This Pep Boys location is great. I had my 50K service here. These guys are quick and professional. They also do not try to sell you unnecessary stuff as other places/locations. Mike was very nice and great to work and would certainly come back here again.

3/20/24 EDIT AGAINNN ****- Called and spoke to manager Ian. I was immediately yelled at and unable to get a word in. I was told "IVE SEEN YOUR REVIEW! YOUR NOT GETTING MONEY BACK!" So just a head up, don't leave Ian less than 5 stars or he's gonna throw a tantrum.EDIT***** Do NOT go here under any circumstances. Just a few days later and my car started making crazy noises and now won t move!My husband was able to get under the car to look and I am missing bolts!!!!! And others were left loose! This place has put me and my children in danger! And when my husband called they REFUSED to speak to him?!?!? Don t go here for anything! Unless you have a death wish.Oof. I can t think of one nice word to say. My car was shuttering a bit while braking so I took it in. The back brake pads and rotors were replaced in May 2023 but the shuttering continued. After further diagnostics were done I was told that the issue was a control arm. After all of the repairs were done (including the front pads and rotors) the cost was around $3500. This was around October 2023.Almost immediately I noticed that the brakes were squealing a bit. In November 2023 I brought the car in for an oil change and asked for a brake inspection. We were told that everything looked fine and was maybe just the new pads wearing in . By March 2024 the squealing noise was so loud that I couldn t drive with my windows down. I took the car back to this location. I was then told that the issue was a motor mount and would cost $700 plus another $750 for shocks and they could not guarantee that this would fix the squeal. At this point I had to INSIST that the brake pads be replaced. I may not be an expert but some simple research assured me that the pads were more than likely the issue here ( And they are still under warranty this point ). After being treated like a silly woman for 10 minutes they finally agreed to replace the pads.A few hours later I returned for my car. The attendant (Ian) saw us pull into the parking lot and ran to us before we were even out of our car. He showed us what looked like brand new pads and assured me that I was incorrect and the brake pads were fine. I then went on a test drive with the other attendant. I do not know his name but I ll refer to him as Smokey Joe since he walked me around my car and talked to me while blowing cigarette smoke in my face and the face of my one year old child. So me and Smokey Joe go on our test drive where he continued to condescendingly laugh and make rude comments about my driving. Made fun of me for using a blinker to signal leaving a parking lot and told me I was too soft for driving only 40mph in a 35. Then Smokey Joe told me that I ride the brakes and that why my brake pads were warped so quickly. He then produced some very rough looking brake pads and showed me how damaged they were.BUT WAIT A MINUTE! I thought Ian couldn t wait to RUN to my car and tell me that was WRONG about the pads?! And he showed me such perfect shiny brake pads and said they were mine?! So were the damaged ones that Smokey Joe had mine? Or the perfect ones from Ian? Seems a little suspicious but what do I know? I m just a silly woman with no car knowledge who rides her brakes .Edited to add - The squealing noise is gone. It was most definitely the pads.

made a same day appointment for a full synthetic oil change very professional & friendly staff with great service! after the appointment Michael very thoroughly explained things I needed to get done in the future but not forcefully in a salesperson kinda way but a helpful suggestions which was very appreciated! highly recommend!

Michael was wonderful. His customer service was great. They handled my 07 Santa Fe with great care. I have been a Pep Boys customer since 2013 and was pleased to see the service is still great across the states.

My fiance and I came in for service on her vehicle, the stop being completely out of happen stance. With one of their competitors being my choice for or service options for our vehicles. We got to the counter and our experience with mike was pleasant, enlighting, and very comforting. He was very helpful, and a nice guy to talk too. He was reassuring and provided great customer service. My fiance really enjoyed having a female technician working on are vehicle, too. Showing that this location hires quality over anything. It was quality service by a quality employee, headed by an exemplory leader. We left their feeling like we have a new place for servicing our car's, even with closer options to our house. I usually go with my fiance to get services provided car's and other things she may not have knowledge of. This won't be the case with our car's now. As I left there feeling comfortable sending my fiance alone. Customer service is without a doubt the paramount to Mike the location manager. Well done, Mike. Thank you.

I consistently take my car here each time my maintenance light turns on. I m always given exactly what I need with no surprises and I m out of there quickly. Ian is great and makes the whole process seamless, he always makes sure I know exactly what is being done and why. The staff is overall great and friendly and makes car maintence less of a chore.

Guy has the most amazing customer service I ve ever encountered. He explained in great detail and did it with a great natural knowledge. Guy, I want to thank you for getting my company back on the road so quickly and efficiently. Amazing job for having such an awesome employee.

I recently utilized the services of Pep Boys for my car's oil change, and I must say, I'm left wondering why I didn't make the switch sooner from enduring the long waits at the dealership. Scheduling an appointment was incredibly easy and convenient. Upon my arrival at the scheduled time, Gaetano provided me with exceptional care, making me feel like a valued, long-term customer. While their lounge is simple, it exudes coziness, creating a comfortable environment. Moreover, the wait time was significantly shorter compared to the dealership, and I appreciated that they also conducted a visual inspection during the service. Overall, my experience with Pep Boys surpassed my expectations.

Brandon and Guy at the Rancho/Craig location are fantastic mechanics who solved my Axle problem pretty much perfectly.They were able to identify a manufacturer error in the axles that the first pep boys I went to did not catch. They are kind, professional, and knowledgeable, and I will return should I need any additional services.Thanks guys!

Brandon Lamb really helped save the day on Christmas. He was so kind and helpful and really made a difference. After getting an unpredictable flat on Christmas Day I drove to 6 different tire shops and he was the only one that gave proper help and guidance on what I should do. I ended up taking my service straight to his shop once I was able to put my donut on. He created the standard of care that I have never received and I can t thank him enough

Wow such great service! I came here to get my tires fixed due to patch failure. Another shop was unable to fix it but here they took care of me. First time at this location and definitely coming back for future services!

Mechanics such as Guy and Ian have been there to take care of my vehicle s needs and ensured quality service throughout my time conducting business here. I ve visited this location almost a dozen times for standard maintenance, general inspections, and tire replacements and have always left with a great sense of peace of mind. The mechanics here are industry standard who also provide brilliant customer service in real-time. Definitely give them a visit if your car is in need of great service, they look out for ya!

Pep Boys is GREAT...!!! I went in on a day when I had a Doctor Appointment I couldn't make due to my car battery and my Check Engine Light being on and I took my vehicle to Pep Boys and they had my Battery out and changed and the Check Engine light off in about an Hour. On my make and model of my car 2014 Dodge Journey the Batter is behind the Drivers side tire and then behind the Mud Flaps so the Job is NOT easy even for Mechanics with that have all the tools but Pep Boys had me in and out of there and all fixed up and a Truly a Great Experience it was. I highly recommend Pep Boys not only for their Great Customer Service and Work but also I've been going to Pep Boys since I was 8 years old with my late father but now here I am 56 Years later and Pep Boys is a still a GREAT place to service all your vehicle(s) needs and still doing GREAT WORK...!!! THANK YOU PEP BOYS...!!!

It s 2:11 PM. Came in to do an Uber Inspection with Chris. Let me tell you I m really disappointed with the way their system is set up. I understand they need to sell their stuff but geez you guys are butchers to the bone. I have a 2017 Nissan and I didn t pass inspection because my tires are used?! Come on Chris! Make some sense out of you! He wanted to shove those tires to me one way or another. I will reconsider visiting this place if I need help in the future. Gosh such a bad place! Not even a bit of concern after I explained my financial situation to him.
