They did a great job repairing my car, when most would say total it. The price was accurate and took less than two weeks to fix. They were also very kind and have good loan set up, as long as you pay by end date you ll have no interest rates applied.

This place literally saved my Matilda from the brink of death when she needed a new engine after sucking up a manhole cover. Every person there is so awesome and they care about their work and the customer. It is definitely the best shop I have ever gone to and I will never pick anywhere else. Go to this shop!

My mom (not easily impressed) recommended them. It's family owned & insanely honest. They have never tried telling me a problem is bigger/more expensive than it is. Give me all price options, tailor their recommendations to my needs & NEVER push for me to spend more than my budget.

I contacted and asked for my deductible refunded because my transmission failed two weeks after a thorough inspection. According to Jack, they go by what their computer tells them, and there was no necessity to check transmission fluid if the car was heating up. As a result, they refused to return me the deductible and are satisfied with their work. He went on to say that he was calling because he was told I wasn't happy with the work, but nothing seemed to make me happy. Poor customer service and work ethic. The work is rushed because they need to get paid by warranty companies as soon as possible.

Great place for car work I brought my charger up there smoking like a choochoo train although they didn fix it they gave me the best advice to throw it in the gutter and go by another.

I've been going to My Auto service for over 15 years, servicing five different cars. They provide excellent fast friendly service at very competitive prices. Let's face it, the auto repair industry is very shady at best, so to find a facility that doesn't buy into the scams is very rewarding. My Auto service offers oil changes, bake services, transmission services and general auto repair. They also handled a dispute I had with professionalism and courtesy, not to mention in my favor. Check out Desert car wash adjacent to them as well

I was expecting double the price for everything I wanted done to my 30 year old ranch truck.Loved the service, sense of humor and the price!! I will absolutely recommend My Auto to everyone.

My Auto Service was to replace fuel pump. Upon picking my truck up the dashboard was removed and missing pieces, the new battery was destroyed beyond repair and other electrical issues are now present, other damage to engine components has been discovered, and the fuel pump/tank now leak where My Auto Service failed to replace the equipment properly.The shop manager began to yell and threaten removal by the police when I voiced my concerns with several issues with the condition of my vehicle. Save yourself the headache and find another shop that doesn t have these same ethical issues.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Staff is super friendly, the mechanics truly care about your vehicle, and prices are better than any other auto shop here in Vegas. Quality and trustworthy work, this is the only shop I ll go to for all my vehicle needs.

They fixed my car. They were expedient. I called several times throughout the process and they always answered my questions, and they were very nice over the phone and in person. My car is running very smooth now, it feels like it's brand new! I will certainly use their services again if my car ever needs something else done.

I haven t used this pace for a few years but noticed they had a high rating and they really shouldn t. Took my car to get smogged and after waiting about 45 minutes was told it didn t pass and he (the tech, not a mechanic, more like a parts changer) told me he could check it out further. So I said ok. At that time someone named Diane walked in and this guy (parts changer) greeted her and her male companion enthusiastically. They were buying a car and wanted it checked out first. So guess what, my car got pushed behind them. Even though I had been there first and already spent close to an hour. I waited another half an hour and watched the parts changer talking and laughing with Diane and her companion before I went to the desk and asked for my keys back.This was after I had already attended a funeral for a dear friend and maybe I was just emotional. But if they are willing to make their customers wait unnecessarily while others get special treatment they are not customer service oriented.So I took my business elsewhere and have for years. They lost my business. And I m happier for it.Don t go here if you need more than an oil change or smog check. And maybe not even then. They don t deserve your business.Service: Smog certification

We had just completed a cross country road trip and our van needed to be re-serviced & we were thankfully referred to this shop from another on the east coast. Everyone at the shop was transparent and communicative about what was happening throughout the process. They gave us a better deal than the last shop and even let our dogs cool down and gave them water inside during a warm day. Thank you for helping us get back on the road and taking care of our home on wheels!

When we had to suddenly find a repair shop for our vehicle after it began having issues accelerating on the freeway this past Thursday, I first looked to see what my extended service plan through MaxCare covered - after finding out that CarMax was booked out well over a week, I went to Repair Pal and inputted my zip code. My Auto Service was the first result and had open appointment times within 30 minutes. We booked an appointment and were warmly greeted by an associate when we opened the front door. He heard our concerns, took down our MaxCare info and then even dropped us off at home so we didn t have to wait at the shop while our car was diagnosed. We learned the shop is owned by his dad and he had great words about every employee there.A few hours later we got a call with the diagnosis - luckily everything that needed to be repaired was going to be covered. Our technician gave us the authorization code to establish a rental with our extended service plan. The ETA for our car to be done was possibly Saturday (today) but more likely Monday, no big deal. We got the rental squared away with no issues. This morning we were pleasantly surprised when we got the call that our car was done!I was able to pick it up and our tech was there to give me the keys and go over the repair. He also gave me an honest recommendation to get the brakes done sometime soon, but didn t push like other shops do. We will absolutely be coming back to this business to get that done in the next few months. The friendly demeanor and true customer service were what did it for us, the rest was just an added bonus.

Trusted, kind, friendly and excellent service! I am a 73 year old female. I have never been to an auto service shop or even a car dealer repair place where I didn't feel I was being taken advantage of. This is the place where senior ladies can feel respected and secure in the service you receive.

My 2000 Subaru Legacy Wagon (139,000 miles) has been in to My Auto Service several times in the past year and a half for non-routine repairs of the sort required for older vehicles. Every single time, they've been able to address and correct the issues as quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. They've kept my little car running like a champ. The managers are incredibly good, but I've been extremely impressed with everyone there, as well as the consistently high level of service they provide. Went to this business because my vehicle was not starting. Got my car towed in and once they did the diagnostic on it they told that my spark plugs and coils were bad and needed be replaced. After being told that it was going to be $800 dollars I got them down to 600 dollars. After they did the repair I went and picked up my vehicle. Two days later my car was doing the same thing when I brought it in then when they looked at now it was my fuel injector was bad it was going to be another $450 to replace. Once replaced now car is back having trouble starting. I would stay far away from this shop. I firmly believe that they did not fix my vehicle and caused more problems so that they can make money. This is the worst place to take your car. My wife took it in for a check engine light. The estimate was signed by someone there and not by my wife. Almost $3,900.00 later she paid the bill and got the car back, which promptly leaked fluid all over the drive way. The car was brought back and more repairs were made. Robert the manager, said it's not their fault, defective parts. The repair was made and now the engine light is on again.They said they cant fix it and they are done.The bill was pretty high and said one part cost $2,722.00 alone. I asked about that and it was supposed to be all the parts but, there is another charge for $529.10. That in itself turned into another phone call to get an itemized bill with part numbers. The car was taken to the right place and found out My Auto used old gaskets among other things. We have all the pictures and parts to prove it. I asked Robert Young, manager at My Auto, if he would like to make this right and he expressed that they completed their job and it's not their problem, he offered to pay for some detergent to clean the driveway. No dignity or respect for customers at this place and obviously beware of their Limited Warranty, which was never honored in our view, Remember he said they did their job, which of course is a lie.. The cost to repair the so called "work" that they did cost another $900.00. I don't feel they are qualified to change a light bulb at this rate. This is a really terrible place to consider taking your vehicle.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

They have always done a great job in servicing our car and have been one of the best small businesses we have encountered in Las Vegas. Every employee there has been knowledgeable and friendly...always respecting our concerns and treating our car like their own. Stay away from this shop! Received an estimate on a repair that was three times the amount of another shop where I ended up having the work done. They either tried to perform unnecessary work, or tried to rip me off by selling me service that I did not need or they don't know what the they are doing. Steer clear of this place. Shame on them!

This place was mentioned on the news under a different for running scummy business tactics. My experience hits right on the nose. CarMax sent us their way due to a miscommunication in warranty. They called us the day after, after finishing running diagnostic. They did not check the warranty themselves a possession printed copy. Thinking they can make a few quick bucks on an unsuspecting 7 month pregnant woman. My best advice: Stay as far away as possible from this place. 0 stars if that was an option. Roy & Robert get a clue.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, I took my suv in to get an oil change my car had no issues fresh off the lot, well a month later my car displayed low oil pressure when we brought our car in they said it was my ac compressor and tried charging me two thousand dollars to fix it!!! It was disgusting how much they over charge people and having a car that was perfectly fine to getting it back from them with even more issues when the car didn't even have problems until they had my car is ridiculous!! I repeat do not go here!!! We got it checked by another mechanic to be told they did this intentionally because my car displayed that someone messed with it is so wrong and dishonest!! Worse experience ever and it's honestly sad that they like to take advantage of loyal customers!

My friend and I have been going here for years the Owner's Robert and his son are the best. They always provide effective, honest, and knowledge services. My 2007 Nissan Xterra needed so much work done and due to Covid 19 I was recently called back to work so my funds aren't that great now. So because they are human's and have a heart verses just being a business trying to rip struggling locals off they actually worked with me big time saving me lots of money which I appreciate so much. I mean their prices are already low and reasonable. Also they have the best customer service ever even the guys fixing the cars are very nice and honest. I Will continue to come here and recommend My Auto Service to friends and family. Also reading the previous review I disagree you have to understand that Covid has impacted everything meaning less man on hand, longer wait times, and hours of operation being cut so patience is a huge key factor and you can't blame these guys for it it's not their fault with high demand of people needing services and all these restrictions they have to follow to not get shutdown damn give them a break.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I stay in Phoenix and they were able to assist me in getting my car fixed and ready all over the phone with zero snags. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and never suggested extra repairs that needed to be made, just what they found to be wrong. My family and I have been taking our vehicles to My Auto for years. My auto is definitely the type of company you refer friends to. The customer service is always excellent all employees are so nice to their customers. The employees are very knowledgeable and professional and explain everything on a level you can understand and feel comfortable when leaving the shop. I appreciate all what my auto has done for me.! I will forever be a loyal customer.!

Theses guys are great. The first time i went there Roy took me in the garage and showed me my messed up axel that needed replaced . I thought that was very cool of him . All mechanics should be doing that. Also, they aren't trying to charge you an arm and a leg. No pressure to buy unnecessary things for your car . They had my vehicle done the same day ,I would definitely recommend this place.
