I've gone to this Auto shop several times in the past 2-3 years. I have to say every stop was great, affordable, and efficient. I've gone for Air filter replacement, Brake pad replacement, and oil changes. I've been to several auto shops and this place has been by far the most accommodating, hospitable, and affordable. If you want to quickly get your car running without spending a fortune, this is the place.Services: Transmission, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

My experience with Monster Auto body and Reapir from start to finish was exceptional. I searched for an auto body shop online and on Google. Due to the amount of great reviews I decided to check them out. Best decision I ever made. They were honest and truly about customer service. After getting hit with a uninsured motorist I had to deal with going through insurance and everything under the sun that wasn't pleasant. It took about a week to order the parts and complete the repairs. It was faster than I expected considering I had been awaiting insurance approval and payment for a while. Even with my frustration Jay took care of my car, kept me updated on the progress from start to finish. I would highly recommend this shop for any collision repair needs. They were communicative and responsive. Easy to work with. They fixed my car after an accident and it looks like it never happened. AVOID - TL;DR - if you want to have a terrible experience, this is your place.The one week repair estimate turned into 3.5 weeks, during which they would not return phone calls or update me on the repair status. In more than one case, on the day my vehicle was promised (I was told "Ready tomorrow" at least 5 times), I would make multiple phone calls to verify the status, not get any answers, and had to take time off work and show up in person to find out what was going on. Routinely and repeatedly, delivery of my car was delayed because they didn't get a part, discovered a new failed part, and at one point even gave me my car back saying it was A-OK, yet I couldn't drive it away.Despite paying for the deductible and the shop handing me the keys, I was unable to actually drive my car away! Had anyone at the shop actually sat behind the wheel and piloted the vehicle more than 10 feet, they would not have handed the vehicle back as complete. The steering wheel had to be turned 60 degrees to the left in order to travel straight - unacceptable, but this was apparently their standard of work. Following this, they told me they'd redo the alignment and have it to me the next day. The next day comes (no phone calls, no returned calls), I show up and "there's something else wrong, have it ready tomorrow". I call the next day, am asked to swing by at the end of the day - they found a frame problem (great job with the initial diagnosis 3.5 weeks ago), and would have it "the next day", which again came and went without me having a car (and, you guessed it, no phone calls either). What a terrible joke.The front office staff, when you can get them on the phone, will have no answers as to the status of your vehicle. They'll tell you they need to check with the shop supervisor and will call you back, and then they will not return your call. The shop supervisor will tell you he'll call you directly, then won't. The owner will promise to call you directly, then won't. See the pattern? I wasted an incredible amount of my time just trying to get an answer from these people.Avoid dong business here, even though it's a "Geico preferred" shop - your claims process won't be getting any favors in this regard. And by the way, shame on you, Geico...Awful, awful, awful experience.

My wallet vanished in LA minus my license and emergency money, and a piece of debris came off the back of a Semi while driving through the desert on my way back home, causing an accident that completely totaled my car.I'm back home in New York now getting screwed over by a used car dealership that sold me a lemon, but when I was absolutely SCREWED with hundreds of pounds of my stuff and stranded in Nevada, these folks really went above and beyond to help me.There are good businesses and bad businesses, good people and bad people.These folks are good people. They really saved my bacon. I trust them more than I trust people from my home city.

The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. They give excellent service and work. AVOID this place! CHEAP materials and labor. They messed up my car, further damaged my car... They say offering deductible, which compromise the quality. Sub-standard, terrible job.

Do not come here ! Worst place in Las Vegas. They will rip you off and and make your life hell. The owner Dave is a scam. He buys cheap used parts to repair cars with and does anything to save money for himself. Geico needs to stop doing business with him.

Great repair job. But they stole over 40 dollars in change out of my car and blamed it on the tow truck company. It's ashamed that they would take advantage of a situation like that knowing you've recently been in an accident and have to pay for repairs.

I hate to put one star but this is what my experience here, good people but quality is so poor, customer service and lots of broken promises its like talking to little kids my blood was boiling everytime i called for promise delivery date and the car is not ready, and the guy lawrence from geico is a joke to deal with, dont get me wrong i love geico the best car insurance i ever had, hopefully they will look into better themselves in their business otherwise they will have alot of upset customers.

I don't recommend this place for anything, not evan a oil change, for a few minor repairs, it took over 2 months too get my car back, and still had to take it to another shop. The WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD.....

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE RESULT OF HOW THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOUR WALLET!I PAID CASH AND AFTER, THE RESULT WAS A TOTAL MESS! I KEEP COMING BACK. NOW YOU WONT BE THE PRIORITY! THE OWNER NAMED DAVE, WHO IS VERY RUDE AND VERY POOR IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MADE LOTS OF PROMISES, BUT ONCE THEY GOT YOUR MONEY, HE DOESN'T CARE ANYMORE! BROKEN PROMISES!GO ELSEWHERE!
