They couldn't stand up to their hot deal, and charged about $10 more than advertised. Mr. 'John" was not helpful correcting. You could see the hot deal advertisement outside.

Of all the o'reillys I've been to, this is the worst of all. terrible customer service. the assistant manager "nessa" is terrible. slow, no desire to help.

I had an excellent experience at O'reilly auto parts. This morning after going to a nearby auto parts store and having horrible customer service and charging me more than twice as much for the part. I went over to O'reilly. Not only was the part much cheaper, but the customer service was excellent. Alberto and Christopher went above and beyond in their customer service when it came to answering my questions and finding everything I needed. Thank you O'reilly auto parts for providing excellent employees and quality products at great prices. I'm looking forward to working with you guys in the future.

Tried to go in there a couple times but they are always locked up earlyJust tried to go in a few minutes ago to get steering fluid and same thing. Now I have a problem. So thanks.

One of the best customer service I have received in an auto parts store. Shout out to Frank for taking care of my family and I while we were stuck with a dead battery in 120* heat with no AC. Thank you Frank I won t forget.

DO NOT GO HERE. They can no longer get receipts or transactions from your card info only if you give them the rewards number and they use it. I bought their brand oil which all leak and they like to swap them with Castrol green bottles which look the same. Well next day I come in to return their leaky sneaky branded oil and they don't have the transaction linked to my number when I did use it the day before. Shop online or use other parts stores near you, advanced auto or autozone around the corner. Because when its not cheaper it's definitely not worth the hassle and inferior products/services. The newer management that swapped sometime mid to late 2022 SUCKS!

Really good experience there today. Had a battery go bad. Defective manufacture. Covered by warranty, easy and fast to exchange for a new one. No problem, no hassle returns.

Poor customer service, Rick looks like he doesn t like his job and has an attitude. Told us he doesn t have breaks pads and send us to another store... far away. When we went to another O Reilly close by, they had plenty break pads. Also, that other store told us Rick should have break pads stored in his store according to inventory. We have many friends with Jeeps that use this store. I am thinking not to go there anymore because this was not the first time Rick gave us an attitude and poor customer service. Shame on you.

08/09/2022They need some responsible personnel at this location. Closing time is at 10pm. I came at 9:54pm and it was closed. They even saw me arriving and they hid behind the counters.

After getting the run around from several other parts stores I finally called O'Reilly and they were the only auto part store in Las Vegas that had the part I needed in stock and available to pick up today. Thanks O'Reilly you saved the day!

Yeah I know everybody always running did auto parts store when it's getting ready to rain cuz y'all know we don't keep my windshield wiper blades on our car in good condition so I had to run up here give me some blades I'm one of them very cool story help you right when you walk in the door make sure you're in and out

My car battery was dying and completely died in the WalMart parking lot there. I already knew I needed a new battery so that wasn't a problem, just getting it switched out with the old one. The "service" by Alfredo was not service at all. He seemed disinterested and bothered. He said nobody can change it out for me since there were 2 people working. He tried to send me to another location further away (which only had 2 people also). He pretty much just walked away and left me and my Dad just standing there. Considering the current situation in the world, a little kindness goes a long way ...and if Alfredo hates his job so much, I know there's a lot of people out there who would love to just have a job!P.S. - I made to the other location on Sahara and Pecos and they helped me with only 2 people working!

O'Reilly Auto Parts they always seem to do their best to find the exact part that I need and if they don't have it they will get it for you within hours O'Reilly Auto Parts that's the place I go the one and only store for my Corvette

Omg Juan R is awesome I had a problem with my lights and he was above and beyond for me you are awesome and caring and very friendly thank you again the mechanic I took it to wanted to charge me $700 and Juan was able to get it done for 20 dollars you want someone who not there to just work he is there to help people thanks again Juan!!!!!!

Hate oreillys. Mess up every order if I do order from them. They always prove to me when I ever do make an order from them why exactly I stay away from them. Never have a good experience with them and really don't know why they're still open or can compete with anyone.

I went to two different stores looking for one rare part and they both took the time that's two salesmen took the time to thoroughly look for me they were glad to do it that's customer service right there fact that's where I want to do my business
