Marisela was amazing! True definition of excellent customer service. I came in today to purchase oil for my vehicle. I was unsure on how much oil I should put in. I like how she voluntarily came outside to assist me. I can tell how genuine she was. Thank you! If I'm ever in need, I will definitely return to this location.

Great place for your car needs and the service is spectacular. Collin was excellent with checking out the car's battery, finding out it was bad and not something else. He was then very friendly with the sale of the new battery and very professional and clean with the installation. Definitely hit this place if your in the area and need something.

My car has a battery with two years warranty but after 8 months wont charge , they do not honor the warranty because Im not the original purchaser ( it came in my vehicle) .It seems to me they do not warranty their batteries they warranty the transaction. So keep your records .And may be it is better get your batteries at walmart.

Thomas was absolutely amazing. Very helpful, great customer service skills, and prior phone call answers were great decision makers. This store continually has most parts for almost any make or model. The store is well stocked and always clean. I would recommend this location for anyone needing parts and accessories. Just ask for Thomas!

I went into this store yesterday night to purchase a headlight bulb for my vehicle.. so far so good and I purchased the bulb. The bald guy at the counter who was helping me during our interaction kept staring at me up and down.. and as I was walking out of the store I noticed in the reflection of the window he was staring at my back side, plain as day. Definitely not a comfortable environment as a woman being by herself late at night.. Luckily there were other customers in the store.. I probably will not come back to this location as I felt extremely disrespected and vulnerable.

As a 14-year-old it s hard to go places where I m not treated well, and when I walked in the front, Travis was there and immediately greeted me and helped me with every item I needed Answered all my questions and helped me from then on!!!

Went for windshield wipers because, it had been about 4 years since I replaced them, and they were falling apart. They had a special on BOGO for Bosch. I bought those and I'm very confident I will have useful windshield wipers for the next 5 years.

Marty and Calvin are amazing! I came in today to see about a coolant overflow hose and to get some coolant. Marty also put the hose on for me! that meant so much to me and it shows that you guys truly care about your customers. Calvin is also so kind and professional, please acknowledge them for this! I am a supervisor in customer care so I I am aware of what great customer experience should be and these two gentlemen exceeded my expectations! Marty, thank you for being a true gentleman and helping a nice young lady without me even asking, you are so selfless and deserve the world. If you're a woman, you know how it can be going into an auto store or shop, today's experience wasn't like that at all! Kenneth mentioned that he was a teacher yrs ago and it shows. He talked me through the process of what he was looking for, helped me find the issue, and wasn't trying to sell me unnecessary items nor upcharge me. Another shop tested my battery and told me how "bad" it was but Kenneth tested the same battery and told me it was fine. I appreciate his help, his knowledge, and his kindness.

I visited here to replace my fusion headlight bulb. I replaced both sides with H11 LED at the cost of 100 bucks. Friendly Ford service requested me 240 dollars! This shop is awesome!!!

i called this store and spoke to I think it was Steven and explained I needed synthetic blend 5w30 motor oil. When I mentioned their price was a bit high over another store's price, he said he would match the lower price if I brought a pic on my camera of the price the other store had online.. I did, and he saved me a few dollars by price matching.

I have been coming to this store for the past 9 years. My battery is bad and is under warranty but yet the last one I bought is not in the system, my windshield wipers I just bought 2 months ago are also not in the system. So since my battery was not oin the system I had to pay for a new battery that was under warranty.. time to go somewhere else...

It is nice to go into a store and be greeted and made to feel welcome. I was helped right away by Kenneth who answered my questions and made casual conversation. He understands that O'Reilly customers are not always going to be mechanics or very car knowledgeable. I appreciate his friendliness and helpful attitude. Definitely making this store my "go to" store.

Good price on the battery I needed for my car and they installed it. I purchased the warranty. Can't complain; would recommend. Do price shop between AutoZone and O'Reilly's. Even price shop between the different locations. You'll be covered. Will go back to this location.

I have a couple choices of auto-parts store in this area, but this is my place. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. One time I had a question about indicators on my dash board and the guy came out with a diagnostic tool to explain them and talk about options and how it might impact a smog test. Just helpful information and friendly advice.

I have a commercial account with oreillys and have always had a great experience with them. Other than the ince in a while wrong part thats handed out, they have always been great in my opinion.

They had all items in stock except one, an air intake sensor. They did find it at another store and had it within 2 hours for me. The manager matched a competitor's price for me too. I've been to this location a few times and the employees are happy and helpful. They have good customer service.Update, multiple visits and great customer service each and every time.

Excellent customer service by Kenneth! I went to purchase new windshield wipers, and not only did he show me the best deal for me, but he even changed them after purchasing. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable! I will most definitely go back and purchase things from him!

I worked with the Assistant Manager, Brad, as I was replacing windshield wipers on my car. He was kind enough to confirm the dimensions I had found when looking up my model. After that he joined me at my car to help install them.Unfortunately, both his system and my findings were wrong on the type of connection my wipers used. Fortunately he knew what kind of connection they needed by sight. He gathered the wipers and boxes, took me back inside, exchanged them for the proper ones, and then helped me install the proper wipers on my car.My entire time from in the door to on the road was about 10 minutes everything included. He was extraordinarily friendly the whole time. I had a great experience and will definitely be back for any other parts and accessory needs.Strongly recommend.

We exchanged a battery with its valid warranty with no question asked. That was awesome but the attendant didn't offer help to take it to the car. He just let my wife carried it. I was unable to do it as I was injured. He saw that I couldn't and he didn't care.

Awesome service here! The guy that helped was was awesome! I think his name was Dwayne. I went in for an AC tune up for my car in the Las Vegas heat and he helped me find what I needed and made sure I knew exactly what to do! So great!
