Last year I bought a 5 quart of store brand Full Synthetic Oil because my Hyundai burns up oil so I have to top it off between oil changes. I had a break from work so I popped over there real quick as I was overdue. In the parking lot I went to add the oil into my vehicle. I broke the factory seal on the container and started pouring it into my vehicle. It was not oil, but a white milky liquid. I took it back into the store since I had just been in and hadn't left the parking lot and showed it to the guys working. They agreed it obviously wasn't oil but nobody knew what it was. I told them I had already dumped about a quart into my car. They had to call I'm assuming their boss. In the end they basically gave me a new quart of oil and a new filter and made me change my own oil in the parking lot. Changing my oil wasn't a big deal, but what if I didn't know how to? The guys working there were nice enough about it but their boss told them strictly that they weren't to do anything else. I started out as a Schuck's guy, and when O'Reilly's bought them out I switched over to them. Ever since this event I no longer will return to O'Reilly's.

I won't go anywhere else. Parts are better than the competition. Almost 98% accuracy on the right parts. Customer service is amazing!

HUGE THANKS ANDREW!! I'm not normally such a girl, but my '18 Camry just rolled 100k & the battery was lagging a bit. I'm scheduled for maint next week but being proactive figured I'd have my battery checked at this location. Totally embarrassed to see this!! Great customer service and help cleaning this monster while replacement of the battery is worth a big THANK YOU to Asst Manager Andrew!! He went above & beyond as well as the new addition to the crew (forgive me for not noting her name) who helped me test the battery initially. I'm very happy!!

Needed a new battery. Decent price. A bit of an issue during the install. The replacement battery was defective. Installers corrected issue with another battery.

I came to this O'Reilly when my car kept dying a few days ago. Jason was very helpful.. he checked my starter and battery and helped me find the right battery for my car.. he even changed my battery out for me! Blake was also very helpful making sure I was getting the best deal in town on my battery at O'Reilly's. The customer service was outstanding.. they didn't have to be so helpful but did so genuinely! This review is the least I can do for their kindness and great customer service!

Unlike other parts stores, these guys either know what part you need, or they figure it out. I usually know what I m looking before I go to the store so I don t get led astray, as I have many times before. But at this location that s never been an issue and the staff is always professional and courteous. If you re confused about the info you received from a different store, this is the place that ll help get it all sorted out. Or they will get you headed w the right direction to. I will definitely be back.

I was parked at O Riley minding my business. My car was not off it was still running. I was just waiting for my sister to come out. When this older lady comes out starts yelling at me telling me I can t park here it s private property. She starts calling me out my name threatened to call the police. She started to bang on my car window. Then she went inside to get some guy named Blake who refused to give me her name so I can report her. Blake did not kick me off property he actually said I have every right to park where I was. Since I can t get her name to report her this is the women that was harassing me.

Oreilly has been super helpful with my Chevy. I had a check engine warning and they helped get me the code. Also recommended Wrench It which has been the best auto repair place. Been going there 2 years now. Yesterday, O'Reilly sold me a battery and found me a place that would install it right then for me. Awesome service.

Needed a new battery. The entire experience was pleasant. The young man who replaced my battery was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I highly recommend O'Reilly for a new battery.

Out of all the parts retailers in Las Vegas I prefer O'Reilly's. The parts are better quality, their inventory is better stocked, and their employees more knowledgeable.

Bought wiper blades, the self serve computer kiosk gave me wrong info. Went in next day and Rick swapped out the passenger side wiper as it was too short. Very good service, convenient location and easy parking. Definitely recommend this store. Plus you get a Veteran's Discount.

Literally love this location.. The assistant manager, Andrew, is wonderful. He answers all of my questions no matter how redundant and he always helps me carry my items out. He is one of the reasons that I come back to this location!!

It's Labor Day weekend and my Jeep quit running. Finally got it started so of course my first stop was O'Reilly's. I love the people there. They ran diagnostics, found what was the issue. We fixed it right there with their help. Friendly from start to finish!!

Oh Oh Oh O'Reillys! This is my home store for auto stuff. Free special tool rentals, auto parts, and car care, they have it. I really appreciate the staff also, there is always enough on shift and they are good about safety in the pandemic for the most part. They are also patient when you don't ha e all your info and work with you.

Rocky exemplified excellent customer service along with his Co worker. They assisted and tested my battery come to find out it was my alternator.Thank you sharing aloha with me and that's why I go only to O'Reilly's. Every store I go they are always willing to help.

Needed a rotar smoothed out and they did a great job. It was so warped they actually had to do it twice, but I'm glad they took the time and effort to make sure it was done right before calling me to let me know it was all done. Very cool professional guys in there and I appreciate it.
