I used Yelp to get a quote for fixing both my upper control arms for my car and got a couple responses and only Matt came back with a quote and would do the work. The other 2 responses said they don't do the repair. When I took my car in for Smog at one of the oil change franchises I had them put my car on the lift to check what was going on with my front suspension. They quoted me $900 to fix which I knew was ridiculous. Matt did the work for $555 + tax.I called him a couple days before coming in to make an appointment and got one right away the day I was off work. I dropped it off in the morning and it was finished a few hours later. Matt also showed me the old part which I had seen underneath the car and knew the bushings were dry rotted , but after they were off I could see how bad they really were. Also one of the ball joints was shot. It was the original parts on my car which is 20 years old. So it lasted a long time , but what do you expect of a heavy duty suspension on a P71 Crown Victoria that was once an undercover vehicle for Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. This car is tough as nails and super reliable.I would highly recommend coming to this shop. Matt is professional , courteous , knowledgeable , fast service , and reasonably priced. The shop is clean and well maintained. Thanks for getting me back on the road with a safe suspension and it rides so nice again.

Awesome experience with Matt and Lee at Passion Motors. I called ahead and they were able to fit me in that day and fix a leaking seal on my transmission same day. Honest and fair prices and excellent work, and they wanted to follow up on the repair the following week to make sure they caught everything and it was done right. Thanks, guys!

I took my Jeep to Desert 215 on Sunset and they quoted me around 18k to fix my 2015 Grand Cherokee. A total joke. My husband found Passion Auto and they repaired a lot of what was on the list for around 2k. Not only that, I was able to turn around and sell the Jeep a few weeks later for $9,500! They were kind, honest, and I hope this review helps others in our position! Thanks a ton to the owner of the shop!

Recently experienced a blown tire on our way to fabulous Las Vegas and after changing the tire we started hearing a noise coming from the car so we decided to take our car to this auto shop after searching for car mechanics.When we got there we were seen right away and after explaining to the mechanic what happened he took a look at our car and found the problem right away and explained us our options. When we decided what to do with the car he got to working on it right away and had us on our way out fast. I m not a local not even a state resident but I highly recommend this place to everyone looking to have their car serviced. Definitely thankful for this place!

I had the pleasure of meeting Matt and his team for an install of new LED lights for my recently purchased truck. Matt quoted me a price... but some things had changed, and Matt was VERY communicative with the upcharges and got the work done in a very timely fashion!Did have to go back for some minor adjustments and a small install of some missing parts. Matt let me bring it in and took 20 mins to fix and adjust!As a business owner myself, I understand how important these reviews are and want to make sure everyone knows how top notch the service and overall experience was with these guys! Matt and Chris did a great job fixing bunch of missed repair items overlooked by other mechanics. Starting with engine mounts cracked, broken CV axle, and a leaking fuel pump resulting.Love their honesty and thoroughness even when overflow of client cars shows their success.

This place was amazing I chose this place because of positive reviews and shopping a better deal compared to the cost the dealership wanted bottom line this place exceeded my expectations on the price the professionalism from the team and how fast they got everything done for me .i had engine and transmission mounts etc changed out .thank you again to the team this place of business deserves five stars

These guys are the best if you have a BMW. Lee provided his cell, so he's basically my on call car doctor. These guys deserve your business and offer the right mix of good price, amazing value, and top notch service. Don't go to the dealership or a generic euro service shop. Get the best.

Great service, good communication. They worked on my car over night and took care to keep it inside since I had to have my roof carrier on it. Everyone I spoke to was kind and respectfully. Good spot.

This place is the best! They go above and beyond what most car dealerships do! Jenifer is super sweet and even stayed an hour after hours just to help me get the car I wanted! They truly care for their customers would 100% recommend going here.

This is the worst place ever to take your car they had my car longer than I have since I bought it they never fixed one problem they are rude and very unprofessional they drive your car to there personal homes without telling you please don't take your car here I'm actually in the process of suing them just started the process
