This is a family owned business and treat you like that. Scott and Jacquie where so nice. Scott explained everything to me about my bike. I have never had such an honest and forthright experience at any other shop. They are my new shop to work on my bike. HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone.

Thank you to MotoZone and there incredible staff! My bike turned out great, the customer service was top notch. From the first call, Cody allowed me to express my concerns with the bike and the upgrades I wanted. Speaking with the owner, Scott further gave me confidence I was at the right place. Tony, the master mechanic did an awesome job on my upgrades, he knocked it out the park! I swapped fairings, cowlings, grips, levers, and frame sliders. He also adjusted my throttle cable and now the throttle returns like butter!! They were even patient with me as my parts were a bit delayed in delivery. I highly recommend Scott and his staff if you need work done to your bike! Don't hesitate, give them a call. There are not many shops that will spend valuable time over the phone not knowing if you will bring your bike in. They answered all my questions and the diagnostic Scott gave was right on! No other shop will touch my ride!Best Regards,Aaron Anderson

Motozone costumer service is excellent. They gave me up dates on a regular based and told me what was going on with parts and service time line. The work was excellent and my bike runs better then ever.

Had a emergency with my brakes today on my cbr1000rr and just limped it there since I was close. Middle of the afternoon, no appointment they guys there went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. They figured out I had a different brake caliper than stock and were able to match the correct pads for me. Coming from someone with 15 years in the automotive repair industry, that level of service is not common these days. Thank you again guys, saved me from a potential disaster.

I love this place! I was wondering if I should tell people about it cause then they would get super busy and get more business then I would have to deal with long wait times! But they DESERVE it! They have Excellent service and go above and beyond. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. some Boulder Hwy and others like them like on Nellis blvd those dealerships can be brutal and not in your best interest. BEST OF SUPPORT AND SUCCESS FOR THEM! They made me ready to ride!

Scott did the work and let me tell you, after it was finished, had the 35mm kehinn carbs tuned absolutely perfect and this thing has never ran this good. Excellent job scott. By far best running banshee ive ever been on. No one but scott will ever touch my bikes. He is the best. Thnx again guys

Amazing work and amazing team of guys. Very sincere and honest, and they actually care about the rider and bike. Will definitely be going here from now on, and will be recommending my riding friends to go here as well. Good to be back on the road.

What's good advice worth? I went to MotoZone on the recommendation of a friend seeking new tires. I had an idea of what I wanted based on something I'd seen in a FB group. The owner patiently took time to explain the specifics and the conflict it presented. His recommendations and explanation led to a more informed choice and a safer option for both the bike and myself. What's good advice worth? These days, it's everything! And that is invaluable! I highly recommend MotoZone, both for information and the service!PS: whoever actually serviced the bike did an excellent job. And the rep at the counter actually taught me something (actually two things) about my bike. I highly recommend MotoZone!

I was on a road trip and needed immediate assistance in getting my chain replaced. They were able to get me in, get it installed and on my way at a reasonable price. Both the guy in front and the mechanic were super friendly

This Shop is incredible. I have 2 project bikes that I brought to them. 1969 Honda CT90 and a 1974 Honda CT90. Both bikes had been sitting for 20 years and needed a lot of work. The 74 was completed and is back in my hands, and I could not be happier. They did an Excelent Job getting this bike back together and back on the road. The cost to get this bike back together with parts and labor was very reasonable, and I regret nothing!

I called in for a service from rejetting my carburator. Scott told me they wouldnt accept it due to understandable terms but proceeded to teach me and give me valuable knowledge on troubleshooting and understanding of the inner workings of carburetors. Very experienced mechanic and i appreciate the support.

Consistently solid work. I have a 2004 Honda Rune, which is a solid reliable bike but a notorious pain to work on. Other mechanics have fired me because they don t want to deal with it. These guys never flinch and usually get work done in less time than they quoted me. You can trust them.

Fantastic. As a brand new rider I came into the shop with a bike seller to get an opinion on it. Scott didn't pull any punches. He put significant time into evaluating the bike for us, even making a small fix. His advice was honestly the most important factor in my decision. The best part? He refused to accept any money for the time he put in evaluating the bike and helping me understand everything I needed to.I ended up buying the bike and when it needs servicing of any kind I certainly won't go anywhere else.

Scott and his team does a great job! Very thorough and professional. Always on time and on budget. They always seem to do more than expected without surprise change orders. Will recommend them to my family and friends.

As we all know, old fashioned customer service is all but dead in our society. Scott and crew took care of me with the kind of care that one would expect from any repair shop that you're paying good money to perform repairs on your bike. If you're looking for a shop to trust your beloved motorcycle to, look no further. These guys are the real deal and offer very competitive pricing.

A little late on this review but Scott and team did an outstanding job servicing my 96 Dyna back in October, 2016. He drove about 25 miles to pick up my bike. Unbelievably fair price and great service.

On my way back to Colorado Springs from a trip out to San Francisco with my dad saw tire had worn dangerously bald. I had asked my mechanic before leaving for this trip and he said I was fine, but I was not! Found this place online praying they could get me in for an emergency tire change and as luck would have it they did! Not only did they change my tires out but they also saw some other work that needed fixing and did it no problem! They had a great attitude and amazing customer service, it was a super hot day and they let my dad take his bike out of the 100+ heat while they worked on my bike. Great job on the price too, was expecting about 200 more than they charged. Wish these guys did work in Colorado Springs!

First and foremost, I would bring every bike I own to this shop, great service and also very personalized. Scott takes the time to walk you thru what was done and show you what does need to be addressed if it's important or not. Not only does his passion show in his work but his wife also works their as well makes the front end an enjoyable exp. Your money is so much better spent at a local shop and the work is 10x better than a dealer, which at a dealer you're treated as a number....again thank you both for the work and looking forward to bring in other bikes soon.

I have to say that Scott is the most stand up guy that I have ever come across. He did excellent work, talked straight, and fixed all of the problems with the motorcycle at a very reasonable price! As a multiple motorcycle owner, I will definitely bring him more of my business and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a real mechanic that knows his stuff. I can't say enough about his customer service!

What an excellent family owned shop! Can t recomend them enough. On a road trip accross U.S. called them on Thursday and my bike was already in on opening on Saturday. Scott changed the tires and oil at a very reasonable price. Found the issue of why the bike wouldn t start up one morning really quick. Very friendly and very helpful. I went there because of the good reviews and you should too. Thank you!

Scott and the team at MotoZone are some of the friendliest people I've ever had work on my ninja. Scheduling is always very easy. I've brought my bike in twice in the past two weeks and I couldn't be happier with the timing of the appointment, how long it took and the final cost. I won't take my bike anywhere else! Thanks guys!
