Chris and Kevin were great! Chris is funny! Both guys had great communication with us.Kevin was quick to let us know what was setting off our emission system alert. We hoped it was only the spark plugs but he was candid that even if it was, it would be difficult for us to do it ourselves due to the placement of three of them. But the part we needed was not from a local Honda and had to come from Los Angeles. But it ended up being the wrong part and a request from Utah had to be put in. Kevin apologized for the delay and it was fine. We appreciated that he also let us know that we needed a new battery (which surprised me because I had changed it about 1 1/2 to 2 years ago) and installed that while we waited for our part to come.Overall once the part was there, they were quick to finish the repair. Glad we took it to them because our past experience getting any repairs done at Honda would have cost us so much more. So thank you Kevin and Chris!And Chris thanks for blaming the bill and everything that went wrong on Kevin because that just made an unexpected expense bearable with laughs since he wasn t there to defend himself!!!

Silver rock warranty covered the cost of the repair. Meineke was very accommodating with our schedule. They reworked the appointment. When the parts came in. It took them a couple of hours to finish the repair. So we were pleased.

Jayson was just the best service I ve ever gotten when it comes to vehicle maintenance. He saved me a. Ton of money and also made sure to educate me on the parts that I didn t know. That man needs a raise! lol

I can t speak enough about how great the guys at Meineke are. Other shops quoted thousands more and asked for a week for the repairs. Meineke got it done under budget and in one day. Chris is the man, he was quick in his responses and seems like he really cares about the customer. Kevin and Chris, run a great shop and I recommend you send the vehicle their way if you want to save $$ and get great service.

So boom both of my headlights went out and then sun literally just set. I ran to Walmart, but of course they didn t have my bulb. As I was walking out, I just so happened to see the Meineke. I pulled up and the gentleman who assisted me who I believe name is Kevin Was wonderful. Didn t have the bulbs on hand, but somehow got them delivered changed and enhanced my air pressure on the tires within less than an hour. Then, when I left, I forgot a bag in the store and he had about three minutes until closing and stayed there until I came back to pick it up. There was also another gentleman assisting who is also kind. If you are definitely in the area and have any kind of questions regarding service to your vehicle, I recommend coming here first.

Chris met me as I was walking up. He was more than happy to assist me. He listened attentively while I went completely through my issues without interrupting me. He explained in detail what repairs Meineke would perform. The work was completed quickly and professionally. The repair was under warranty from Silver Rock. Chris stepped in and had the warranty confirmed. I did nothing but simply drive the truck in to Meineke. A perfect experience from start to finish.

I took my truck in because of the noise and how it was having trouble switching gears. Meineke was on my warranty list. Chris attitude was so positive and wonderful! If anything happens to any of my other vehicles I will take it back to Meineke and let Chris take care of me, he is extremely knowledgeable. It was a quick and pleasant experience! My transmission had gone out and they replaced it.

Won t be back. Went for an oil change, and asked for military discount because I had a coupon that showed they gave 10% for veterans and got denied even though I had the coupon. Eric was rude. Then when I picked up my truck I noticed that they didn t even check the air pressure on the tires because all tires were low, so I had to go back and ask them to fill the tires with air. Just an unpleasant experience and I ll find somewhere else to go next time.

The crew (Chris, Kevin, Walter, & others who worked on my car were FANTASTIC! Their care, professionalism, knowledge, and HONEST diagnosis shined through in their excellent customer service. I ll be going back again. I feel like I m driving a new car due to how smooth it s running now. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! :). They really took care of me and my vehicle.

Chris and Kevin were so helpful their customer service skills are great! I needed a battery and they made sure one was delivered to them and installed without my waiting hardly at all. I highly recommend them and their crew for any car need you might have. I know I will be back.

Waiting 4.5 hrs for an oil change that should take 20 mins. Then they look for other things to squeeze your time and money. Especially when it comes to rental cars from the Co's. Never ever use them again. They will take advantage of certain people. I will let my colleagues know about my experience at this place, and the Rental Co's that are having Meineke as their approve Vendors to be very careful about this one particular place.Service: Oil change

I brought my car to this meineke and asked for full service, paid over a $1,000. 30 days later my car broke down because they didn't even change the oil. They take no responsibility and want to charge me more money. They just want to squeeze their customers for as much money as possible without actually doing any repairs

My first review today said this place was good but as my day went my Jeep started making a noise so I pulled over and checked it out was everywhere on the ground dripping. So I opened the hood and seen they did not put the oil cap back in. I checked it and it was 3 quarts low. Check thier work don't trust them to do thier job because they don't care about your car. Sad service, i will take it to jeep and have it checked and take it to jeep in the future for all things.

I purchased a used sports vehicle that was spraying grease on to the muffler under pressure, meaning, only while I was driving.I took it into the team and they diagnosed the problem requiring my rear axle to be replaced along with some bushings and capping s. To my surprise, technician finished in no time along with keeping my vehicle clean and performing superior work.Everyone from the mechanics to the front desk staff are amazing. This location really cares about their customers. And their crew is second to none.

I came in for a oil change one of your team said he had two other people ahead of me fine, I asked how much it will be he said I will have to look at it, I said you don t have oil change price wow. Staff members are very knowledgeable, understanding, & friendly.We left our car there after checking in around 730am (Sat 3/25/23) w/ Kevin. He stated they'll do a thorough evaluation of all the brakes then notify us via text msg of their detailed findings plus cost. Upon approval to start the job, the entire back brakes (x2) were completed before 1030am.We are 100+% satisfied with their service. Note that when I backed up from the parking stall and drove away there was no abnormal brake sounds.
