy gets here. N u close at 3 pm. It's 11:35 n still no call or like hello sir would u like to reschedule for Monday? She ain't even suggest nothing. How can a person like that build a business trust with customers relying on them to help them in need ASAP for their life n u there to make this happen for these reviews. Half pep boys n half AutoZone building. If it's half n half then it's nothing to me n quite sure that's why it's always empty.

Stopped in to get my ride looked at, and Randy took total care of me. He let me know everything that was going on and showed me great options to get things taken care of. Now my trucks running like a top, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again Randy!

I had bad experience with bad attitude from the girl at the counter to a tech not putting on a lug nut and sending me home with one missing lug nut on my tire. I was very upset because I have kids that ride in the car and when I felt my tire shaking on the freeway I pulled over and checked my tires and when I did I saw there was a nut missing of my tire. I had just got my tires rotated at Pepboys so I knew it was them . I was very upset for putting my wife and kids in danger so I went in very upset but left completely happy and the only reason was because of the Manger named Randy he quickly addressed the problem talked to me and my and re assured us he would be fixing the situation and talking to everyone about not letting this happen again . I personally saw him check my tires and had the tech balance all my tires and check all bolts to make sure there was no stripping again I want to thank Randy the manager for being professional and understanding of the situation and de escalating the situation. Randy your amazing and thank you for taking care of the problem because of him he's the only reason I will continue to do business with Pepboys

I always go to this location. I did not know they had a whole new team since the renovation, but they seem to be good as well. A very nice young lady helped me out and explained well what the deal was. They had me in and out on a Sunday in no time.

Been looking for a good pep-boys in the area since I moved here and think I found the one. My car was due for an oil change, so the night before I booked one online for 8 the next morning on a Wednesday. Randy helped me get everything all set up and said it would take an hour. Randy was really nice and helpful.The waiting area was nice and quiet. There was some water and a coffee machine for guests. I personally did not have either but thought it was a thoughtful touch. In the other waiting area there was a tv for if you wanted to watch tv. It was a nice vibe to be honest. The restrooms were nice and clean as well. There s an AutoZone next door if you need anything while here. A McDonalds, Burger King, 7-Eleven near by if you get hungry, all within walking distance if you re there for a while.

My battery was the problem and after about 3 days of getting it jumped..I called this location and they worked their magic..Randy and the Crew saved me!! Thanks you guys so so much for getting me in and replacing my battery..I know who to call when I'm in a jam..thank you thank you..oops and I don't remember her name but she got the ball rolling my my thank you to you as well..

I love Pep Boys, after a long journey of other auto shops lack of integrity, over priced services that didn't get done properly. I found Pep Boys to be the service center for me. I would recommend them any time

I had just started a road trip and was about 15 miles from home, then all of a sudden the dredded flat tire light came on. Erik and the team at Pep Boys were able to squeeze me in and fix the flat. They were courteous, professional, and friendly!

Took my car here for an oil change not even two weeks ago and today my card had little to No oil in it when it was full of oil when I took it there from my previous oil change just over the milage to change it. Sooo what did I pay for here and what did they do to my car work wise!? Cause there's No way I should have needed to but oil this soon! And No there is NOTHING Wrong with my car for it to be missing Oil in less than 2 weeks after paying for a oil change!

I took my car here Sept 15th to replace a window regulator I was referred by car shield to go here once they took everything apart they then realized that they did not know how to fix it? I received a call Sept 19th saying that they had to call an outside company to fix the window I refused to use the outside company because they wanted to charge me $600 and I felt that was too much so I went to pick up my car and it was still into pieces scattered everywhere there were pieces on the seat floor cup holder back seat and my trunk! They didn't even know how to put it back together! I took my car to another shop with the door pieces not put together and once I made it to the new shop we realized that they forgot to give me my window motor so I had to go back and get it I was charged $276 for what?! I feel I was charged for nothing and I should have been told right away if they were not familiar with fixing this type of issue
