The staff's friendly demeanor further enhanced the overall visit. Upon entering, I was greeted by two gentlemen who were not only attentive but also seemed genuinely delighted to assist customers. Their laughter and enjoyment added a pleasant touch to the shopping environment. Throughout my time there, the staff proved to be knowledgeable and helpful, making my search for auto parts much smoother. The positive atmosphere, combined with the store's cleanliness and friendly staff, left me with a favorable impression of Napa Auto Parts in North Las Vegas.

Make sure you call before you head to the store if it says your items is there. They have terrible inventory control. I am just trying to save you some gas.

Do not call as soon as they open because the customer service is HORRIBLE over the phone. The individual acted like I was bothering him by asking if they had a part in stock for my vehicle.

Got what I needed for my 2000 Tahoe 4x4. Quick and easy and at a reasonable price. Coming back cause it's near the casa. 2 thumbs up

Started shopping at this location about a year ago & they're pretty good. They know there stuff & don't act like if we need them & they don't need us. They've offered to have parts brought to their store so we both win. Haven't had to return any parts to them so praise God.

Was a bit frustrated with a return at first but Richard went beyond to make sure i was more than satisfied even upgraded part for me, was really happy with results.

Great service! Sad part is I just learned that this was in our neighborhood for almost 14 months and I didn't know it was there! I am very very happy it is here on Simmons and Ann now.

Easy in and out. Clean and organized store. Very helpful employees. Had every part I needed. Easy to see from road. Handicap PARKING. Dog FRIENDLY!

Service was very good but it is a little bit smaller of a store so not quite as much inventory then I'm used to but other than that I would give it a five-star.

They said yeah I have a battery I'll hold it for you them when you get there they say actually that battery was already on hold for someone else like wow

Just have to say Carmine and Juan are the best. They don t just sell you parts, they help and advise. Totally hands on! Made a possible hard experience and awesome one with their help and knowledge.Thank you!

They sold me the wrong belt for my car then gave me a hard time when I returned it. Took over half an hour after all the ridiculous bickering.

Had to go to the Napa Parts store on Civic Drive because they had the part for a 1979 Datsun 280ZX in stock, Boc was very helpful and professional. I appreciated Napa for even having the part

This is a fairly new store but after checking the prices against AutoZone and Pep Boys this place could give could give either one of them a run for their money.
