Tried selling me a "Kit" I did not need all of.. I want only the single items I need..Not too difficult and can be ordered, but for an inflated price..I will go there again! It seems fair enough though, and better than some other parts stores..

I had a headlight out. I went in to buy a new one. In less than 10 minutes, Tee got me a new one and installed it for me! Great worker, and great service!! Thank you

I found out I can turn in my rv batteries for store credit. Awesome! Plus they offer military/veteran discounts! Chris was very helpful. I would come back to this location anytime. And I used the battery credit to get a new Sunshade

Walked in because I needed a 14 mm wrench to tighten the mirror on my bike, nothing complicated at all so he show me a 9/16ths. I reiterated that I need a 14mm, not a 9/16ths. They are close but not the same size. So he goes on some kind of ego trip telling me I need to leave my backpack at the front of the store. And walks off back to the counter instead of doing his job and maybe suggesting a cheap wrench set or an alternative. said "absolutely not, I work for my stuff and you didnt seem have a problem with it until I corrected you" he shuts up and walks back to the counter and just stares at me. I spotted this sweet little multi size wrench For 20 bucks. I had already decided out of principle I was not going to spend my money there, and would have rode 5 miles out of my my way and paid more for the same wrench elsewhere if I couldSo I pulled out Google lens and scanned it to see if maybe Autozone or somebody else that wasn't going assume was trying to steal from them because I had a backpack on. It wasn't because I had a backpack. It's because he was hating on me. I parked my brand new $3500 E-bike in the store that I just bought the day before cuz there isn't anywhere to lock it up out-side, my Oakleys are probably more than what he makes in a week. Dude wants to be a security guard so bad cuz security guards just stand around doing jack nothin. But treating the only customer in your store like a that is bad for buisness. They must get scolded a lot for variances in their inventory. I'd lean more towards that they fudge the paperwork when receiving or just don't know how to count when doing inventory over them having a theft problem. Congratulations Orielley, Google lense said you guys were the only carrier of this nifty little wrech I had to have. I'll choose CHECKER or Autozone before I ever walk into another Orielley.

Our vehicle broke down and didn t know what we needed. We went to OReilly s and showed a picture of the part we needed to Lee and he was able to get a replacement for us after giving him our vehicle info. We switched it out and had our car home in a jiffy. Way to go Lee and Team!!

I love next to this store so it's convenient. Even though I know more than the employees, I'm always happy with the service. The new manager is on the ball in making this store run smoothly.

I really enjoyed my experience there even though they didn't have what I needed they called another store to see if they had it and that was amazing! It's very rare that a store will take the time out to find what you need wherever and however they had to do it. That young lady was amazing I forgot her name but it was a great experience nevertheless!

No professionalism here at this store, I went this morning to buy a cabin filter for my Jetta tdi the sales rep told me that they didn't have the part but he suggested that other store have it and he can order it, I said ok if you can bring it here later in the afternoon at 3pm I will be here and we agreed, I paid knowing the the cabin filter in will be in later that day, to my dismay when I returned the item was not there and they made me feel that their logistic problem did not affect me at all, I said I step out of work because of this, I demanded a refund which they did but I will never go back to this store and would not recommend either. I look at their uniforms saying professionals but its not true, what a shame.

Never used to like O'Reilly's but recently something has changed they're able to get parts more quickly than then the other auto parts stores in my areaso I've started using them on a regular basis

I was bending over to grab something and heard what I now believe was a catcall, followed by a muffled "nice glutes". I've been working out so not offended but only guys in the place at the time so I want thank whoever but let it be known I do it for the ladies but I do appreciate the feedback

I went in I needed a fuel rail sensor for my car. Gentleman came outside just to confirm. It's okay I'll take one. He goes back in he says okay have one in stock goes back and it brings me out a fuel filter. They don't have fuel rail sensors but the guy tried to sell me something that I didn't need. Very disappointing.

Went to check on my check engine light, the guy/rep was polite and offered to help. So he proceeded the analysis and keept asking me about why he can't get the readings i said you are the expert and you have the scanner device in your hand.So after trials he failed to get the readings and told me that the connection from my car is lose...?%@$So i left and down to AutoZone on Nellis, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable so they provide me with the device and showed me how to use it, i went to my car and tried it worked and got the readings and the print out same minute.I don't not know how these people has jobs, and zero customer experience. What a waste of time at O'Reilly Auto Parts.

Stop by to get help on a air-filter.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!!LATIN FEMALE LOOKING kinda lil heavy,try to give me a DAMAGE AIR FILTER! Box all beat up with clear tape around,hole on box she look me in the eye and said its good she check it in the back,till i ask her to pull it out,all f'-up,also too lazy to walk over and show me the spray that goes with it...she keep pointing her finger from the cashier to the shelf and theres all kind of shelf with different brand different spray on shelf
