I first stopped at this Midas shop to get an oil change as it was close to my office. Since them, I use them for tires, have had my struts replaced, and various other repairs. I go to them before any other shop as I trust them completely. Their prices are fair -- many other placed recommend services that aren't needed, but this shop is trustworthy!

I went in to this Midas to have my brake fluid changed. I was told that my vehicle, which has 55,000 gently driven miles also needed to have the front stress replaced. I thought that was odd because in the last 6 weeks I ve been to the dealer for another repair and multipoint inspection, and had the brake pads replaced at another location and neither mentioned struts.I went to another business for a second opinion and he told me my struts are fine. They are dry and not leaking.I don t trust this Midas location for service and wanted to let others know to beware.

EXCELLENT PLACE !!!I recommend to come to this location for any oil changes or car work done!Fast, friendly, and honest workers!I came in for a quick oil change and STEVE was truly amazing! He has such great customer service and is very knowledgeable!It s because of his excellent customer service; on why I keep on coming back!The garage crew is also amazing!They are honest workers, didn t pressure me into paying for anything else!They recommended me some things and warned me about future wear, but overall didn t try to drain my pockets!They were quick and affordable!They even tighten my bumper for free!This is my 2nd time and it s amazing each time!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Auto tire replacement, Oil change

If you make an appointment, don't expect them to honor it. This is the longest wait I have ever had to wait at a shop. There is a strong lack of communication skills/professional skills in dealing with customers. We own a business/fleet of truck for our company and decided to take one of our trucks to this location due to the distance although pricing was quite a bit higher than we had been quoted elsewhere.The repairs involved were to replace the upper and lower control arms and bushings. This was done the same day which we truly appreciated.The truck had not been used much for the past 4 weeks. Fast forward to this morning one of our employees drove the truck this morning and the wheel of the truck started bending inwards into the fender, a major amount of smoke was generated while this took place on the freeway and traffic began to stop as they saw this.Our employee driving this truck almost lost control of the vehicle as the brakes began eating into the rim of the vehicle and not able to steer the steering wheel at all. He was finally able to slowly pull over onto the shoulder of the freeway where he secured the vehicle.We immediately had the vehicle towed to a very reputable mechanic shop in town that we use for our fleet of vehicles and they called me right away and stated. Did you get work done recently? "I stated yes we did", he then stated "I would be more than happy to repair this for you but it's not right for me to charge you for something that should be covered by the mechanic shop that performed this job as they forgot to pace the washer holding the wheel bearings in place.Now our wheel spindle, bearing, rim, brake line has been damaged and now have a vehicle we cannot utilize for our company.We tried calling the midas location this morning but only were able to leave a voicemail. We also contacted Midas corporate 4 hours ago but have also not heard back as we typed this review.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

DISHONEST mechanics. Tried to scam me and tell me my alternator needed to be replaced. The car was three years old, it just needed a new battery-I replaced it some time ago and haven t had an issue since. Young women watch out-this place will try to take advantage of you!

I loved the vibe of the staff and their camaraderie with customers who felt like caring family members. I'm thankful for being shown problem areas and given explanations that I could understand. Bill was an absolute delight. He and his team were very quick to fix my AC problems (of course during the high temps of summer time, my ac decided to go out) and Bill was able to take care of a few minor things that also needed some attention, for me. His customer service demeanor was very wholesome, while also being direct to the point without making me feel like I was being hassled to spend more money. Price was absolutely fair, especially compared to other big name shops I inquired about the work. I will be a returning customer in the future for any other vehicle troubles or maintenance. Steven is the BEST!!! He s always looking out for me and my car, he gets my car in any time and the service is always quick reliable and consistent, and I ve never had any issues in the 3 years I ve been coming!! Excellent work on an older vehicle like mine. The entire team there is professional and keeps you informed on what needs to be done. The overall price of the total repairs was a bit higher than I expected, but I felt assured that it was honest, and the work done exceptional.

Avoid this overpriced auto shop.I bought an overpriced Interstate battery ( $275 ) at this shop because of their 24 month replacement guarantee. the battery would not hold a change after 3 months. I returned the battery and left it over overnight for Midas to test and recharge the battery. The test and recharge failed. Instead of replacing the battery, the shop demanded I bring the car to their shop before evaluating if I was eligible for a replacement for the defected battery. The battery doesn't work and there its not possible to start the car. The simple solution of giving me a replacement battery and then driving the car to the shop was unacceptable to them. Apparently they can't cost justify replacing failed batteries.The same battery is sold at Costco for $109 with a 3 year replacement guarantee.Service: Battery

I hate leaving one star reviews but seriously they need to manage their appointments better. I had a 1:30 appointment today, when they called to confirm they said it would take an hour for an oil change. Confirmed with the front desk when I dropped it off they told me they were a little backed up but it would be just a little bit longer . I go away for two hours and come back after not hearing anything to see they hadn t even STARTED my oil change. Why would you accept appointments you can t accommodate? People have other obligations and no one has 3-4 hours to wait around for an oil change that takes twenty minutes max. I wouldn t have been mad if I was a walk in or even if they had communicated to me once about the time frame. If I had known it could take 2.5-3 hours I would have just come back on another day. But I feel like I was lied to and wasted two hours and was rushed getting to work because they couldn t communicate or set reasonable expectations. It s super frustrating. I ended up having to just ask for my car back since I didn t trust them when they said it would only be thirty more minutes.Service: Oil change

Highly recommend this Midas location!!! The staff is truly amazing. This is not the closest service center to my home, but I go to this specific location for the top notch customer service. They take the time to explain exactly what your car needs and they take care of it in a timely manner. You guys rock!!! :)

AWESOME Additional five stars!!!What an awesome guy.It's not easy for me to go to take care of my vehicle, but I know, and I must. In fact, it gave me anxiety. **DISHONEST** DO NOT USE**I paid for them to check my breaks & they informed me the front + routers & electric wire needed driven changed for $650. Luckily I went Pep Boys for a 2nd opinion & they were honest & let me know I m at 60% & my model car would alert me if my breaks needed to be changed. Also, they said the $100 off brake coupon found online was already included in the bundle deal they were providing me although it was itemized on the estimate. Complete scammers, avoid at all cost!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! BIG WARNING! Save your money/time and go somewhere else.They finished a full service on the vehicle, few days later my car battery died and I look at the battery sticker which is 6 years old. Car batteries are typically good for 3-4 years and a 6 year old battery doesn t bring any red flags where if my whole car was serviced , did the mechanic really look at everything?!?You need to pay at least $100+ to get a diagnostic then pay more for whatever they think needs to be done.Please, stay away for your money and time sake to deal with a horrible car place like this.
