My friend and myself were looking to find a tool to cut a lock off of a trailer hitch on my truck. I live out of state and didn't have the key. I needed to change the ball hitch to another size. The store manager Gerald, went out of his way, first trying his own kiey and then a store key from a lock and key set. It worked! I bought the new lock. He never made us feel like we were a burden and always treated us with kindness. determination and professionalism, saved us what we thought would be an absolute hassle and a lot of time. He is absolutely wonderful and would be my go to guy if I lived in the area. Thanks, Gerald!! Can't express how grateful we were to you.

Went there to get my rotors turned. They did a great job. Very friendly. Had them cut in no time and called me right away. Definitely recommend

This store had a bit of a line the day that I stopped in because there was only one employee working the counter. He was able to find the number of the part that I needed, but unfortunately it wasn't in stock. The part could have been delivered to the store in about 2 hours if I wanted to return, but I chose to drive to a location that had what I needed in stock.

The assistant manager helped me out and was fantastic! He was honest and didn t try to push me into getting more expensive wipers. He even installed them for me.

Today I walk into the store looking for some fuel injection cleaner. I like to acknowledge Carly and Dylan for their excellent customer service both had demonstrated their knowledge on what I was looking for and had assured me that this is what I needed for my car. Outstanding performance from these two employees kudos to both of them see you guy's soon and thank you again for your help

Went there to get windshield wipers and shocks for my back hatch door. They didn't have any shocks so they ordered them and had them the next morning. That's why they had that windshield wipers in stock! It was a great Easy shop. Well return again!

I just wanted to give a HUGE thank you to GUY AND DYLAN!!!! they helped out so much tonite and went way outta there way for me and my family. Helped with our camper, litterly broke down in there parking and they came out right away and even though it took awhile they fixed it and we appreciate it so much. God bless them. Completely incompetent staff. They were running around and yelling like they were on a playground. Couldn't get any help to install a battery then found out from my mechanic that they sold me a faulty battery! Absolutely horrible customer service. Rude, loud, cursing at each other. I would not recommend this location.

The staff gave me the wrong parts, and then refused to give me a return on a part that had a lifetime warranty which another store told me to come to their location an honor it. The other store also said they had no idea why the employee wouldn't do the return and was left on hold until he too had to hang up. The employee I was talking with also said how I was starting to "tick her off".

The store employees Guy and Dylan are excellent employees. The problem with this store is their manager Mel. She's stuckup, everything she does is the lazy way. She always has an attitude and refuses to honor the warranties they sell with their products.Even other stores employees know how much of a nasty bitter person Mel is.Mel is trying to sell me a $221 voltage regulator, she is telling me is bad with my car. Only to find out the voltage regulator is inside the alternator I just bought and she refuses to honor the warranty.

Came in about 15 minutes before they closed to get our rotors turned and they did them for me and my father in law and helped us out by showing us some other parts that we may have needed. We will forsure go to O'Reilly Auto Parts first from now on. I literally can not express in words how pleased we are, I recommend this place 100%!

Went in to O'Reilly bc my battery was failing and I didn't want to get stuck with a dead battery, with kids, in the summer, in Vegas. Guys tested my battery but unfortunately couldn't change it bc of a sub arm that was covering my battery. They recommended I go next door to Big O bc they couldn't do it. I appreciate all the help boys

Honest and professional, I came here needing to change battery. I was having a pretty crapy day, until my guy Elijah lifted a huge burden from me. Changed my battery and his attitude actually lifted my spirits. I recommend this store over any auto parts in Vegas.

On our trip home from Oregon, we made it to Beatty and on the morning of 07/29/18 one of the radiator hoses in our Ford F 350 dually (towing a loaded down volkswagen) ... in the heat we prayed and called the closest auto parts stores and to our luck you guys had it in stock so we could repair the hose and have ac again for the rest of our journey home to Tucson .. thank you !!

I have been to this location several times. Great service. Between Advanced Auto and O Reilly I will always look for a O Reilly first. They seem to always have what I need or looking for.

RUDE RUDE RUDE they eat behind the counter while sitting in their phones ignoring the customers. Some don't even wear uniforms! The manager is so disrespectful I don't encourage anyone to go there

Bad service by parts here all the time I think they have a new person working walked in with some oil and right away in a rud way said nope nope tank is full witch is fine It was just the way she said it won t be coming back
