Do not Trust them!!!!!!!! My engine leaked from priming the oilThey did not give back engine assembled like I paid for on the receipt. Also the rear main seal they installed leaked just from priming the engine for the first time. I had to pay someone redo their work and install a new rear main seal. My new mechanic found they did not torque the bolts down correct from the beginning. Debra is the only one who speaks broken English but she acted like she did not understand once there was a problem. She claimed they never installed the rear main seal and never once told me they would not completely reassemble the engine like I paid for.I dropped off a complete motor to them and wanted it cleaned up and checked out since it was previous rebuilt with low miles with less than 10K on the rebuild but it sat for 10 years. They opened it up and only replaced the bearings, gaskets, oil pump, and head bolts. I went and dropped off a thick Fel-Pro oil pan gasket once they was almost done putting it back together and they did not say anything like they was not going to complete the engine.Once they called and said it was ready to be picked up they did not put some the follow items (so it was never complete assembled like I paid for)-Oil pan and oil pan gasket-Front timing chain cover-Balancer-did not set the rockers*and they gave it back with engine paint on all the valves since they did not tape off the ports (I even paid them to do a head job)Once I got the engine back I had to pay someone to put it all back together. We was priming the engine and the break in oil leaked from the rear main seal. I called and complained to the shop and Debra said they did not install the rear main seal even tho it was installed once I got the engine back. They wanted to act like they did not do it and it is not their fault. So why does the receipt show it was completed assembled?

Saw the good reviews and trusted them but they took longer then the week they said it would take, had them redo my cylinder head oil seals and after a $3000 rebuild, that was the first thing that went. Useless service made a useless car. Never again.

This family owned machine shop gets 5 stars for customer service. I had a 95 F350 that needed the engine rebuilt and they handled not only that but also all the adjustments and corrections on the back end with no issues.

Never again, the engine i took them was terribly done and I had to take to a different shop cause they couldn't get it finished professionally

One of the worst experiencesW handed them an engine block and a crankshaft to be measured to verify their condition. By mistake, a bold stuck inside the crankshaft bolt hole and we asked them to remove it first. Because, if the bolt can't be removed, the crankshaft is useless. At the moment we handed those to the shop, the there was no machinist available and we were told that they would call us later before start the job. Next day also I made a phone call and explain that I need get bore and crank readings before starting the job, to the telephone operator and two machinists. As it looked like they were in a hurry to start the job, I emphasized them not to do anything but measuring. The machinists told me that all looks good but they can do the job. Actually I couldn't understand what they were telling. Because what I wanted was to get measurements to have an idea about rebuilding process. It was around 8.40am and I was about to leave for the work. As I felt that they just need to do the job and get the money, on the way, I thought that it is advisable to remind them only to measure and give me the readings. So around 8.50, I made a phone call and shocked what was told by the telephone operator. According to her, the bolt stuck in the crank hole couldn't be removed but the crank had been polished and cylinder blocked had been horned, within 10 minutes. They are not professionals. They need money by hook or crook.

First time experience and won't return again. Father had dropped off my 1990 Mazda Miata 1.6L bottom block to get (Hot Tanked) while I was at work. Not sure what lady my father had talked to but she agreed "Yes" they can do it, he had left the block there to get it cleaned up and they mentioned it'll be ready the following day which I was off and went to go pick it up, the block only looked like it had been pressured washed.. not "Hot Tanked". "Normally my family we deal with Universal Machine Shop off W. Utah but they are closing their shop." by the way they charged me $83 bucks for it when I could have pressure washed it myself at the house with degreaser.

Very upset customer. I traded a vehicle and gave 2k for a vehicle they swore never had a check engine light on. I had it 2 days when the light came on and just found out it is missing both cat conv. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with these people, they lied straight to my face. UPDATE: the engine blew up as welll.

These people are prejudice I ran out of gas and could only pull in there driveway and they watched me sit there for almost 2 hours with my car hanging out of there driveway gas station was a block away I was scared to leave my car no one offered help. I think they are dealing drugs. If I could leave no stars I would. I would never have anything good to say about theses people they are prejudice

Bad customer service. Went in to get a stuck bolt removed from a head. They said they couldn't do it. I used a hand drill and left hand thread drill bit and 3 minutes the bolt was out. DONT GO HERE
