I had a dead battery Monday morning and waited for the napa store to open only to get no kinda help from the employees I had a napa battery that I needed to exchange for a good one and dude wouldnt help I even tried to buy a new battery but was 16 dollars short still no kinda help from him so napa is not very nice to the people who buy from them

I used to work at this Napa few years back, great people! But it feels like the newer employee knowledge is failing, I called to ask prices on Mercon LV and was given Mercon V, and the counter person advised that V replaced LV!?!And that is very wrong! V is higher viscosity, and LV is Low Viscosity. That sort of wrong advice can cost someone a transmission!I decided to go elsewhere for the first time in years. Please update your training! I love Napa otherwise.

There was a young man by the name of Eddie who helped me. I went in looking for a Bearing with very little hope since it was for a lawnmower and not a vehicle. I did not have a part number the guy took out a book and started flipping through Pages and found me a exact match for the bearing I needed.

My husband has an account with you guys and he s busy doing jobs that he doesn t have time to wait this long to check if there s a part in stock. This is not the first time. He even hung up and called back and they put him on hold again. I think we re just going to stop our account if it s always going to be like this.

I work for a body shop in North Vegas and order 100s of thousands of dollars worth of parts a month. I tried using napa for some parts but they never answer, they just ask if you will hold and then never come back. I was on hold for over 3 hours today. Safe to say I will not be using Napa for anything. Worst automotive parts store I've ever dealt with.Update: I finally got a hold of someone to order a lock cylinder. They told me that because the part was "expensive" I would have to come and pay before they would order it for me. When I asked how much they said $140. I told them I order thousands of dollars in parts a month and $140 is nothing. He didn't care and refused. Crazy losing a huge potential account for $140.

This business is a detriment to the community it's a multi-million dollars business but yet it keeps our neighborhood looking bad because they refuse to clean up the trash which overflows on the ground instead of in the dumpster Napa seems like it's not concerned with the community but just want to make financial gains on the backs of our community

Awful nice to walk in and stand there for 15 minutes and don't even get acknowledged. 4 employees behind the counter- 2 customers at the counter and one on the phone. Not even a welcome to NAPA, well be woth you shortly, nothing. Literally just ignored your customer. First and last time I will be in your store.

I'm going on two years since I got the part's for My f250 Ford regular standard cab Automatic Radiator & heater core & transmission and I'm getting me another Ford pickup truck 4x4 automatic ( thank you ( NAPA auto parts Runs like a New I'm getting an AC compressor for this Summer thanks again it's a 97 f 250 regular cab thank you NAPA

I'm in a hurry so I called ahead to get my parts set out so as not to waste time. Arrived at the store to find that nobody put parts out and the gentleman trying to find them moved about like a turtle and could not find the parts I'd requested. A few butt connectors smile electrical tape is not hard to find. Extremely poor service on all levels. I will never set foot in this store again. This is not a reflection on all NAPA stores as the one in my small town is extremely efficient.

Service was good but as always this particular location never has what I need in stock!!! I don't know why I keep giving them chances. I will just start driving to the location across town from this point on since I end up doing that 9.5 out of 10 times anyways...

For commercial fleets, this is one of the better parts houses in town. Plenty of guys that know what they are doing. My fuel pump was acting up, so I limped in there and they found me a much higher quality pump. I was back on the road right away.

The staff was very friendly and helped with what I went for. But the location isn't the best. There were a lot of people in the parking lot sitting on the goods of their cars playing loud music. Overall it was good. Right next to the highway.

They need a new clock. This location never open on time, never. Sometimes its 5 mins sometimes its a half hour. Been 10 so far today.

I use to work over at the Valley View location behind the Rio as a driver that was my first job in Las Vegas. Since I've been a bartender now at Flamingo for the last 17 years. But I drove past 2 C my old employees and visit but the store was closed. It's now part of PDQ Printing. Does anybody know what happened to Cheyenne Auto parts? I assumed they sold to someone else because the wharehouse on Polaris is now retail and it wasn't before. My boss and owner was Wes Model and his sister Wendy. I'm just curious brings back alot of good memories. I'm curious to know what happened with my former co workers...

They are a bunch of crooks, they told her that it was bad and which was lie. When we went to return the battery they said that they couldn't return the money because we had already installed the battery. A battery they told us we needed because our battery wasn't any good. Chris and Mindy provide horrible customer service. Regret giving them my business!!!!

Friendly helpful staff. Got two new RV batteries here while traveling from out of state. NAPA back home honors warranty, no brainier.

Napa is the best. Only reason I dropped a star is because this place is located in the absolute worst area of Las Vegas. I get all my parts here though because they have quality items and the guys working there know what they are talking about.

I'll never step foot inside this place again. Too many unknowledgeable employees, with the exception of a couple guys. The woman working in here has no business dealing with any auto parts. Call, we have the parts. Show up, oh no we have to order it... idiots. I expect this ignorance from autozone or oreillys but not napa! Manager needs to open his eyes and get his head out of his ass!

The staff here was not only super helpful but superamazing and nice. I needed a new car battery,mind you i know nothing about cars. They helped me figure out what type of battery I needed, installed it for free and gave me a discount

We are from youth helping hands, we would like to thank Napa Corporation and the Napa store on Civic Center in Cheyenne in Las Vegas Nv. for their generous donations to the youth helping hands to help us take care of people in need and the homeless, thanks to all o! Therm we have been able to buy and give out 21 tents, 20 cases of water, 34 cases of soups , and 57 pairs of socks... Thanks again napa corporation and Nelson and all the guys at Napa store on Civic center and Cheyenne in Las Vegas NV. We appreciate you and thank you for letting our kids work to earn that donation... We hope to keep cleaning up anything you need us to do so we can keep helping them in need...
