Not being from here and have traveled 6 hours to get this service done. I have never encountered such bad customer service as I have here. The lady at the front is horrible. Just plain rude, they need to replace her before they lose customers. Paying customers should never be treated like dirt. Never argue with customers as well. My vehicle had an appointment at 8 am and the part arrived at 9:45. My vehicle was not even in the shop by 1:30.

Excellent service. Honest mechanics who guarantee their work. Their prices are affordable relative to most other places. They are quick and professional about what they do. I'd recommend coming here for your auto service needs.

I won t be returning. This is my third visit here and there s usually not a problem before the lady at the front desk was very rude all because I asked if I could come back tomorrow to get my oil change . I had know knowledge that they were in the middle of it but after sitting for 45 mins and prior to requesting service I did ask for a time estimate. I have no problem with supporting this business but I will not put up with an attitude because of a misunderstanding. You don t treat paying customers like that. Went in to fix a check engine issue. Spent 700$ only for the light to return 3 days later. Brought the car back in they told me it was all good to go, light comes back on a few days later AGAIN. So, I take the car back once more and wouldn t you guess it after 3 days the light returns again. After that I no longer trusted them with my car to bring it in a fourth time and decided to go elsewhere.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Was looking all over town trying to find a Smog testing facility for my RV. Didn't know how hard it was to find a place that could do it until now. Got lucky and found My Auto with the help of a nice guy who works at the Jiffy Smog a mile away. The young lady told me they could Smog my RV with no problems. Went home, got the RV, brought it back and got the Smog done with minimum wait time. Also got all my tires aired up, to include my airbags. Great customer service and can-do attitude. Fantastic job... Thanks My Auto....

Very nice people, had a great experiment and they worked with my warranty company so well. They were patient with me and let me know answers right away as I asked. Thank you so much to their work. My AC works great!

I took my car in to replace my tires, the ladies I spoke to were very helpful and quoted me a fair price for the tires, the men there, however, told me my power steering pump was leaking and serpentine belt was ruined from the fluid and quoted me $1200 for it. Thats maybe $120 in parts and 3 hours of labor which anywhere else would be $420+ tax. When I checked it out myself there was no sign of fluid leaks and the belt was perfectly fine. Thats a very interesting con they have going or maybe they just don't know what they're doing

I was having several issues with the brake system in my truck. Daniel and his team were amazing! They listened to me, they were extremely kind, very professional, they did an awesome job on my truck, and I will for sure be a regular customer for all of the maintenance in my truck. My auto service is my number 1 spot for my entire fleet of vehicles (7 total) i trust them with my calls all of them from my old school camaro, Hyundai elantra all the way up to my 7 series BMW. You know they do good work because u are always greeted with the same friendly faces. The shop is family owned and dedicated to their work. I could go on and on. I took my 2011 Nissan Rogue in a few weeks ago. I was told I needed a new Air-conditioning blow motor, and they would have to remove the panel inside the vehicle to replace it. He said, it's going to be expensive seeing removing the panels, and labor cost isn't cheap. The panels pop off in 2 seconds!I was referred to a mechanic by a friend to get a second opion. Well, I'm very happy I got the second opinion. He removed the cabin filter which was extremely dirty, which was the reason my Air-conditioning was not blowing appropriately.I picked up a new filter at auto zone, and replaced it myself. A 10.00 cabin filter!! Everything works fine now. Total savings of over 800.00 which my auto service wanted to charge! Do your research, watch YouTube videos, get a second opinion.My auto service is a scam, and they take advantage of people, especially women. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!

went in to get this squealing noise checked while waiting long i just asked if I could get a smog test too. I have a Sprint Drive device in my car that only takes literally a second to take out. Christin tells me my Smog test was REJECTED because THEY couldn t take out the device. I said I can take it out right now. He tells me to then drive around the corner to take it out then come back. They charged me $10 for nothing. It s not about being charged it s the due diligence these ppl should of had to ask me a simple question so I wouldn t have to do extra things because I was there for almost 2 hours before I even asked for a smog test. While their paper said REJECTED I went right down to Smog Busters and within 3mins I got a PASS.. my auto 2 quoted me for $380 for breaks and rotors which is why I even went to them in the first place. The way they handled a very simple task for the smog I wouldn t trust them to handle anything bigger. I ll be getting what I need done somewhere else.Service: Brakes

Always good work. Courteous, knowledgeable, done in one day. I've used them for smog test for 6 years. Also my truck repairs. I will continue to us them.

Excellent service and equally great communication. I had issues with my breaks and they were able to provide prompt overview of the issues, answered my questions and provided a reasonable price to fix for both break pads and rotors. I was impressed by the professionalism of Daniel and his honesty . Jimmy was also very helpful. They communicated with me from start to finish and I am very pleased.

Time for my annual smog check so you can bet I'll be where the mechanics are honest and the prices are always fair. I've used My Auto 2 for years and would not consider any other shop. You shouldn't either!

Sean is the best! Had a radiator and thermostat replaced. Don't waste your time with other shops. These guys are the best. Great price and quality work. I'd give a 10 if I could! What a blessing....

Went in for a smog check. Much cheaper, fast service, and customer service was great. Only $15 for a smog, compared to $34.99 at zip zap auto down the street. Highly recommend.

First of all to charge your A/C system is $300 over priced..After charging me $300 to charge up my truck A/C system never telling me that the hose was bad. So I had A/C for 2 days. Ohio plates

Chris was extremely helpful in identifying and recommending the appropriate solutions needed to fix my car. The work done provided us confidence without having to worry about being taken advantage of. I will be returning there without hesitation if I have any new issues with the car.

I ve been to this shop multiple times over the years and on every visit I seen someone complaining that they are lying about their car leaking oil. Their car wasn t Leaking until after they touched it. Welp, I should have learned from their experience to stop going there because now they ve done it to me. My oil light wasn t on before I got there and I had no oil leak. My apartment complex doesn t allow leaks or they will tow your car and they are very strict about it. As soon as they changed my oil all of sudden my oil light comes on. No coincidence, and I have my own personal mechanic who has never mentioned that I have a leak. Plus every person who I have seen complain about their car being tampered with has been a black person like myself. This will be my last time visiting this place and I wouldn t recommend anyone else trust them not to trying ripping you off.

My $10 oil change cost me $824. Shortly after getting an oil change at my auto I ended up at the dealership getting things done right. All the oil was gone and I saw no signs of a leak on my driveway. I got lucky that I did not seize the engine. They also sold me a weak battery. I'm afraid to go back to exchange it, as I don't want to pay several times for the battery. Don't get suckered in for inexpensive work. You get what you pay for. My advice go someplace you feel comfortable and trust their work.

I would give no star if possible!!!! Don t go here!!!! I took my car for a small coolant leak it had been leaking for a week. No problems just a small leak. Well when I get there they tell me the whole part has to be replaced which is almost $800 I was like how my car is 4 years old.. well when I said I couldn t it was to much money they said they finance and I should get it fix they don t recommend for me to drive. I didn t see anything wrong so I took my car thinking I had the small leak still. TURNS OUT THEY BROKE THAT WHOLE PART WITH A SCREWDRIVER AND ALL MY COOLANT LEAK WHEN I GOT HOME MY CAR WAS IVER HEATING I LOOKED FOR A MECHANIC HAD HIM COME CHECK IT THE PART THAT HAD TO BE REPLACED WAS ONLY $30 and the small crack that the part had was now a huge hole. I don t know if because they thought I didn t know anything of where it was leaking but they sure thought they were going to get 800 from me!

I went here for an oil change on a Saturday, seeing it only cost $10 made me feel like I could get a great deal. I got there at 3PM, their website said they'd close at 4PM, but as soon as I got out of my car a guy flags me down and asks how he can help me. I said I wanted an oil change, now he was very busy and by the looks of it he just didn't want to take on another customer but seriously it takes 10mins tops to change oil. So he tells me he's closing, I said your website says you're open for another hour but he's like "yeah but I'm sending my mechanics home soon" then he tells me to come back on Mon, obviously I came this day b/c I have to work M-F and don't have time otherwise so I told him that and he's just like "come at 8AM." I just shouted "wow, this is bad service!!!" After seeing all the negative reviews on here I'm feel a bit better that he turned me away but I did take my car in here for a smog check 2 years ago....hopefully they didn't steal my car's parts back then. Needless to say, I'm never coming back!

Had an oil change, why offer me the 60,000 maintenance afterwards saying if I did it today, I would get $100.00 discount. Not square business in my mind. Offer me a discount at the start. Other shops have reset the maintenance on the computer as well.
