Brought my car in for a last minute oil change and was helped by Andrew. He gave my car a thorough inspection and made it clear if any additional maintenance needed to be done. I do have regular maintenance done on my car and he indicated that everything looked good with no other recommended maintenance. I did ask him to do the fuel treatment and oil treatment (can't remember when I had either done last). He was able to accommodate that as well. I was in and out in about an hour. I would 100% recommend this location. The service was quick, efficient, and friendly!

Andrew and team are the best! I came in for a quick and simple inspection and a oil change on a brand new 2023 camry se all other stores refused to help even when they were empty. Said no inspection done between 1 - 4 PM Monday thru Friday. My man Andrew didn't turn me down. He took care of me 100% I been in the automotive industry for 20 years and this man right has a "yes sir we can help" work environment not a clock watcher waitting to send away customers. I definitely will recommend this store only! keep up the amazing work guys!!!!

Came in here to do a basic inspection and called beforehand. They were professional on the phone, but once I walked in, 2 employees seemed very short and rude. Dude, even was all on my car writing up the inspection? Would they do this on a porsche? When paying they acted like they don't do cash only?

I'm so glad we went here! We had an urgent need to replace a tire before getting back on the road. I went online late in the evening and grabbed the first available appointment, which wasn't until mid day. Just in case they could help me earlier, I showed up when they opened to drop off the car.They had already read my note and looked up the model to make sure they had what I needed in stock. They were able to take care of it quickly and had my car back to me even before my appointment time. I was so appreciative that they were open on a Sunday and took such care!

Had a really great experience at Pep Boys on 7465 S Eastern Ave, really appreciate the time Andrew took to explain everything that was going on with my vehicle, and what they recommend I would have to get done for my car to run it s best! Professional and friendly experience. Will definitely return for my next service, thank you!

I won't be going anywhere else for car service. Andrew was a great help and honest about what my vehicle did and didn't need. He saved me a lot of time and money with an honest inspection rather than sell me things I thought I needed. Give that man a raise.

Made an online appointment for 11 am. Dropped the car off when they opened at 9 am and they had already looked up to make sure they had the needed parts. Got my wheel fixed in 30 min and was happily driving well before my scheduled appointment! Respectful to my wife.

Bought a set of tires, had to go back because the tires were not properly balanced. I was told the tech who installed the tires was gone on personal business and would return in several hours. No other tech could help, only the original tech. I was told each tech is paid to do a separate task. I was told to go to another pep boys. Will not be returning to this or any other pep boys.

Great shop one of the best I ve been to very knowledgeable went in for a oil change they notice I had some leaks so the service manager Andrew showed the to me and yeah I m glad he did it was pretty bad but they fixed it up for me the same day and so far no more leaking will be going there from now on thank you Andrew and his team I will see you guys soon

Andrew and Pat were amazing. They worked diligently to figure out what was wrong with our door handle and locking system. They were able to fix the handle and figured out there is an electrical issue. I would strongly recommend bringing your car to them for anything you may need done.

On my way to Las Vegas I had one of the tires on my trailer overheat and on the verge of exploding. It could have been a disaster, however, I was able to get the spare on in time. When I finally arrived to Las Vegas to the RV resort I looked for the trailer tire that nobody had in stock. Pep Boys did give the option to have it delivered to one of their stores the next day after 6 pm. I ordered it for a very reasonable price. I ended up bringing the wheel of the defective tire to Pep Boys the next day at 9 am so they could swap it out when the tire arrived. When I arrived I pulled the wheel out of my truck bed and then was greeted by Andrew. He was very friendly and said to me right away before I even asked that it looked like my tire had arrived. He asked me to give him about 10 minutes to put the new tire on. This potential disaster was completely minimized the great service by Pep Boys and fantastic team members like Andrew. Highly recommended!

Very good service. They were very professional and explained what needs to be done and let you know when it will be finished. They gave us warranty from the previous work that was done and detailed the amount that was charged. We are so happy we have a military discount. Andrew the manager was so polite as well as Pat. We have been with Pepboys for a couple of years and we love it. Bravo Zulu.

I had a wonderful experience today. I hope someone from the company actually sees this and it helps this young man. Marco is a mechanic.but when I came in he was running the place as if he was the manager. His amazing customers service started before he actually helped me. As I stood there and watched him help a couple before me. The way he was detailed in the was explained the process of how their car was going to be take care of. The time he takes to make sure a customer is knowledgeable and feel comfortable leaving their car is something lost today. So when I walked up I know already I was in good hands. He helped me was kind and left me wanting to share my experience with others. I ask him if he was in charge as he explained he was not. So he was doing the job of others most likely with out the pay. He is one of a kind and I hope this company appreciates works like him.

Do not do business here. Scam women. Was sold 5 year old tires. Unfortunately after 1 year tires are bad. They offered no resolution Jamie Miller the district manager would not even speak to me refused to take my call. Acting like a scared child. Not a women friendly business. So unprofessional. It happened to myself and my daughter.

The techs were awesome. Probably the best experience I've had getting tires. Everyone was polite and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had with honesty. Will definitely be getting all my work I can't do my self done here. Again these guys are 10/10.

My biggest impression was the quality service! Diana and team members helped me with the alignment. I recommend this particular location for their fair and honesty service. I will definitely use their service again! My car drives a lot better right and I could tell a difference between 3 different shops I get an estimate from (Las Vegas area). Thank you very much!

I scheduled an appointment online for a wheel alignment to be done on 9/7 @330pm. Got reminders and notifications for the appointment. Drove to the shop where Marco checked me in. After one of the techs came out to the front counter and openly complained about being overbooked (not taking from the fact he may have very well been) but I was told he didn t think they could squeeze me in and I need to reschedule.I asked why I didn t receive a call ahead of time, that would have been courteous and respectful of my time. He replied I can t get a call or I m not regarded as an actual customer until I check in at the facility (uhhh, ok).I don t blame Marco or the tech, I blame you Pep boys. Obviously these are allowed practices by your business and speaks to how understaffed you are. Help Marco, that tech, and your customers out by staffing properly. Initially I was considering an intake cleaning service in addition to the wheel alignment but I ll pass on any service.I went down the street to Brake Masters on Windmill and Eastern who were polite and serviced my vehicle last minute without an appointment. Not only did the staff make me feel more comfortable, so did the facility (your techs had a mess of tools everywhere, not a deal breaker but not a good look either). I appreciate them being able to come through when businesses like yours fail. Gives some hope that we can get back to Good Quality Customer Service in this post Covid era. Thank you for the opportunity you share my experience.
