I have been going to this same pep boys for some years now and I've always had a great experience. Chris is knowledgeable and is wonderful to deal with. He goes above and beyond to make sure customers drive out of there satisfied with the work done on their vehicles. The last the I was there, Al worked on my car and was very friendly and fixed my problem quickly. I highly recommend them.

First of all I called Frantically this morning and Chris not only was friendly, calm, and welcoming; when I arrived I was taken in very quickly and also explained directly what would happen. He was so professional and the whole team was wonderful!!! I was nervous at first so I jokingly asked him should I pray, we prayed and it worked out better then I even anticipated!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! This location made what started as a horrible day into an excellent turnaround. Thank you!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Chris and his team of technicians were helpful and knowledgeable with all my issues they addressed all of my concerns with my SUV felt confident in there work you guys rock. Definitely coming back

I ve only ever had good experiences at this pepboys. Chris and the team are always incredibly helpful. Chris has helped me with my car since I moved to Vegas. It s always been great service, they truly care about their customers

I want to thank you guys sooooo much! I had a gas leak and every place on google was trying to charge thousands to fix. I came to pep boys on Nellis and bonanza and spoke with Chris and he got my car fixed in no time for 150$ !!! Will definitely be coming back for all my car needs!!

I would like to mention the remarkable job that this repair shop does I was there and I was having problems with my car and they kept me calm and let me know that they was going to take care of it and they took care of it and I was back on the road in no time in less than 30 minutes I would like to give a hi outstanding kudos with married especially to Chris and Demetrius on duty. Chris is highly professional, thorough and efficient and Demetrius delivers outstanding Customer Service. Both have worked at the company for a very long time and they have a lot of experience and I will highly recommend this shop anytime I'm having any problems with my vehicle continue the great work guys.

I went in shopping for tires but the technician identified a serious braking problem that could have ended badly basically saving my life so I appreciate it. I didn't get tires but needed a $2,000 brake job instead. Tires were important but brakes essential

Edit:: I m still taking my cars to this location after three plus years: it s always been the same team and they have always done great work.I ve gotten tires for two different vehicles, regular maintenance, such as oil changes, spark, plugs, ignition coils, fuel sensors, smog sensors alignment breaks on two different vehicles I d Follow the mechanic they have where ever he goes so please keep him and give him some recognition.Service writers are always fair and informative.Thank goodness for finance good work ain t cheap but cheap work ain t always good. Always fair. Always polite. Thanks again. Glad I found this place.Pep Boys on Nellis is always busy but the guys who work there are trust worthy. The price was the best price I could get for what I had done. I have been to other locations. I only like this one for the east side.

That was my first time getting mytruck serviced at the Nellis location.I made my appointment on line andI was promptly notified by email thatmy appointment set. The customerservice was outstanding as Chriswent above and beyond getting mytruck serviced and also dealing withany issues that arose. I highly recommend Pep Boys for all yourautomotive needs. I give the Nellislocation a 5 star rating.

RUN!!! Horrible service. Went in for a leak, same leak TWICE and the leak is now leaving puddles in my driveway. $2100+ later. Chris is very oblivious and seems like he doesn't want to be bothered and the mechanic, should be fired. He obviously doesn't know what he's doing.

These guys got me in and out quickly. Came in with a punctured rear drivers side tire, they patched it and found my two fronts needed to be replaced. Chris worked within my budget and even found a discount for me. They helped get me back on the road so I could make my trip today! Quick convenient and friendly, these guys are where I m taking my car from now on!

The people try to sell you things you don t need, the manager, Cris, went into the settings of my vehicle, and change all settings, trying to sell me tires filters, and after he change the settings, my check engine light keep coming on and they kept trying to get me to spend money with them. I contacted an attorney and was told to take it somewhere else to see what all they did, after taking my car to Meineke, Meineke fixed my car the right way! My advice would be to never, and I mean, never take your car Pep Boys!

Needed an emergency replacement of my truck's radiator & hose system. I was able to drop the vehicle off in the morning without an appointment, and picked it back up the same day less than 5 hours later. Really great crew

Booking was easy. I got the exact time and day that worked best for me. Check-in was easy. They got started on my car right away and I was in and out in less than an hour.

I don t know where to start The store manager CHRIS is TRULY a BLESSING to this company and location!Not only was he UNDERSTANDING of my situation, he was also KIND and VERY COURTEOUS!I ll FOREVER be a return customer for as long as he works at this store.Thank You Guys and God Bless

This is a sorry excuse for a mechanic shop. They can t seem to do the simplest things. As one who worked In the tire industry being told that no one in the store was capable of completing a simple tire rotation on a sedan left me stunned. They also managed to ruin my lug nut key on another occasion and I didn t find out until I had to get the wheel off for a flat. When they fixed the flat they denied ever touching the lug nut key which makes it hard to explain how they put tires in my vehicle. They also just through the tire back on haphazardly and it shook violently. When I took it back to them to have them set it straight they claimed they had done everything right and even asked if they had fixed that tire because there wasn t a sign of a plug. Their incompetence knows no bounds. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and have gone back to see if things would be different but now it seems I am going to have to go pay someone else 20$ to rotate my tires when they should be doing it for free.

Shawn helped me when I was in a bad situation. My tire pressure kept running low in December, 2022 no matter how much I put air in my tires. I stopped by near closing time and he was very kind and helped me with a smile and professionalism. He put air in all my tires and checked them with a gauge and a hand-held computer machine. He didn't charge me for any of this. My tires have not run low since, and it is almost 4 months later! Thanks so much for saving my car that night! I recommend this location and will be back.

Chris was super awesome! Took my car in with no issues immediately started working on it and I was out in 45 minutes. Had to get an oil change and my blades changed for my windshield. Excellent service!!! Thank you Chris

Went in for break fluids . Came out with missing emblem on the front of my car .I do not recommend. The workers are shady !
