The guys here are always friendly! Well, most of the time. Sometimes the older gentlemen is a little tired, and tells us to just go to a mechanic instead. Other than that everyone is always very willing to help!

They need more workers to handle the customers. Truly, the young man who assisted me made by visit and purchase very pleasant. I was able to get windshield wipers with a warranty and military discount. I will drive extra to go back to this location for service.

Staff very friendly, and knowledgeable, I told them what I thought was wrong with my car, guy grabbed his test set, and went to the car. He ran a series of tests, and I had guessed wrong. Said all I needed was to charge the battery. (I had left the overhead light on for 2 days. ) Impressed with their honesty ...

The clerk really helped me. Very informative, did a free diagnostic code for me and even put a new air filter in . All while in the parking lot. I will definitely go back.

I bought unlimited warranty brake pads for my 2013 Chevy Malibu. When I went to get oil and filter for oil change I was advised by the clerk that yes I could get brake pads under the warranty. When I went to the store on Owens/Nellis the following week, the clerk was rude and condescending to me. He stated these brake pads were for a SAAB which I have never owned! I brought my mechanic back to the store with me, and they still were unyielding! I don't recommend O'Reilly for your auto care being a female!!!

Very helpful employees. They do have certain protocols to follow but he took the time to let me find a utube video to show me what parts or what could possibly be needed for replacing.

They had some trouble locating the part I order, had to make a second trip. The staff was more than apologetic and very accommodating they did an excellent job securing future business with me. I recommend.

So I ordered my car part on A Friday at which time I was told it would take 2 to 3 days to come not including the weekend of course. Part showed delivered in computer but they couldn t find it in store 3 days straight TUES WEDS & THURS I came & was told the same thing....STILL CANT FIND THE PART.... I went to AUTOZONE got it in two days, no issues.

Brought in a dead battery still covered under warranty after they were done charging/testing I was told battery is good by Alejandro I keep telling another employee that it's dead so it was tested again made me wait for the second time... finally a young employee did it right and replace it after 2 hrs my last time to go that store

Well, I found their choices of vintage motor oil to be quite delectable as compared to many other retailers such as the dreary Walmart, or even that other unnamed auto parts store that I shall not even into because it isn't no way Zone. However, having said that I also found that then store was neat, tidy, and had a delectable assortment of so many parts for both cars, trucks and other vehicles. When I saw some old Riley over the banner, I immediately thought of an Irish Pub but I was mistaken. For it was not an Irish Pub, but instead it was an Irish store a parts and many other variables for vehicles it was astonishing to say the least exclamation

This place has an rasist Hispanic man working there. He didn t know I spoke Spanish so he thought could discriminate and not get confronted about it, the worst part was that the supposed to be manager acted like he didn t heard anything witch makes him an accomplice. I happened to be across the street getting lunch when I saw O'Reilly's. I needed new windshield wipers and thought I would just save some time to purchase a set. Not only did they have the correct size, they replaced the old blades within five minutes. One less thing to worry about.

The absolute worst experience ive ever had at an o'reilly store. The employees are ignorant about auto parts. The people who work in those places should at least know there is NO "CHEVY-MONTERO SPORT" especially when i clearly said MITSUBISHI MONTERO SPORT...Its really not the job 4either1 of them... They dont know I actually had2 leave & make my purchase elswhere because i just couldnt take it any more... I WONT GO BACK IF EITHER1 OF THEM ARE THERE...

This particular O'Reillys has employees that are not knowledgeable in automotive parts. They always tell me they do not sell the part I am looking for. I have to be the one going to there website and showing them the part number. If this is their job I believe they should be trained or study. Most of them are from the late 1960s. The automotive technology is constantly changing. Also no one knows how to turn rotors. I am always told to go to a different location. I'm very disappointed in this location. Now I understand why they are never busy like there competitor Autozone.
