As we were driving our brand new car home from the dealership, a rock flipped up and chipped our windshield! So frustrating. I called around to a few friends and Jim at Novus came highly recommended. We reached out for an appointment and he was there the next morning. Wow! You can t even tell where the chip was, his work is amazing. So glad we found Jim and feel so much better knowing unexpected damage like this can be quickly and efficiently repaired! Highly recommend!!Service: Auto windshield repair

I was in a hurry to get my windshield replaced before going out of town. Russell was incredibly helpful, on time, and responsive! I even forgot a gate opener sticker on the old windshield and he took the time to drop it off later that day. Called Jim yesterday to fix a rock chip in my windshield at my home. He was even a few mins early to the scheduled time. He just finished fixing it and showed it to me. For $40, you cannot beat it. I brought a 2020 Nissan Altima and noticed a crack in it. I went to the dealership and they couldn't fix but gave me the number to safelite. Since my insurance couldn't cover it I had to pay out of pocket. I called the owner Jim and he came out in 30mins and fixed the chip like it never happened. This is my first time ever dealing with something like this and if it does happen, I am most definitely depending on Jim and his team! Jim was my first call after I got a chip in my windshield after a road trip. He came out the next day and had my chip filled in less than 5 minutes. I honestly couldn't even tell where the chip was because he did such a fantastic job filling it!

Charged hundreds less than others and can early. Did a real good job. Would recommend and will call back when I need to.

These guys are all about quality. Forget those big glass companies. Novus is the way to go. They have years of experience and it shows.
