Mr. Brake came highly recommended in a Facebook parent group. I am glad I gave them a shot. I was booked right away due to people canceling because of bad weather. I was given an estimate before hand and shown the damage I had. The price was reasonable. Honest. I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of, like other places. I will be a forever customer and I will refer everyone there.

What a wonderful experience ! I needed my brake pads and rotors replaced and I knew I didn t want to head to the expensive dealership so I took a chance and called Mr. Brake . I chuckled a little at the name but when I called to get an appointment , I was greeted with a cheerful voice . It was Mark and he let me know he could get my brakes fixed the next day . I take the first appointment at 8 am and to my surprise when I arrived 15 min early , he was there with his full staff and I was seen early . Everyone seemed happy to be there and Mark has such a happy and cheerful disposition he had me giggling at 8am . They did a free inspection , let me know the damage and then gave me options . To my surprise and absolute joy it only took 45 min to replace front and back pads and front rotors . I was given instructions of what to do today and that included not hot wheeling at least for a week . As I m leaving the customers waiting were all laughing and seemed pretty pleased to leave their vehicles in the skilled hands of Mark and team . If you want a proficient and efficient team working on your vehicle for reasonable pricing , check out Mr. Brake ! And ask for Mark !

Finally, a mechanics shop that's honest and open! No upsell! This shop totally lived up to all the positive reviews! I was quoted a price range and the final cost was the lower estimate! I will definitely bring my vehicles here in the future, for any service they provide!

Great place, they checked my brakes for free and found out that i still have another 10-20k miles before needing brakes. Honesty goes a long way and i will definitely go back there when my brakes are finally needing a change and I'll be sending anyone i know to this place.

My truck's brake line 'exploded' 83 miles from a visit to Las Vegas, and I used AAA to get a tow to Mr. Brake, which we chose because 1) Great reviews and 2) They said they could most likely get it fixed and back to me in a day or two.Because I had to pick a brake repair shop so far from home on the spur of the moment, and because I was getting there VERY close to closing time, I was, of course, a bit worried about the price and/or quality of work. I worried for nothing!They called me early the next morning with a diagnosis, price, and completion time. They called me again shortly after to tell me that the price they quoted me was going to be a little bit higher because they couldn't get my part from their usual supplier at the last minute. And then they called to say when it was done!I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Brake for anybody in Las Vegas that needs brake services. Honest, communicative, straight forward,and really fair pricing. Thanks again Mr. Brake!!

Loved this place. My dealership quoted me $570 for front brakes and brake flush. They did everything for way less! These people were nice, HONEST and quick. They didn t try to recommend unnecessary work just to make more money. I definitely recommend this place!!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Excellent and honest shop! I thought my back brakes needed to be replaced, and I was wrong. They drove with me around the block to see what I thought I was hearing as a noise, but that was not an issue. They told me my back brakes were good for another 20K miles and only charged me $20 for the inspection. WOW!

I absolutely cannot recommend this shop enough. Mark was wonderful and very helpful. All the guys here are so quick and efficient, with years of experience and knowledge. I came in to get my rear brakes done as I had been told by another shop that I needed new brake pads and rotors, and had been experiencing some squealing and grinding. The crew here took a look and let me know that my brakes were fine- the noise may be bothersome, but completely safe for another ~15-20k miles. Their honesty was very appreciated and saved me a good $400 that might ve otherwise been spent unnecessarily at another shop. I ended up getting something else minor taken care of since I already had the funds saved. Good, honest, hardworking people with great prices. If you need your brakes done, call Mr. Brake!

Highly recommend. Price was $200 to $400 less than other places I called. Pads on all 4 wheels and rotors turned and in and out in an hour and fifteen minutes!

Went to Big o' Tires and got told I needed to replace my rotors in addition to the brake pads, as well as a fluid flush. But then when I got to Mr. Brake and was told by them that I only needed the pads and was able to save over $500. Was in and out in under an hour, 10/10 service.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Seriously so amazing I see why this man and his company have so many years in business he is so honest! I went to another shop and they quoted me 1,300$ I called Mr break and he informed me I didn t even need rotors like the other shop said! I left here paying 1/4 the price almost of what the other shop quoted me !! 5 star service !

This is THE place to go, great service, and the owner is super responsible with everything, i went for a brake service, he check on his system, and it was under warranty still after 1 year, guess what he replace the pads no questions asked.I always recommend this place to everyone

If you have anything you need to get done with your brakes, this is the place to go! I took my car into Volkswagen three times and they told me nothing was wrong (and my brakes were squealing like a pig). Mark explained what was going on and got me in and out and 30 minutes with a noise-free car! I will definitely only use Mark for any brake work in the future!

It had cost me $180 less than the car dealership I usually go to for all four rotors checked, the front resurfaced, all four pads replaced and new brake fluid. Bill the manager welcomed us upon our appointment, got an estimate within minutes and even invited me into the shop showing me the current condition of my brakes. You get the feel of a "mom and pops" operation which I personally like.It is definitely wheelchair accessible.My first experience at MR. BRAKES was better than I expected, and will be back to get my other vehicle serviced as well, hands down now my go to brake shop.

I was disappointed to find that my rear brakes that I serviced with them 17,000 miles earlier had failed at greater pace than my front pads that were 30% left during the same period 24 months prior. Hence the pad quality is insufficient. No remedy to correct the deficiency oh their part.Service appointment was timely. Staff is nice.

My car only has 70k miles on it- went to Cadillac dealer saying hey there s vibration in my brakes- they throw me a 5k laundry list of repairs I need At that time I had 63k miles- Their estimate was 3800 for brakes.. I explained to my service writer that at my last oil change your report stated brakes were great - then the back pedaling began long story short I paid 500 for what was a 6000 mile temporary fix as the problem came right back :( Angrily I began a search for someone with integrity- found Mark at Mr Brake on Yelp and was blown away by all the great reviews- booked a 10am appointment arrived 10 minutes early and him and the crew had me out in less than an hour and my pricing was fair and my problem is gone!!! If the vibrations come back anytime soon I will update this review but something tells me Mark has just earned himself many referrals and a lifetime customer- Not trusting the dealer anymore!!! He s booked out but well worth the wait Driving Happy Again!!!

A truly nice experience! My car shuddered when I brakes and Mark, the owner said he knew what the issue was. Sure enough...they fixed it plus they replaced rear brake pads in 1 hour.

Wonderful honest place. I was told by another that I needed way more work then break pads, about $1,000 worth. Found this place on yelp with great reviews. Gave an approx. Quote over phone for less then half of the $1,000. When I got there, the onky thing I needed was front break pads. Just Under $300. What a win. Will for sure recommend people and return.

Safe to say that I am a return customer for life. This is my 4th visit with Mr. Brake.Credit to the lifesaver, Mark, who has been diligently doing this over 30+ years with honesty and a smile. He is the kind of sage mechanic that will send you on your way even when a concerned owner brings in his 188,000 mile truck thinking that he needs new brakes. He will take the time to educate you and let you know when you actually NEED something, instead of nickel & dime-ing you, like other big name brands. When the day comes that he actually charges you, you will more than likely be surprised how this man affords to stay in business and feed his family. Vegas should protect this man at all costs.He is truly doing our town a huge service with his operations. Think about how many lives he is saving by administering his expertise with every ride that comes into his garage. For this I am truly grateful. It's my second time at this shop. As I arrived, Mark was there again to greet me in a courteous and professional manner. They looked at my vehicle and after a few minutes, Mark explained to me what needs to be done and I never felt pressured like other places I've been before. This is just pure honest business with no upsell involved. The job was completed in about 45 minutes. The best word that I would like to compliment this shop is "Integrity" Mr. Brake does the job done right at a fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend this place for any brake service!
