I visited MVR today, 3/04/2024 to get a smog check. The front desk associate was super nice, professional and efficient. The waiting area was very clean and tidy, and they had coffee, water and magazines to keep you entertained while your car is being worked on. Service wasn t as crazy fast as in other smog check places I ve been, which made me feel confident that a good job was being done; as a matter of fact, while waiting for my car to be done, they were delivered a Carfax 2023 Top-Rated Service Center recognition award. When my car was ready, they brought it to the front door, and that was it! Excellent, excellent experience; totally recommend them!!!

MVR gave me such a great experience. The owner took his time to explain everything to me in detail about what was going on with my car, which most places don t. He even called me a few day later for a follow up callTo see how our vehicle was. He s very responsive and gets back to you as soon as we can with any questions. I will def be taking both of my vehicles here for repairs in the future.

MVR Auto Repair shop have been so good to us. They are very thorough with their inspection and their communication is outstanding! They keep us updated by email, text or a phone call. They just replaced a new motor in our 2007 Chevy Surburban. They had our car in their shop for 2 weeks just about and we finally took it home today! Our Family car runs Perfect, and we feel much safer now. We recommend this place if you ever need a tune up! Mahalo MVR for your excellent service

this is my first time coming out here and the service was excellent-they got the job done what was needed they pointed out other issues again. It is my choice for them to take care of it here or I can take care of myself. At least they pointed out to me and show me pictures. That s goes to show you. These are great mechanics good place to come I recommend five stars.-

MVR. Amazing one stop auto repair shop! 5-star.I m new to Las Vegas and have been searching for somewhere to bring my 2019 F-150 King Ranch for oil change, coolant and tire rotation. My husband did the initial call to schedule my appointment, he spoke to Ardi. I also spoke with Ardi when I dropped off my truck the following day and he took time to explain what they will do for me. I was informed of their findings and recommendations via text and email. They will also call to confirm services you want. I decided to get the K service and tire rotation. I wasn t pushed into doing any service I didn t want or have the budget for. Prices were fair in my opinion. My truck was there for majority of the day (they are open from 7A-6P weekdays). I called towards the end of day and spoke to Aunty Mel and she is also a pleasure to work with. This place treats you like family. Thank you for the Aloha spirit. My truck is running great! I will be back in the future :)P.S. I had brought my truck months ago to another shop in Henderson because I wanted a full inspection to see if I needed any repairs. They had told me my vehicle looks great. I m pretty disappointed that they were quick to rush me out.. I m convinced they didn t even pop open the hood now! Thanks again, MVR. You guys are awesome.

Had an older vehicle where the rarely used rear power window went down and wouldn't come up. With replacement parts hard to get and expensive, MRV was able to secure the window in an closed position quickly and at a fraction of the cost. Great service and definitely would go back.

I recently brought my car in for an oil change and to address the engine light. Following a thorough investigation, they determined that the engine light issue was linked to a loosely placed camshaft sensor. Interestingly, another mechanic had suggested a complete replacement of the camshaft sensors, which would have incurred a cost exceeding $800. Thanks to MVR Auto for helping me save money by addressing the issue more efficiently.

Best auto repair place I ve ever been to. They tell you just like it is and run you through everything and lay it out so anyone can understand it. If you are having doubts about your current car repair place then switch on over to MVR. You will not be disappointed one bit. Mel and Ardi are amazing people.

Called for a brake job and they were able to get me in same day. Great pricing as well compared to the other shops in the area for the same service. Will be back if i need anything

My car started idling rough and losing power at a stop light, I took it to sun auto as they were the closest, after they quoted me 1,200 I decided to take limp it to MVR. Best decision by far, their work was about half of what sun auto quoted me plus I got an oil change as well. That makes twice MVR has saved me over 700 and I d trust no one else to take care of my car, Ardi, Mel and everyone else there does a fantastic job

I was fortunate to find MVR Auto Repair in Las Vegas when I was traveling. It was a busy day at the shop, but I was able to have my SUV worked on by Leo. He was super. Mel was terrific. She is pleasant and knowledgeable. My vehicle had gone into limp mode. The both Mel and Leo took the time to check and service my SUV. I was reassured that the SUV wasn t damaged and happily I got home successfully. Mel is caring and extended her Aloha spirit. Her banana bread is wonderful.

The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable the moment I walked in. They don t turn and burn their customers, they take their time going over everything your car needs. I ll definitely be taking my services here for future needs.

Think about it before going to this shop.MVR..automotive..LLC manager ARDi..took my car here .paid $8000.to fix tha car..its a check engine light is on.timing chain replacement. Turbo replacement. Cam gear..for over a month at ther shop.bad .they will lie.and bunch of reason and excuses. Just to damp your car to someboby..soo they don't have to deal with it..worse shop..they should revoke ther ase certification..my car still have engine light is on.car is worse now than before. Mel in customers service is nice.i will report them ..to bureau automotive association. @BBB..I want reimbursement. Since tha car is not fix.scammers

I found MVR thru positive reviews on Yelp and Google. Very happy with their work and communication. Small issue that was rectified professionally. No good mobile mecanic. Rip odd. Brought wrong parts did not do nothing. Please suggest you call your own mecanic. And dont socialize unless is a known person. Many homeless frausdters claiming to be mecanics.no auto zone or shops.

Used this place for the first Time this past Friday to have my BMW Battery Replaced. The car was ready the next Morning. Overall service was good. The customer service here is amazing! Andi and everyone I spoke with were honest and so much help. Definitely the only shop I will go to as long as I live in Vegas. My car was a huge job and they kept me updated and made me feel comfortable through the whole process thank you! And I will recommend them to everyone.

Brought my car in for failed smog. Did recommended repairs but still won't pass. They explained waiver process and were very communicative through the entire process. I never had to call to check on status. I brought our car to the shop for a warranty repair. They fixed the issue I brought it in for. When we got it back it was making a screeching sound so I called back. They were able to have it covered under warranty and not have to pay a second deductible. They are communicative and honest and will take my other cars here for service in the future.Services: Electrical repair, Battery service

Decided to give MVR Auto Repair a try after trying out several different auto shops and being pretty unhappy with all of them.Other repair shops boast "same day service," which is awesome in theory, IF the job is done CORRECTLY and FULLY. It doesn't do me any good to be able to pick up my car same day I dropped it off, only to find the problem isn't fixed, which is what has happened to me in the past.Ardi was very courteous, attentive, and informative when we explained what we needed done. We dropped off my car, he called me a bit later with the results of the diagnostics test. I needed a bit of work done and the price was competitive with other shops. He ended up keeping my car for a few days (plus the weekend) because he wanted to keep testing everything to make sure everything they worked on was actually fixed before I picked it up. All I can say is, so far so good!Thank you Ardi and MVR Auto Repair! I will definitely recommend your business to my friends.Services: General repairs, Auto maintenance

Worst service ever, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. $5700 TO REPLACE MOTOR. GOT CAR BACK WITH CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON. OWNER ARDI TOLD US NOTHING BUT LIES, PUT IN USED ENGINE, TOLD US IT HAD 40,000 MILES ON IT, PICKED UP CAR THEN WE WERE TOLD THE MOTOR HAS 90,000 MILES ON IT. CAR STILL HAS ISSUES AND OWNER SAYS HE WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTY AS I WAS YELLING AT HIM FOR THERE POOR SERVICE. PLEASE READ ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE TAKING YOUR CAR THERE. WE ARE REPORTING HIM TO BBB

Worst service I've ever experienced. Had my car for almost a month. Overcharged for services and gave me the car back filthy and with no gas and check engine light on!!!

MVR is such a wonderful business! Great, personable customer service & communication with me throughout the entire process. I have very little knowledge about cars, but Lynn was so helpful & explained everything to me! They also charged me $250 less than I was quoted at the dealership when I took my car there a few months back. Highly recommend MVR--I will definitely be back!!
