For example, I had bought some cylinder studs and head bolt kit; however, I needed the S&S Guardian kit and he made it easy for me to return the unused packaged head bolts and gave me an instant credit in the estimate before even receiving the returned items.If they don t have what you need in stock they will track it down, and you will have the stuff shipped to you in a matter of days.If you re ready to elevate your bike performance to the next level. Dropped into the store on Tuesday needing a brake pedal pad for my road glide. Needed it the next day since I was leaving to AZ on Thursday. Juan said he would have it dropped shipped to my house the next day. Arrived the next day just as discussed!!! AWESOME service!!!

These guys are A1. True customer service. Fast responses from them. Only ones who had the exhaust i wanted in stock and took care of me on the price. I was so impressed I immediately put in an additional $1300 parts order. Its rare people try to actually earn your business, so when they do I make sure to give it to them. Ordered a high demand HPI exhaust for my streetbob. Ordered it on Monday and received it the next day and installed it. Definitely your go to place for your Harley needs and has the best prices as well as free shipping for my state. Juan is the legit and knows his stuff. Definitely coming back!

Juan at Moto Performance has been the most helpful and knowledgeable person I ve dealt with on aftermarket parts by a mile. Helped me find an exhaust for my bike, shipped it for free, and had it to me in about 2 days. I went to install on my bike to discover it wouldn t work with my forward controls. Made a phone call and he sent me a return shipping label FREE OF CHARGE! Juan got with the guys over at Bassani and they found me another that was a guaranteed fit with my forwards. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to make it a stress free process getting the right parts for my bike. I would highly recommend Moto Performance Garage to anybody looking for a smooth and efficient purchase of motorcycle parts. This was my first experience dealing with Juan but it will most definitely not be the last!

MPG are top class! Juan is a super nice guy, I spoke with him directly over the phone multiple times about my order before placing it and he s really informative and a down to earth guy! I got my Thunderheader pipes shipped and they are just as described WITH ALL the extras (heat shields, brackets etc ). I ve immediately ordered with him again for some subsequent things I need and I ll be hitting him up first in the future for all my needs too! Great experience and I highly recommend! Thanks Juan!

I put myself in a pickle and needed an shorty exhaust quickly. I found that Juan at Moto Performance Garage had the exact exhaust I was looking for! I ordered late Tuesday and had it by Saturday. Juan came through like a boss. Highly recommend these guys and will definitely be back in the future!

Hello ok here we go this shop is amazing in customer service and parts on hand the parts I needed is for a old 71 shovel I needed clutch parts a friend told me about this place and there cool people I called everything went killer the parts were in stock free shipping and it showed up the next day that s how you do business very knowledgeable easy to talk to A PLUS shop I have already told all my friends and we plan to ride out there to just see the shop I can t say it any better what a solid shop there out there hard to find a good one look no farther this is the go to place thank you for knowledge killer prices and super fast shipping thanks

Juan was very helpful when it came to selecting my cams and helped me the whole way thru he even got me a base map from dyno jet just till I can get a dyno tune but got the it for wrong power vision when I asked him to get it for the right power vision he told me he was to busy to get the email me the right tune and started ignoring my phone calls but other than that it was good

This is my 2008 Softail Deluxe and this is by far the best shop I've bought my parts from for my Softail and Street Glide! Their very helpful with any questions I have and the costumer service is excellent! I've compared prices to other shops and parts online and they always beat those prices! I will only shop here from now on!

This shop is amazing!! Jaun is the man! I accidentally ordered the wrong pipes for my bike and he called me up few minutes later questioning the yr. Thankfully he caught it and had the correct pipes shipped out that night. I was very pleased with his knowledge I called him up the next day asking about lowering my bike. He recommended the Legends air ride and absolutely love it. Get compliments everywhere. Really like how I can adjust the stiffness. And the Bassani pipes are sick!!I ll always call him first and highly recommend MPG! First class shop with respect and pride. Thank you again my friend.

Top notch customer service. I heard they had an HPi exhaust coming in, and I have been dreading the minimum 18 week wait time if I order one direct(some styles are taking 6-12 months), so I called them right up. Juan was awesome. He agreed to put my name on one and call me when it arrived. It came in early the next day and I couldn't break away to come get it. He was heading in my direction after work, so he DELIVERED it to my door, along with a Moto Performance Garage T-shirt and some stickers. If that doesn't earn repeat business, then I don't know what does.
