Was recommended by Ford dealer cuz my truck was 10 years old so they said it was to old for them , big mistake!!!. Was left with a tab and a truck with worst issue than when I brought it in .These people are good at doing basic jobs anything beyond is a no go, find someone who's going to actually put in the time to find the exact issues and not give you the run around. They don't listen to the real problem. I don't usually write bad reviews but they definitely earned this one.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Broke down outside of baker California got towed into this place was very happy I did so. Everyone was great. Really saved my bacon in a crummy situation. Super fair, super friendly, and got it done in time for me and the family to beat a storm back to Utah. Really impressed with this shop. These tough looking dudes are super nice and they will fix your car, they are honest and fair. They aren't doing this for the money, they are doing it because they take pride in their work and they take pride in the steady stream of customers driving away from here. They tell it how it is going to be. You might have to wait a couple days, so enjoy parking there free and taking the bus to Fremont Experience, good times are guaranteed. I had a blast. Next time I have a problem, this is the place. They got me out of a bad fix. They are level headed, and seem tolerant, but I would not mess with them. They know their work. These are the highly intelligent quiet types. There really is not enough good things I can say about them. In the end they charged me 30 dollars less than what they estimated. This might not be true in your case, my problem was fairly straightforward, My ignition needed reprogrammed, and some other adjustments done, AAA+++.

I would give a 0 star if I could.Terrible work, terrible customer service.After my car was in the shop for a while, they never called to report why it was taking so long but they would tell me when I called that they were working on my car in between jobs, as if they were doing the work for free, then I finally after weeks got my car back with a leak, took it back and 4 days later when I got my car returned, I had the unpleasant surprise that they left my windows opened and my car was infested with RATS. Damaged my seats, and carpet.I have called them and never heard back to resolved the issue. Not to fix my seats or the pay for the cleaning. The negligence is beyond. I DONT recommend this place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This shop has done work for me about 8 years ago. I was pleased with the service and honesty. I used to work in the auto repair industry before moving on to something cleaner LOL. I never reveal my experience in auto repair, most of the time they try to fool me with a bunch of automotive nomenclature. Milford never did that.

Bob is great! He is the only mechanic that works on my mothers car and does a great job. Very convenient location and great service.

I will not leave a single star. Called the day before i drove my vehicle in. Verified the day before what was needed. Sure... Open at 7:30, they didn't arrive until 8:30... Then told me to go to a different place as they would not be able to do what i asked the day before... waste of time and energy... they are too busy.. Go anywhere else. Prefer Master Automotive on Rancho.. Go there.

Very reasonable prices, knocked the job out quickly. I was recommended to them from Friendly Ford when their wait list was a week long.I needed the Driver Door latch replaced, and they quickly knocked out a very difficult job. It definitely looks like a little hole in the wall shop but their service is awesome.

I ONLY bring my car to Milford s. They Are honest and get the job done quickly. I know when i go to them they are giving me the best deal and will tell me how it really is. I can t say enough good things about them. Don t look any further for your car care.

These guys are awesome! Don't waste your time going anywhere else in Vegas for Automotive care! Best Prices, Best Service, Honest Quotes, just all around good people. I was in town from San Diego, they could have taken me for a financial ride as I was stuck there with my truck. But instead they turned out to be the most honest mechanics I have come across. And helped to bail a brother out! Thanks again Guys! YOUR the BEST!!!

This place is amazing. I took my car to get smogged a few days ago... And it failed. I was freaking out when I went to pepboys and they told me that with how old my car was I would probably spend close to 300. I was recommended I come here and so today, I drove my car here and the guys were so nice and funny. They really seemed like genuine and caring people. I dropped my car off and a couple of hours later they called me back and said it was ready. He even took it to get smogged and said that it passed!! He only fixed the things that were necessary. He didn't add any crazy expensive things either, just kept it simple. I really loved my experience here and I'm definitely coming here again!

While I did not bring my vehicle to them, I did call for advice in diagnosing my heat and a/c issue. Smart and exact info, i found the problem and replaced the blower motor after they told me where to probe for power. Very happy and so is the wife. THANK YOU! Thats what good ppl do... help others. If theres something I cant handle myself, Milford will be the first choice.

Wow! Had glowing recommendations from 2 friends & heard nothing but GREAT things about Milford's...Talk about spot-on! Bob not only took the time to listen to me, he 'solved' my problem with WORDS! His knowledge of my brand of vehicle being notorious for slow-draining batteries (which 'test' 100% @ parts place), he suggested a quick human test to see of battery was truly problem. Whoopie!!! $200+ saved on part (I brought with), nearly $300 on labor- Bob'd quoted price over phone day prior. He even 'conversationally' encouraged not to even get a diagnostic prior to trying the suggested TRICK! Earned a loyal customer without even taking a cent!Get there early... First come, First served!

Been bringing my pick-up here for many years. Personal service at honest prices. I've been charged nothing when it turned out to be a simple fix, even though they invested time into it. I've never felt over charged or misled.

I take the car to this man to change my brakes and it seems that he left the brakes improperly installed. After a week the brakes began to make a strange sound, I went to see him and he said no, that he didn't have time to assist me at this time. I returned the next day and he told me the same thing that he didn't have time to attend me even when I didn't see cars there in the workshop.I had to go to another workshop and paid for it. Where they found that the brakes were improperly installed and there was a piece of metal that was hanging and the one that was making noise.The brakes were not properly installed. I don't recommend.

Go for basic jobs anything beyond that do it yourself or find an actual specialist these guys don't take there time to diagnose the issue , they go based on Trouble codes and replace unnecessary parts just to replace it and upcharge the bill . Beware !!!!
