These guys and gals are really friendly and professional. Kim was really attentive and got me through the process. They did an excellent job with the oil change and smog. They got a new customer! Thanks for excellent customer service.

This is my 2nd year back for a Groupon smog check (2019 Toyota Sienna). The price is unbeatable! Kim took care of me. Her service is friendly and quick. She makes it easy and sends the docs to the DMV for you.Also, I had my control arms replaced at Toyota the previous month. Nevada Auto Center said they were loose. The great thing is, they take you into the garage and actually show you, unlike the dealships, which I am not sure I trust as much anymore. Danny and Gabriel explained things to me and said I should go back to Toyota and have them fix it. I like that they didn't try to upsell me.Lastly, since I was under the car, they showed me an engine leak (picture) and explained why it happens and how long I have before it gets worse. ( I wondered why Toyota didn't mention this when I had my car service a month before. )Anyway, I happen to have a warranty which they accept (Ally). Kim submitted the paperwork, it was approved (saved me about $2200), I got a rental car, the engine leak would be fixed in one day and I only paid my $100 deductible.I am wrong if I ever said that I was happy. I am actually superduper happy.Their staff is knowledgeable and they offer a complete and professional service. It was affordable, quick, easy, and accurate.I am not a car person and rely on good people. Kim, Danny, Gabriel and the Nevada Auto Center have earned my trust and I will earnestly recommend them to everyone I know with a car.

I went in over a months ago. Had an alignment done. Had to bring it in to have it redone. And I still have a cockeyed wheel.This is a pic of my steering wheel, obviously to the left, while driving straight.Great people working there. Very nice... just disappointed with service. It's also a 30 min drive for me to get there. That's why I didn't go back again after the 2nd fix.

Great place. They took good care of my car. The lady at the front desk is very friendly and bubbly. The prices are really good especially for oil change. The owner is veteran owned so trustworthy.

This place is a hidden gem! Affordable pricing on smog check and oil change. First come, first serve. Kim s customer service was impeccable. Highly recommend Nevada Auto Center to anyone in need of motor vehicle services. They are able to assist with everything, excluding body work.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. EXTREMELY DISHONEST! I sent my wife in to get a smog check done. They said she needed a new radiator because her's is leaking. GUESS WHAT? It's not leaking and it is full of fluid. Her brake pads have plenty of pad left. After they said her vehicle might not be safe to drive on the road. I WILL BE GOING TO THE BBB TO REPORT THEM.

This auto shop is my go to for oil changes and repairs. I believe they are honest and have decent pricing comparable to other shops in the Vegas area. However, they don t take appointments, so you want to do an early walk-in as it can get pretty busy.

CROOKS!! Went on Groupon for a tune up. Not only did they not change my oil( all oil were completely black) they stole my engine cover! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT take your vehicle to this shop or the other location on Azure Dr!

** WOMEN & VETERANS CHOOSE ELSEWHERE**** PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING**I have been taking my car to be serviced at different places in Las Vegas using methods like Groupon and word of mouth to find ones that offer a safe and friendly environment for women. It s been a struggle all my life to find auto repair shops that are respectful and do not treat women differently when it comes to repairing vehicles. I looked over reviews before choosing this repair shop and saw reviews saying that this shop was highly recommended so I gave it a try. It s a first come first serve situation and during my wait in the office a former customer came in saying that they had brought their car to be serviced at the shop and payed over $1,000 for repairs that did not fix the issue and they needed to take it to the dealership and had the problem addressed for less than what the shop charged. Once my car was being serviced for an oil change I was called back to go over other issues that my car had. I was told that I needed an engine flush when I only came in for an oil change. I told them that there was a leak in the oil pan so until I fixed that I would not be addressing the engine flush and that I would do both at the same time. I was told that I needed to do it now and it did not matter that there was a leak and that if I did not do it the engine would lock up I questioned there reasoning while mentioning that engine flushes on cars with higher mileage can cause other issues and mentioned that I was a diesel mechanic in the military to further state why I was questioning their reasoning because it was different than my understanding. The response was IF you were a diesel mechanic in the military than you would know why this is important and so on about other issues. The irony is that they even had a sticker saying that they were Veteran owned I rebuttled with that I was doing the bare minimum to keep the car running for another 9 months and that I was already looking to buy another car. To this their response was Well why not spend the money to fix this one its about to break down and its not going to last that long unless you do these fixes and we can do them today and we ll even cut you a deal to get them done today . Although these were micro aggressions the patronizing tone that was used and also the fact that my 9 years of service was addressed as if it did not exist was more than enough for me to not recommend this company. I suspect that it was a up-sale gone wrong and that they frequently attempt to fear monger women into buying more and when they were questioned it pissed them off. If they were trying to alert me of the issue they could have been much more professional and considerate in their ways of doing so, the way they did lost my respect. I recommend Don s D.I. Service Auto & Truck Repair. I went there for a wheel alignment not long ago and they were very helpful and kind along with answering my questions and having comparable price if not better than Nevada Auto Center. I hope this helps you all make the right decision for your auto needs.To the company: It s incredibly unfortunate that you would question my service and disregard my questions on the basis of my gender, although I m only presuming that s why and I could be wrong understand that your choice of words and demeanor was incredibly disrespectful at the least. I recently had my vehicle serviced at Nevada Auto Care, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail displayed by their team truly set them apart.From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Martha at the front desk who quickly attended to my needs and efficiently checked me in. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.Jay, the manager, was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the recommended services and repairs thoroughly. I appreciated the transparency, as they didn't try to upsell unnecessary services.The technicians at Nevada Auto Center were evidently skilled and experienced. They addressed the issues with my vehicle promptly and efficiently, and I could tell they cared about doing a thorough job.Beyond the excellent technical work, the customer service was outstanding. It is hard for women to get fair pricing and honest repair answers in life. Jason , Joseph and the entire team are really honest, knowledgeable and professional. No bait and switch or any slick stuff here. I started here with a Groupon oil change months ago. I have had so much work done here and it is always a quality job and nice experience. I will not go anywhere else in the city for mechanic work, inspections, smog etc. Thanks for fixing what the shadetree messed up.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Oil change

Just came in to get my yearly smog done and so far Great customer service. Came in because they had a Groupon deal and Im glad I got to visit. Quick service, clean shop. Large waiting area. Staff are super friendly and also recommended a few things I have totally forgotten about. Will definitely be back again, thanks guys for the speedy service.

Service was quick and detailed. The entire team are warm and welcoming especially Jason. I received an oil change after purchasing a Groupon and it was the best choice I could have made. Definitely worth the drive.

Follow up and second review of this place.I took my jeep into the jeep dealership to repair a recall on my vehicle and they gave me a list of service repairs that seemed astronomical. Those jeep dealerships broke down every part of a k service without making it seem like a k service. Example, brake fluid flush 190 dollars, fuel injector cleaning 190, coolant flush 190, oil change 100 etc..... thankfully I was made aware of the need for a k service and what it entailed during my last visit for an oil change at Nevada auto. Thankfully I was able to save hundreds of dollars on just simply being educated by Jason and Robert. *stop getting screwed by dealership servicing! *Second part of my visit was for over heating issues... this part amazed me. I walked into the office and spoke with Robert about my car over heating. He hailed over a mechanic which simply asked me one question, what kind of car is it? I responded with a jeep. He was able to diagnose it within a min without looking at my vehicle while explaining all the Symptoms my vehicle was showing. Ie. Does it take long for you car to warm up, and when it does it just goes pass middle and start over heating? I said yeah! And he simply just told me it's a common jeep issue and believe it or not after market radiators are better than MOPAR as he had to replace his parts on his jeep and he's been rather impressed with the results. Anyways, after that conversation he brought it into the shop to confirm his suspicions and later brought me over to educate me on the signs and reasons for over hearing. I.e. feel this holes, you notice how it over pressured, hard and kinda looks swollen? Yes that's because there is a blockage in your radiator. Etc.....In conclusion I know it may sound long winded but I've brought 2 cars here now for some major repairs and I'm always leaving extremely satisfied and just a few notches more educated on vehicles. Wow. This place is a hidden gem. I got a few standard things done (oil change, smog check) plus an inspection, and they took care of a backseat issue I had. And it was affordable and quick. And both guys I worked with were super nice. This will be my new mechanic now, for sure.

Asked for a simple cleaning of oil residue under the hood from a oil leak coming from head cover. The Miles Bridges looking guy behind the desk was very unprofessional while trying to be professional. Told him don t worry about other repairs and he said something about is my uncle going to fix it. Haha. Don t really appreciate him making assumptions since I told him all I needed him for was a pressure wash. Anyway, checked under hood and still saw plenty oil, never going here again. 1st experience was much better when I came for oil change. It s more the African American guy working in the front is why I m good on the place even tho they did terrible job just rinsing something.

I wasn't satisfied with the service received today. I brought my car in for an alignment. The car came back with a list of recommendations that my car does not need. Something that stood out was that my car needed fluids because they were "low" but I have already flushed and replaced the fluids they were referring to less than 30 days ago.My alignment receipt was handed to me but not the report. I asked him for the report. He said "we will have to pull the car back in to get a report printed because his tech already cleared the screen and there was no other way to print it". Then he says "I have an appointment that just walked in so i'll text you the report later after this appointment". Why would he not finish working with the current customers issue before starting with someone else? Regardless of appointment, it's not professional. Also, why did he tell me he "needed to pull the car back in to print the report" if he then says he'll "just text me a report"? It's not that big of a deal to print an alignment report with the receipt of service.I'm very disappointed and found this place unprofessional.

Huh. Quoted almost a grand to replace a throttle body when the issue turned out to be worth a small fraction of that price. Glad I got a second opinion and didn't take them up on the offer to pay immediately for next day work!
