The service here is amazing. Fair prices and always gives good better best options on repairs and maintenance. Eric is very knowledgeable and would trust him with all my car needs. Shop hands are top notch, funny, and explain issues in ways that are easy to understand and show you the issue. Pleasant experience every time and will continue to come to this location no matter where in town I live. Great spot 11/10

I came here for a rear brake inspection quote on 3/18/24. There was no one there except for me really, they had me there for 2 hours, when I questioned if this was not a good time and to come back, she told me they had a few larger jobs to do, before an estimate could be given. If I knew it was going to be 2 hours I would have done it another day. After 2 hours, the quote showed $334.10 to replace a serpentine belt, shocks and struts $3,225.33, rear brakes (all I asked for the quote to be on) $565.61, front brakes $579.95, and shop supplies $49.99, for a grand total of $4,759.17. This place is a rip charging tons for work. We got the brakes done at my mechanic for under $400 and the serpentine belt replaced for $110. We also cannot prove this, because I wasn't standing over them for 2 hours but the following day I went to my mechanic to get the brakes done they called to inform me that we needed to replace my right rear side wheel lug nut as it was broken and now also needed to replace the whole wheel bearing and hub set, which we had to buy a whole new assembly for, costing us an extra $200. Meineke was the last place to touch my car, had it for a LONG time, brought up all these issues but didn't mention the broken wheel hub AT ALL, kind of odd, don't you think?. We will NEVER go to Meineke for absolutely anything and we will let everyone know what happened and to be aware of this place. They're a scam.

I was able to make a same day appointment for an oil change and felt very helped and attended to through the whole process. I was able to use a coupon at the end. It took the amount of time they told me. Best part was just the guy helping me out and not making me feel like an idiot through the whole thing. Very nice staff. Pretty good location to kill time when you wait

I ve been taking my truck here for the last year or so and although I don t get the best news, I know that my truck is in good hands here and that the work being done is what is truly needed. Highly recommend!

They were polite, and said it would take about an hour. It only took 32 mins so that s luck of the draw. Straight forward. Most likely go back again. Thankfully there was seating inside and outside.

They charged me $170 for a diagnosis and didn't even bother to put the vehicle up on a lift to see where it was coming from, they apparently don't know how to charge a battery and refused to give me a refund and he/she/it said No I don t have to! and hung up the phone. Very unprofessional and unhelpful i would have had better luck at a jiffy lube.

I would have given zero stars if possible. I went in for an oil change and like usual they find other things wrong which is fine. One of those things was to replace break pads and rotors. I declined cause I will do that myself. A week later I went to change my brake pads and rotors and the lung nuts were cross threaded on my wheel studs so I couldn t get them off. Back a week later and they want to charge me almost $400 to fix their mistake. I will NEVER use this meineke again!Service: Oil change

I cannot recommend this specific location enough. I know almost nothing about cars and the team at this location has kept my 17 year old car running well for the last 3-4 years that I ve been in the neighborhood. They never try to pull funny business or overcharge for anything, every quote I ve been given has matched or beaten other locations and even online quotes. They get you in and out as fast as possible and communicate everything before, during, and after service.Services: Auto water leak repair, Auto side window replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Auto battery maintenance, Battery, Oil change

Great experience, staff were friendly attentive. Good price for mixed blend synthetic oil, I made a 10am appointment and got there a few minutes early. Check-in was easy they said it would be about an hour, I was our in 30 mins, and they did a brake check and said everything was fine. I'd use them again........update. went back again today and had another great experience

I moved to Las Vegas six years ago and have used Meineke ever since. From the manager to the employees I have always had great and reliable service. If there were 10 stars I d give them all.

Greeted quickly. Answered my questions and provided an estimate for requested work. Car was completed within the quoted time. Be careful though with the quote that they text you. I was in for an oil change and they provided estimates for other repairs in addition to the oil change. Initially on my phone I signed off that I approved all of the estimates and work because not everything was visible on my phone. Luckily I caught my error and Declined the additional work. My $42 oil change would have become over $1900 in car repairs.

I think you guys are way overpriced and I feel you try selling me things that I did not need. I was told I would get a full diagnostic I dropped the car off at 12:40 and they sent me a full diagnostic at 12:59 how is that possible. Thank you I will never use you again

I went to Meineke on Blue Diamond because I have a flashing signal light ..turns out the connector needs to be replaced...the guy at the counter.. I wish I had his name was not very receptive and I should have left..well as I sat there he told me what the problem was. I sat and thought okay so I asked how much ...he shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know. I said okay and I told him that I had to leave. So he slammed the connector down on the counter and asked did I want him to put it back in. Very aggressive.I was stunned .So I just picked it up and walked out .The guy who was bringing my car out to me ..came over and I told him what just happened.He acted as if this was normal.And told me to contact the owner..This guy then followed me outside...told the worker to stop talking to me.And told me to have a good day. Kind of in a threatening manner. I did feel threatened.I called him and A word..and proceeded to get in my car..He continued to tell me to have a good day..I'm wondering why? Why would he follow me to my car ..I'm so angry that I am hurt ...I didn't deserve any of that . Never...will I go there again..And I will not rest until I can speak to the owner

Didn t know you needed an appointment. So I waited 3 hours until they could see me. The oil change is 3 times the price as Walmart, but they offered to top off fluids and fill upMy tires. My fluids were not topped off and my tires were not aired up. Just a regular oil change. I ll continue to get my $50 full synthetic oil change at Walmart and top off my fluids/air my tires by myself.

Absolutely fantastic, customer service was great. I was treated very respectfully and I asked a Million Questions as well as had family technicians on the phone asking questions and they never became frustrated or anything, completely happy to assist and make me feel comfortable. Technician Marshall was phenomenal, he sent me photos along the way and kept me updated throughout the entire repair. He even took a good drive to ensure that everything was In perfect shape and has since reached out 2x to make sure I am doing week with the SUV.Highly RecommendServices: Auto water leak repair, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I called this place and asked if they could do a diagnostic on my F-150 plus I needed an oil change. I was referred by a close friend and I m not gone lie, they have one of the most nicest and sweetest worker working the front desk. I think her name was Brittney. She was very helpful, she seen me getting frustrated due to the fact every shop I called for an oil change/diagnostic they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg and Brittney helped me out tremendously. Great customer service! They fixed my truck and I was satisfied! I would recommend coming to this meineke if you like good customer service and good work. Thank you guys! Especially the young lady at the front.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
