I'm really getting tired of these low-life people in Vegas that rip you off and turn around and threaten you. Yes, this guy THREATENED me when I asked what kind of oil he put into my BMW. He told me he was going to call "his friends" to handle my complaint. He put the wrong oil in, and not only that, but I woke up the next day with a shredded serpentine belt. He avoided all responsibility. So not only did I have to pay another 140 PLUS the cost of a new belt, but I now have to get the CORRECT oil, which means another oil change. When will the authorities start cracking down on these cheap places? Cutting corners and lying about it...LA might have some strange rules and laws, but on the other side, they have the bureau of automotive repair, which will investigate this type of thing. There is ZERO excuse for what they did, but even with giving them the benefit of the doubt, they still did a simple oil change wrong. The tech manually altered the reset for my car, which means it was not a simple mistake. This place needs to be investigated and most likely closed. No consumer should have to deal with the garbage these fools cause.AVOID. Don't say I didn't warn you.Just look at the reviews. There is one family they ripped off a year ago. They push the blame. ALL of the other reviews are from anonymous accounts with 2 or 3 reviews. They are fake. This place is a rip-off, and they are even trying to manipulate reviews. DON'T trust them. Zero accountability and zero honesty. AVOID! I am hoping the next person doesn't have to deal with this manipulation and headache. Put this place out of business.Just read the response from the owner. So many lies and problems I see that an owner shouldn't be doing but I'm not going to reprimand him too much. Just wanted to say that I came here looking for a reliable place to service my car, not having to shell out more money and more time in the shop the day after I trusted them to service it. How the owner doesn't see that a problem is all you need to know about this place. Oh and just FYI, I have plenty of places I can relocate to, do you? You come threatening me like that and you won't know where it's coming from. Try it.

Flawless! Professional! Friendly! Fast! Efficient! I cannot express how much we loved our experience with Paladin and Sean! The team was so quick to respond, so fast, they had my car finished within DAYS of dropping it off. Their security is high end, these guys know high end and we HIGHLY recommend them for your expensive vehicles! Price was competitive and Sean was sure to walk us through and helped us understand the issues so we could rectify and get back on the road! Thank you!!!!! You won't regret working with these guys! I work at a car dealership and all I can say is that Paladin Automotive is top notch. I've seen his garage entirely full including his parking spots one day and completely empty the next! Their customer service is equally matched. They always answer the phone and hardly ever have to put me on hold. Take your car here, you can trust the job will get done correctly.

Giving 5 Stars but I have never used this mechanic. Just commenting for anyone reading that they do no work on domestic vehicles, it is strictly foreign cars. Typically it is in the name of the business, "ABC Import Auto" or "Paladin Foreign Automotive Repair". But anyways dude seemed professional, in sure they do a great job....I'm just letting anyone who is just googling to find a mechanic that they are strictly foreign.

A mechanic from Paladin inspected the brakes for a car that we were purchasing for my 16 year old son and said the brakes were at 60%. Found out after the purchase that they were in critical shape. Blanca at LV Auto Sales (next door - Paladin does all of the work for them) said the mechanic lied. DO NOT trust this shop to be honest. Do not trust the car sales team at LV AUTO SALES to be thorough or honest. When confronted, they put Paladin under the bus.

The mechanic LIED about the condition of the brakes on the car I was about to purchase. He told me that they were at 60% when they were in critical condition. I had to replace them immediately. Their "inspection" of the vehicle also conveniently excluded over $1000 worth of repairs.Do not trust this business with your vehicle.Their blatant dishonesty put my son and other drivers at risk.

Amazing service and I was able to get my car in very fast. I have always been skeptical of mechanics but I took my Audi here for some routine maintenance. The dealership was going to charge me $500 to replace my front light and I was shocked when I paid less than $100 here! I have taken my car back since then and every time its given amazing service as well as great customer service! I am very comfortable and trust these guys, I will never take my car anywhere else! thank you!!

Chris and Shawn have been taking care of my husband's and my cars for almost a decade. They treat us like family--most recently, Shawn took a tire rim off of his personal car while waiting for a part to arrive. This is so I could have use of my car during the wait. This level of care and service is unheard of these days, and we are grateful! Thanks, Paladin!

I found Paladin on Google when I was looking for an Audi repair shop. I was hesitant at first but I had to try something other than the dealership. They diagnosed my car and gave me an estimate. They worked on it and accurately fixed the problem as what they said on the estimate unfortunately they received a defective part but immediately cover it and replaced it. They are straight forward, what they tell you is what you get. They will work with you long as they need to resolve your car problem. I just found a reputable shop that I can trust to service and fix my car. Thank you Chris.EdLas Vegas

The team are amazing! Chris and Shawn fixed my 2011 Nissan 370z after my clutch went out. I had a ton of issues with my clutch and transmission from a previous hack repair job that I was unaware of. Chris and Shawn showed me everything wrong and fixed my car! They saved my car!!! My Car feels like new and no more issues with my clutch. These are my guys from now on. We own two old British cars that need occasional love and care. Paladin Automotive Center is the best import repair and maintenance outfit in Las Vegas; honest, highly competent, well-priced, a shop which provides unfailing value. Chris owns and runs the joint. He has integrity and brains to spare, together with a wonderful personality. We like the guy so well that only his particular brand of intervention will do--he is a master at diagnosing Rolls Royce, Bentley, Jaguar, Mercedes and BMW motorcars. Of course, Chris and his excellent team work on imports of every kind, but it is very hard to find someone who clearly understands hand-built machinery. In fact, it is becoming nearly impossible to sensibly repair some of the more unusual rolling bricks...; dealerships in many cases are loath to mess about with stuff they cannot simply hook up to a diagnostic computer. Best of all, Chris steadfastly refuses to do work he deems unnecessary. Only what absolutely needs repairing is ever addressed, which is lovely from a client's perspective. Chris places the shop's emphasis squarely where it belongs: thoughtful customer service and professional expertise are top priorities at Paladin Automotive Center--most highly recommended!

My experience here has been great! Before purchasing my g35 a few months ago I had been looking around for potential shops in the city and I'm so happy I went to Paladin. It seems hard to trust places now a days, but Paladin earned mine. I went in because of a smoke issue coming from my hood on the driver's side and it turned out to be an oil leak coming from warped valve covers. Keeping my budget in mind, Eric offered an alternative that fixed the issue. I had valve cover gaskets replaced, valve covers sanded down, spark plugs changed, a throttle body service done and a steam cleaning of the engine. It has been a month since I went and my car is running great with no problems. I'd also like to add that when I picked up the car they gave me an inspection sheet noting the condition of many things, which is super helpful considering I just got this vehicle. Big thanks to Eric and Cathy, I'll going in for further maintenance when I'm able to in the future.

Paladin is the best place to get your car repairs done if you own a European car. Chris and Shawn are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been going to them since I moved back to Vegas in 2019. Drove from LA to Vegas my car was serviced days prior and given the green light SERVICED COMPLETE with 2 new tires and alignment at the dealer but soon as we got off the freeway in Vegas, thank God it would not accelerate at all, imagine being stuck in triple degree weather with no air oh my God but we kept our cool and most definitely our Faith all would be wellTowed my Mercedes 2014 CLA 250 to Paladin on Mon July 5 and they fix my fuel pump within three hours and the price was amazing. I want to take my car back and get all the other things done !!! your car will be in Great Hands at this location in Las Vegas

Love the great customer service Shawn gave to us. It s really hard to find a auto mechanic shop that s not going to try to get all our money. He told us what he was doing to the car, called everyday and the car was finished earlier than we expected, the mechanic took my husband to the back and showed him what he did to our Mercedes. These guys have the expertise to work on special cars. They work on my Ferrari, Maserati and Jaguar XF-R and have demonstrated an ability to really understand how to diagnose problems and how to repair them quickly. They are not cheap but basically fairly priced for working on these type of vehicles... You will save 30 to 40% by bringing your special car here instead of taking it to the dealer.If you own an import specialty vehicle of this type that is out of warranty, Paladin is the best place in the entire Vegas area to go for service.Not much of a waiting area ... plan on dropping your car off not the kind of place you can wait for your vehicle. Although they can do quick oil changes if you set it up in advance.

I needed to get my whole gear shift control changed on my Mercedes AMG. My dad recommended I visit Paladin to get this issue fixed. Overall, Chris and his shop were terrific in taking care of this for me and even better and quicker service than visiting the Mercedes service center. Definitely will be returning!

This place is what you really are looking on a workshop. Reliable, honest, good price and fast. They have done a quite long work on my car (timing belt change) super fast and for a competitive price. Also very honest: I had an error with a sensor and I was thinking about replacing it but they check and fix it so saved me extra money. Very happy. Whenever I will have an issue with a car, I'll go there!

I had been looking for a mechanic shop that had experience working on Infiniti G35s. Paladin actually had (3) G35s that they were working on when I arrived there. Eric and the staff diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed the issue. Pricing was very reasonable and they performed a free 27 point inspection on my car. It was much better than taking my car to the dealership and I will certainly use them again for future maintenance and repairs!

Chris at Paladin is a wonderful mechanic and person. I had my Mercedes C250 brought in after going into limp mode and he was able to diagnose the problem and offer a fair price for services. I will not hesitate to bring my car to him in the future. Thank you again!

My car broke down across the street from Paladin auto repair 2 weeks ago. Being a female driver i couldn'd move d car of the busy intersection. Chris noticed from the shop that I needed help and pushed my car into a safe spot. Not only they helped me move d car but they allowed me to sit in the customer waiting area until my husband arrived. After telling my husband the story. My husband I decided to have d repairs done at Paladin. Amazing $$$ repair and very knowledgeable techs. People if u are looking for a auto repair shop that you can trust. Paladin automotive is d place to visit. Ty Chris n team...

Amazing service I came in from another state and my car broke down. Chris came me his personal car for me to be able to get around in Las Vegas until my car was ready. Who those this now says. I would do 10 stars if available! My vacation was just as normal. People if you own a European car and need repairs or service done. Went there to get an estimate for transmission service on my mercedes cls 500. I found there prices to be extremely high, they talk to you like your below them and there doing you a favor for allowing you to come to their shop. And gauging on their responses to reviews that arent good, its never there fsult. They either dont know what your talking about or its your fault. I wish i would of avoided this frustration all together.

Chris and Mike always take care of me. Whenever I'm having issues with my car and they gotta keep it for awhile, they're always willing to give me a ride home or pick me up. But I think that's because I live close. Haha. I had an issue with my BMW 650i that the warranty company wouldn't fix but Chris kept on pressing them and finally they covered it. Saved me $5,000. I can't thank them enough.

Incredible reliable service. The mechanic told me what was wrong with my Mercedes, when no one else could, and how I could repair it at a later date for a cheaper price. It s hard to find honest people in this industry but I m glad I found Paladin.
