5 Stars for Mini of Las Vegas! Easy to schedule a same day appointment online. My service advisor Ernesto, listened carefully to my needs and had my Mini thoroughly checked out and back to me in record time with all repairs completed.

Took my car in to have the battery changed. Had an appointment for 9:30am. Sat in the lobby for 2 hours and my car wasn't even looked at yet. Ernesto sarcastically informed me that there were people in front of me and when I asked if they had a shuttle to take me home, which I was told they did when I made the appointment, he said yeah its called Uber. After asking several times, I was quoted $500 for the battery. Would have been nice to know that 2 hours prior. I said I would go elsewhere as that was too much. He sarcastically said I didnt understand the way the car's computer worked and would be back. Treated me like I was an idiot. I purchased a battery for 200 at autozone, a computer program to reset the computer component for 25 on Amazon and did it myself. Half the price, no attitude or hours of waiting at the service center. I may have stayed if I wasn't treated so poorly. Can't wait to trade this lease back.

Great up-front pricing, amazing service, Dawn is awesome! Car was done on time and texted with updates and readiness. The service just keeps getting better and better. Been going to them since 2013 with all the Mini's I've owned through the years and will continue to in the future. They offer me and my car first class service.

I have been a customer since 2016 with my 2007 mini cooper s . I had a lot of work done on my car at this location . I have had mixed feelings about returning to this location . I had a few negative experiences. For example I was told that my window regulator was bad and motor was burned out . After I assured to service advisor it was working fine when it engaged . After I paid for a new regulator and motor he tells me it could be the FRM . My window still doesn t work to this day . In my opinion if you want to trust your service advisor here , as for Dawn . She is awesome she doesn t try to push me into something that is not necessary. I had written off mini service, this was a place I would never return to voluntarily.i was always worried they would tell me something like my blinker fluid was old , or my manual transmission needed some new ATF . But since dealing with Dawn I can t imagine getting better treatment anywhere else . I have caught other service advisors trying to sell me on unnecessary services. They act as if I don t have some kind of clue as to what is going on with my car . Dawn gave me a list of all my issues and let me pick what to fix without added pressure .. thanks Dawn.

Dawn really goes above and beyond when providing assistance during the repair process. The staff does an excellent job and have to give a separate five stars for the team at MINI of Las Vegas! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent repair work with service to match.

Just had my MINI electric serviced at MINI Las Vegas. Service Department is superb as I had an appointment and was expected. The service was routine and my baby was returned to me by Dawn in the Service Dept, she s the best.

I brought my Mini in for service and to get it driveable again. Sean Bahr was the most helpful service advisor that has ever helped me and that's not just at mini but any dealership. He did everything he could to help me get my car back on the road. He was very consistent with with updates and keeping me in the loop. I know this is the only Mini in town but I have used other Mini dealers in other states and this one has been the best.

They are professional, very on site. I would of liked a video of what they did. They do that at Irvine Mini. They show what they have done. I feel. They did a good job . However , no cars to use while your car is in the shop. Not ok for a huge city as Las Vegas. This means I need to drive 6 hours to Laguna to get it done. It s a shame

I would recommend them to anyone that owns a mini, their very good in what they do, and service was outstanding, I only had one issue with them, taking so long 8 days , but that wasnt all their fault, inspection on vehicle took 4-5 days. Thank you Mini of Las Vegas Service Center for a job well done

I came for an annual mini-check-up. So as I walked the dealership parking lot. Hmm through let me get an appraisal approval on my car. The first one for 17,000 the mini one came to 16, 381.61 now I may upgrade the mini without money down how phenomenal is this
